Sie werden unseren Platz aufgrund des Ambientes und der Nähe zu New York lieben. Es ist ideal für Paare, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Sie können mit jedem Bus direkt über die Straße fahren, um nach Port Authority zu gelangen, dem Busbahnhof nur einen Block vom Time Square entfernt.

Wir heißen Sie herzlich willkommen. Bitte halten Sie sich an die Hausordnung, die für alle unsere Gäste aufgestellt wird, um diesen Ort optimal zu nutzen und Ihren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

This was a great space! Shared it with two others! There’s a bus stop less than 2mins away which makes coming to and from the city a breeze! Neighborhood was nice and quiet! The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. Claudia gave great details regarding check in/out, everything was straightforward. Perfect for long stay. Completely self contained apartment. Community bus to the city every few minutes and supermarkets to the left and right. There is even a laundry across the road. Only drawback...no restaurants nearby. Unless you are drawn to Dunkin' Donuts.

Quaint little apartment

We stayed in this sweet little apartment so that we could visit our son in Manhattan. There is easy access to public transportation and it is a quit Lyft/Uber into the city. The apartment is cozy for two and has all the amenities. There is a great little market close by and we were able to make meals if we did not go out. We stayed 9 days and made use of the laundry room. Plenty of machines to get your clothes done quickly. This was the perfect little starting point for our New York/New Jersey adventure. We would stay again.

Highly recommended!

My son and I traveled to NYC to celebrate his college graduation. Claudia's apartment rental was the perfect place to unwind after sightseeing in the city. The NJ Transit bus stop is a 30-second walk across the street and a 20-minute ride into Times Square. From there we easily navigated the subway to all the places we wanted to go. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. We had all the things we needed and lots of space to hang our clothes and pack away our luggage. The beds were comfortable, and restaurants were nearby for takeout and eat-in. We really appreciated Dollar General being just a block away to grab some drinks and snacks. Claudia also helped us figure out a way to store our things before check-in on the day of our arrival, which we so appreciated! Finally, the price is fantastic! We highly recommend it!

A New Year's Getaway

My friend and I stayed at this property Dec 28- Jan 2 as our home away from home during the new year's holiday. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and the accommodations. Although the apartment building was a bit old it was very quiet and well kept. It was easy walking distance to several neighborhood restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery store, etc. and we felt safe walking the street. Our only "complaint" was that there was only one bus line going into NYC from this location and it stopped running back from NYC at around 12:30am. Because we were returning from NYC around 1:30-2am we either had to take a bus to Secaucus and Uber to the property from there or take an Uber directly back from the city. This was only a factor for us because of the late hours of our return and it certainly would not deter us from future stays at this property.

Nice and tidy

Arrived early for weekend stay with my daughter. Paid a nominal fee to get in early so we could drop our luggage and get into the city earlier. We did not use kitchen but appeared to have everything. Location is typical NY/NJ size. We didn’t stay long in the room except to sleep and shower. But the bed and couch and hot shower was just what was needed after long days of experiencing the city. Location is handy for getting into midtown. We took bus to port authority and then we were off to various locations in city. I advise getting familiar with NJ/NY transit - it does take some patience and not being afraid to ask for directions. I would normally look to stay in NYC but this is a solid choice that will save money and provides a clean quiet place to recharge.

Apartment was very small, kitchen with living room without window 👎. Very noisy from outside .Very hot inside , the television did not work because the host does not pay the television fee, she told me calmly - it is very embarrassing. Holiday apartment without TV ?? without washing machine too👎👎 We are. Not been happy . I absolutely we dont not recommend….. the air conditioning could not be used because it was very very noisy, . I couldn't sleep. 👎I'm sorry. I absolutely do not recommend

Great little spot outside the Big Apple

Claudia was a wonderful host and ensured we had all the info we needed for a smooth check in. We were supposed to be a party of 4 going, but my hubby had to stay behind due to an unexpected event. That being said, it was probably best he did. The spot is VERY cozy. Sleeps four but I’d say 3 is probably the most you want to go to fit without bumping into one another. We reserved Ubers for our rides to and from NYC. Anywhere between $45-95 a ride with tip. Worth it to me to avoid the chaos of driving anywhere myself. The first day we spent time at the Museum of Ice Cream, then walked to Madame Toussands. We ended the evening with Aladdin on Broadway (FABULOUS show, by the way). The second day we took an Uber to Union Square, checked out some shops, then took a taxi to Rockefeller Plaza. Lots to see there! Finished the evening with Dave and Busters and Ubered back. We door dashed from some local restaurants where the apartment was located. Check out the bagel shop for breakfast too (located next to Pop Eyes just down the road). Delish! We left NJ at 4:45 am to avoid the craziness leaving NJ/NYC (tip for you all!). Would definitely stay again (but would fly next time instead of driving). Thank you, Claudia!

We found the apartment very clean. The A/C worked well in the peak of summer and kept the whole apartment cool. Check in was simple. There is a bus stop very close by that will take you right into the city.

The unit is conveniently located with regular buses to Manhattan right across the street (biggest plus). We found it in a clean condition.However, the space is too compact for a family of 3. The initial supplies were meager: we ended up running to the grocery store on the day 1. the internet connection was patchy too.the most concerning aspect of our stay was that we were smelling gas inside the unit. Every time we returned after a long and tiring day, we had to keep the door open for 10 minutes before we could enter the unit. we informed the host about the issue multiple times and found her surprisingly indifferent towards this potentially serious safety hazard. it was only on the day we checked out that we were informed that a handyman will visit the unit to investigate the problem.

The apartment size is accurately reflected in the listing, but we understand that space requirements can vary from guest to guest. We also appreciate your comments regarding the initial supplies and internet connection, as this feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement. Regarding the odor you experienced, we take any report of a possible gas smell very seriously. As soon as we were made aware of your concerns, we coordinated with the building management to arrange an inspection. Since the gas lines are maintained by the building, access and scheduling had to be coordinated through them. The inspection was arranged at the earliest opportunity, and fortunately, no gas leak was found. L appartement est très bien situé 20 min de newyork en bus . Proche d un supermarché. Bref très bien. Petit point négatif , la chaleur dans l appartement. La clim pue le caoutchouc brûlé quand on l allume
