This magnificent direct oceanfront 1 BDR condo is LUXURY at its finest! Our beautiful and spacious remodeled suite is complete with designer décor, kitchen, dining area, king size bed in the master suite, a new queen size sofa bed in the living room, flat screen TVs in both rooms, washer and dryer, and a private lanai with unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean! Your Maui home away from home doesn't get any better than this!

From your lanai, sweeping ocean views will create a picture perfect for any postcard. Molokai and Lanai loom on the horizon and from December through April, there’s no better place on the entire coast to see whales spouting and breaching offshore.

Royal Kahana is a five minute drive to world-class beaches including Kaanapali Beach, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Honolua Bay is just a bit farther north and is a marine reserve that is a must see!

Amenities include FREE WIFI, fitness center, a beautiful heated swimming pool, clean BBQ gas grills, and activities desk.
The property is conveniently located (walking distance) to shops, restaurants, and banking.

*Please Note: Due to oceanic and environmental issues, we can not predict the amount of beach front (or access to it) that will be available at the time of your stay. Sometimes there is a beach at Royal Kahana, and sometimes there isn't. This is an ocean front resort on a volcanic island.

Good vacation (but cockroaches :(

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time. PROS: Location, AC (rusted), View, Close to ocean and some stores and parks. Enough towels and beach towels. Beach chairs and icebox, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a small amount of cleaning supplies. Good security. The wonderful people at the front desk! They are amazing!CONS: Charge for parking. COCKROACHES :( Place not completely clean. Waaaay outdated :( Furniture are very old and wearout. Uncomfortable mattress, stained old bedding. Windows and drapery all dirty, rusted and falling apart :( Kitchen: rusted kitchen utensils, bad quality cooking spoons and knives, they do not even provide the essentials! salt & pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee would be nice. Too little laundry detergent. The place does not look like in the pictures showed online. The pool is nice but it doesn't look clean. I would recommend this place but if they to some serious TLC(tender loving care) to it.

Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft

PROS: Good location. Nice view. Secure. People at the front desk nice and helpful. Quiet :) Close to stores and parks, some restaurants. Offers beach chairs, enough towels and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Some cleaning supplies. CONS: COCKROACHES, expensive parking, very old and outdated furniture and mattress, very poor quality of kitchen utensils (cooking spoons, etc) getting rusted. No rags to clean the stove. Other places welcome you with a well stocked kitchen with salt and pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee, but this one, you'll have to buy all or your very expensive necessities for a few days and then throw them away :( The counters are plastic and old. Next time, I will look for a place that does not charge for parking. You definitely, need a car to go around, it is not like you'll be coming in a parachute and drop on top of the building. Thank you.

Lovely stay

It’s a wonderful oceanfront property, reasonably priced, and super close to the water. We could always hear the waves. The management company was very sweet in giving us a free late checkout and extra pillows. We appreciated the mgmt’s accommodation of our special requests.

Great view

This condo was the perfect stay. Great location, beautiful view, nice beach, close to restaurants. The property was really well maintained. The pool was pristine, the grills were so clean and brand new. Highly recommend going to Miso Fat sushi across the street. Beach house next door was cool too. Also very convenient to have the liquor store right across the street. This place is worth the stay.

Beautiful Kahana Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at the Royal Kahana resort. It is like being at home. The bed is so comfortable in RK 309 and the condo's are quiet with beautiful views of the ocean and neighboring islands. It is so nice being able to go shop at Costco and Walmart on the way in and have a full kitchen to cook meals. Jacelyn was so great and so personable.She is a beautiful reflection of Aloha! We look forward to returning to Royal Kahana!!
