Ideal gelegen im Herzen von Lyon, in der Gegend des Place Guichard (3. Bezirk), eine große Wohnung (77 m2) mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Dieses Apartment wird Sie mit seinem Volumen, seiner gemütlichen Atmosphäre und seiner Ausstattung verführen.

Die Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig mit allen nützlichen Geschäften in der Nähe. Das Verkehrsnetz ist gut bedient.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Lyon, in der Nähe des Place Guichard, und ist 77 m² groß. Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist wie folgt aufgebaut:

• Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten
• Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche im XXL-Stil im italienischen Stil, Haartrockner, Handtüchern und Seifenset pro Person
• Helles Wohnzimmer mit TV und Sofa (kann als Zustellbett verwendet werden)
• Eine große Küche mit Kochplatten, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Mikrowelle, zwei Herden, einer Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien für Ihren Komfort
• Waschk��che mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelbrett
• Die Reinigung erfolgt durch ein Hotelreinigungsmittel, das die Reinigungs- und Wäschekosten rechtfertigt, so dass Sie in den bestmöglichen Bedingungen untergebracht werden

Der Place Guichard befindet sich in einem ultra-Wohngebiet im Herzen des 3. Bezirks von Lyon. Dieser Ort wurde im frühen zwanzigsten Jahrhundert gegründet und ist vor allem für seine berühmte Labor Exchange (1935) bekannt, die sich derzeit für viele Varieté-Shows in der Nähe des Neuen Gerichtsgebäudes befindet.

Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn (Place Guichard Station, Linie B) entfernt und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Part-Dieu.

It's fine if you're not picky

Pros: close to train station, lots of space, 2 closed bdrms, elevator, unit has 2 fans Cons: so many annoying things, no hooks/closet space except a closet in the living room that has random junk in it, no washcloth in kitchen, no hand soap in bathroom, 2 tiny garbage cans for the whole apartment (and no instructions on where to throw out trash), water damage in kitchen, smelly bathroom after shower, entryway/elevator of the building smells like garbage and urine, most mugs won't fit in coffee maker (which only spurts out like 20 mls of coffee per button press), tub does not have a working faucet (showerhead works), no laundry detergent, dryer was not plugged in (with no obvious place to do so) and the bathroom sink leaked. Host just asked for photos and said they'd look into it/sorry for the inconvenience. They never did anything about it. Nothing a Tupperware bin under the leak couldn't handle, but I'd rather not have a leaky sink. Also, we had to ask twice to get an answer about plugging in the dryer and where to throw out the trash. In general the host is not super helpful. And FYI, there's a glass coffee table that is not affixed to its metal base. If you have small children, they may lean on it and make the top flip up. Also, when you throw out the trash, you might encounter a 1 foot tall rat that I guess lives in the trash behind the elevator?? Not like we couldn't make do with these issues, we didn't have a horrible stay, but I can't really recommend it w/o caveats.

Nice Apartment but untidy

The apartement has a good size and a good abiance. It could have been very nice there in a vibrant surrounding. Unfortunately there were some very irritating situations: The apartment was not realy cleaned, just at first view. The Equiment is either dirty or it doesn't work. Just as the electric instalation. Dishes, pots and pans seem to be bought at second-hand and are not usefull at all. Furnitures are old an very used. There are enough wardrobes but they are filled with christmas-decoration, old stuff and useless things so that we couldn't use them. There were no hooks for towels. At least the bedding was clean. One could not say that about the blankets. The sink in the kitchen was clogged. The most annoying was not the litte mouse that, one evening, scampered through the living-room. It was the rat I met in the stairway, because the restaurant in the groundfloor deposits his garbage can in the stairway. It's too bad about the apartement. But Lyon is worth it to come back... into another apartement. Im very sorry.

Le logement est dans un quartier populaire et sympa . Le logement est très bien avec qq points qui seraient à améliorer. La baignoire douche est immense mais peu facile d’accès. Une haute marche est à enjamber. Le tuyau de douche est très court et il est difficile de se doucher debout. Pendant notre séjour, de très nombreuses ampoules étaient grillées. Enfin une des 2 chambres est à éviter si vous avez le sommeil léger car en simple vitrage.

A Good host

Flavien was responsive and a great host. The neighborhood was a bit noisy especially at nights and early mornings. My earplugs were a good solution. Kitchen is well stocked. The place is close to everything. There is a convenient store right across.

Lovely apartment within walking distance to central Lyon. Photos oversell it a little bit and there were some issues with noise at night and getting the shower working but Flavien was always quick to offer solutions. All together, a very pleasant stay and one I would recommend. Merci Flavien

The place had everything as promised. Impressed with the home. Glad for an elevator and everything worked well. The man that met us was waiting for us and was very helpful and had it ready. It was farther from where I spent most of my time, so wasn't best location for me. There was some celebrations in the neighborhood one night that was very unsettling. I felt worried getting back to the place. I realize that won't be always but for me that was a negative.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit spacieux et lumineux. Accueil chaleureux. On a beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’appartement. Forget it.

Unit was noisy to the point of unable to hear my friend without closing windows. Not enough English instructions on how appliances worked. Shower did not work. Standard of clean left a lot to be desired. Mainly an Arabic area with men on the street constantly. Felt captive at night as it did not feel safe to go out. Terribly dissapointed as this stay was meant to be the relaxing fun time - far from it. Feel very cheated. Only positive was good wifi and smart tv, I took a memory stick of movies. Save your $$$ and go to a hotel.

The foto's looked nice, but the appartment was terrible old and in a very noisy part of Lyon. You had to close the windows and their was no airco-sytem. Their were no lights in the bedrooms. their was no water in the shower and bathroom.

Disappointed

Some one knows a good photographer since these photos do not exactly depict the apartment. Plus no one said that you have climb 2 1/2 feet to get into the shower! Who designed that? The floors were rickety and gave the impression that you could stumble or at the very least trip on the floor boards. No instructions for the washer and dryer. And no plugs. I know that this is Europe and they don't have the ability to install electricity especially in older buildings but really only one plug in the bathroom? And what is wrong with power strips. Our greeter was less than helpful. I will not return.
