We loved the heated pool, perfect in the evenings after running to all the Florida attractions! We fished off the dock (they had fishing gear at the VRBO all we needed was bait (bait shop 2 min down the road). Beds were comfy, couch was awesome, plenty of entertaining things at the house for our big family group!

We spent a week and a half at this beautiful home with our family, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our 13-year-old son immediately claimed the basement bedroom as his own and absolutely loved having that space to himself. One of our favorite features was the pool area—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful canal views. While relaxing by the pool, we were even lucky enough to spot manatees and dolphins passing through from time to time, which made the experience even more special. We had access to the bikes which was a nice bonus. Started the morning off woth 10 minute bike ride to an awesome smoothie spot...The Healthy Spot. This home provided the perfect setting for making wonderful family memories, and we would gladly stay here again.

This house was perfect for the family reunion that we planned. There was space for everyone. Only used the pool a couple of times due to weather but it was enjoyable. Only thing to make it better would have been a railing when getting in the pool. House was very clean but could use some new pots and pans. Great family getaway! Gert S.

Eric is the best host you could ever ask for! He met us upon arrival and kept great communication throughout the whole trip. The house was so clean and smelled amazing the entire time. We loved the pool and the boat dock for manatee sightings during morning coffee. The pool table and ping pong kept the family games going strong. Everything in the house was well stocked and we had more than enough bathroom linens. This place is minutes from anything you could need. Incredibly convenient. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment are 5 minutes away, and beaches are within 45-50 minutes. Beds are comfortable as well. Property manager is right next door so things are easily handled, if something comes up. We were a group of 10 and we all feel that we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We will be recommending this property to any friends or family that ever want to come to this area of Florida. I wish I had more space to tell you more! Absolutely fantastic trip and fantastic house. 10/10
