Thank you for your stay and we hope to have you in the future. We strive to give each guest the best experience at one of our best beaches in South Florida. Thank you for bringing this to our attention in regard to the stairway. In order to maintain safety, the finishes of the home were designed with a matte finish tile on the top part where you step in order to not be slippery and all stairways also have a sturdy stair railing to hold on to. The stairs that were built with this home were built according to the code at the time of when the home was built and unfortunately the home layout does not allow for any different configuration or ratio change of the stairways. Again, we appreciate your note, and we always recommend using caution when using the stairways.

The interior was amazing.. very high end and clean lines. Was very impressed with house, location, and amenities. Would of like maybe a basket of snacks or coffee to compliment the level and price of this property. Maybe a few more towels.. it sleeps 8 we only had 4 people so each person had 2 towels for 4 days. Overall a great property and highly recommend staying there.

Hello and thank you for your stay. Due to liability issues with open coffee grains or expiration of food or issues with supplying any food, we do not supply any food. Our amenities are listed on our listing which do not include any food. This unit has two washers and two dryers for your towels if you need to wash or dry them but we do not over supply the home with towels as it becomes encumbersome and impossible to clean an excess amount of towels in time for the next check-in between the checkout and check-in hours.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to on this property. It is absolutely amazing. The property is fully renovated and beautiful. There was not one stone unturned on the renovation. The beds very comfortable and bathrooms are amazing. It had huge sliding doors in family room and master bedroom. So wonderful listening to waves. Has chairs, towels and toys to walk out the front door and touch the sand in about 10 steps. The host checks in with you to see if anything is needed. I will definitely be staying here again.

My family and I just stayed at this house and the experience was exceptional. The house has been recently renovated and everything is very well marked. The beach is only steps away from the house, and you can even see it from the living room sofa. Scott is an excellent host, always available to help with any questions you may have. This property is highly recommended.

Perfect location on the Hollywood boardwalk & Beach

Terrific rental on the boardwalk. Fully renovated with high end appliances and comfortable bedrooms and baths. Well equipped with good bikes, sun shades, infant equipment and ample towels. Responsive, organized owner/property manager. Walk to all conveniences and restaurants and 10 steps to lovely clean beach! Highly recommend!

We spent a weekend in this gorgeous home! It’s ocean front with only the boardwalk in front of the home. Home was immaculately clean. Everything that we needed was provided. The furnishings are gorgeous. The view is spectacular. Easy walking distance on boardwalk to shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight. Fullsize SUV will not fit in the driveway. But it’s a fabulous home in a fabulous location. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

I enjoy many beach activities in the area from jet skis, kayaking, snorkeling, riding bikes on the boardwalk, and eating at some of the very many restaurants right on the beach. I enjoy being a host on this property being able to offer my guests the ultimate beach experience with the finest luxury furnishings on the market. We hope you try this experience that we have to offer.

Being able to walk right onto the beach and ride a bike to multiple restaurants, convenience stores, shops, and much more is a plus. We have a company that will also deliver E bikes and pick them back up during your stay. The area is a highly sought out vacation area and we provide this home in hopes to offer one of the best in the area and get repeat clients.

This home offers breathtaking views with 2 balconies facing the beach. This home is designed very high end with an open floor plan feel. The living room features a fire place, surround sound, balcony views, and power reclining couches. Each bathroom is very roomy with extra large showers that feature rain heads and hand held sprayers. This home has a very large water heater that will accommodate multiple showers at one time with very strong water pressure. Bedroom, living, and kitchen lighting is on dimmers for comfortability. Everything you could need on vacation is included with lots of beach items included as well. Free parking, bikes, body boards, beach towels, and much more is included.
