View was amazing

Enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the conch shell blown at sunset. Close to shopping, groceries, etc. Watching the whales from the lanai was fun as well.

Views, Views, Views

Great ocean views. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and snorkel equipment. We would stay here again.

We were there for a week and a half and enjoyed the condo very much. Lots of room for two people and very comfortable. I would recommend and will go back.

Great island views and sunsets.

The particular location on the coast and layout of this quiet condo complex and nice interior of this unit really made for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from what can be a “busy “ tourist area both north and south of it. On top of that we always had the ocean views and whales and sea turtles to observe. We loved our time spent there and highly recommend this rental.

Great Location

Loved our three night stay and exploring this area. Walked to local stores and small beach nearby. Amazing view and nice pool. The sound of the waves and breeze made our stay perfect. Loved how other guests gathered at pool and shared ideas and places to go. Very friendly.

Love the view from here. Saw 7 yes 7 turtles on way to pool from the room. And more whales than I could count in our two weeks. Owner is great to work with. We will be back again

The view is even better!

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely condo. It was wonderful to enjoy the view from the spacious lanai every morning and evening. The location is excellent for heading either direction, and smany things you can walk to (the fish market, coffee shop, restaurants). The pool and grills were terrific, and we never tired of seeing the turtles in front of the property!

Condo and property was very nice and suited for two persons. Very good location to waterfront and area attractions. Would definitely stay there again. Only detriment was that the internet was very slow and of poor quality. Highly recommend this condo for staying in Maui.

Perfect location and place for myself and my partner! Beth is very easy to contact and provides so many great recommendations in the area. We went to many of the suggestions and were not let down!! It cools down enough at night along with the sound of the waves so we loved the spot!

This place is even better than the pictures show. Beautiful!! We so enjoyed everything about the condo. The decor was perfect. Everything we needed was there, very relaxing. And just like everyone has said the bed is a dream, slept like babies. There's no way you could find a better place for the money.

Easy breezy and beautiful views

We had a great stay here! The view is glorious and there are sounds of the ocean waves crashing nearby. Easy parking, easy check-in/out and the place was nice and clean. Was pleasantly surprised that there were also beach chairs available to use. Bethany was great at communicating with lots of suggestions of things to do around Maui. Thanks again!

Nice condo

Overall a great place but there was a high surf warning so it was very noisy at night when the waves hit the seawall. This was a natural weather thing so not the fault of the condo owners.

A little slice of paradise

Had a great stay here! Location is very quiet and relaxing. Convenient to several nearby beaches, stores and restaurants. Our stay at Hale Ono Loa was fantastic!! A couple of favorites from our trip; the beach at Kaanapali - valet park at the Sheraton (normally $20 for 3 hours) and buy a soda at their poolside bar. They will validate your parking down to $5 for your entire stay. Mala Ocean Tavern, Merrimans, Sala Peppe were just a few of our favorite restaurants. The only thing we missed was air conditioning but the breeze kept it bearable for the most part. We definitely hope to be back one day soon!!

Great Honeymoon Condo!

We absolutely loved the large balcony and view and especially listening to the ocean waves at night. Every morning we walked out to the sea wall to visit our turtle friends that were always there. Very comfortable bed. Only a few minor downsides, the kitchen sink disposal did not work, the sink was very slow to drain, and the utensils could have been a little cleaner. Some really nice touches such as a pair of binoculars and a bird field guide, which I referred to a number of times! Vanessa was very responsive and pleasant in our correspondence.

We appreciate your patronage and are happy the turtles got to be part of your visit but are very sorry we didn't learn of the problem with the garbage disposal and sink during your stay so those inconveniences could have been addressed. The cleaning service has been notified of your comment about the utensils. Again, we're sorry there were issues with the condo during your stay and hope that you'll give us another chance to be your hosts - perhaps for an anniversary?

Happy 60th

We had an amazing time. We had our kids and my mom with us for the first part of holiday at another location and then stayed just the two of us here. It has been perfect. We have had everything we needed and then some. Would only say a few points and that is you need a salad spinner!!! and a new maybe two loungers. The one on the deck is shot (maybe it’s the cushion actually) but we managed most of the time on the pool deck the ones there are quite comfy. Bathroom vent needs a clean. That’s it, honestly debated whether to say any of it because we have just enjoyed our stay so much. It is set up so nicely with an Aloha feeling as soon as you arrive at the door. The waves splashing up right outside is so therapeutic and a great way to fall asleep every night. I’ll miss Maui ❤️ we’ll see you soon 🌺. Thank you Beth for everything you are an amazing host. Maui therapy

Beth is a wonderful host and answered all questions in a timely manner. The condo and complex were well cared for and we enjoyed the deck for watching sunsets and the pool for a refreshing dip. Hearing the waves at night was so relaxing. We had fun looking for turtles from the balcony every day.

Great stay close to Lahaina!

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It is close by to most of the places nearby by car or even a quick walk. We had some minor issues which Beth resolved quickly. It was hot during our visit and hence we had kept even the front door open for the air to flow the ocean breeze. The food trucks nearby are great after a long day at the beach or mountain.

Amazing rental

My partner and I had an phenomenal experience at this location. It has everything you could possibly need. It’s next to stores, beach access, beach items, and more. The rental was super clean. The property owner Beth was my all time favorite landlord to rent from. She created and accommodated to our needs and experience.

Our condo has been a dream come true. My husband and I fell in love with Maui when we honeymooned on the Hawaiin Islands and we've been coming back ever since! I love our condo because you get to embrace Maui at its fullest while still feeling "at home". As much as we love being here ourselves, we also love getting to share it with those who are experiencing Maui for the first time or time again!

We love Hale Ono Loa because it offers the best feel of what life on Maui is like. The complex is laid back, not too much hustle and bustle but just enough going on. In less than 10 minutes, you can walk to our favorite farmers market (they have the best acai bowls) or go next door for famous brewed Hawaiian coffee. Our condo brings the outside in. From the lanai to the bed, you can hear and see the ocean at all times as it creates a sense of peace, serenity, and even adventure if you're up for that!
