Schöne Ocean Front Condo - Einheit A-314

Maui Sunset ist das perfekte Ferienhaus. Die große 112 Quadratmeter große private Veranda mit Blick auf die schönen Gärten, den Pool und das Meer. Es ist perfekt, um morgens Wale oder abends Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem 6,5 Hektar großen Grundstück direkt am Meer und macht Maui Sunset zum perfekten Ort für Spaziergänge am Strand, zum Entspannen am Pool, zum Spielen von Tennis oder zum Shuffle-Board mit Freunden.

A-314 wurde im Herbst 2006 aktualisiert und verfügt über eine neu gestaltete Küche und einen Wohnbereich. Wir werden weiterhin bei jedem Besuch aktualisiert. 2016 hat eine neue Dusche im WC, neue Fenster im Schlafzimmer und Jalousien im Wohnzimmer hinzugefügt.

Perfect Location

Walk downstairs to the beach. Kiteboarding and windsurfing as soon as the wind kicks on in the afternoon. Beautiful accommodations. Thoughtfully planned living space. What more could you ask for.

Amazing property

The property was as described. Clean condo with AC units in the bedroom and main area. Easy check in process through the main office. Ray was easy to communicate with and was responsive. Make sure to bring your own shower products.

Just two nights

Place was fine, could have used directions for the air conditioner. A/C was super old and loud with 4 hr limit. Also no batteries in remote resulting in me having to get on hands and knees to figure it out. Well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful view! Wonderful stay!

Wow! What a great location! Beautiful ocean view from the family room and lanai. So many amenities - tennis, shuffle board, putting green, a WARM pool :) and just steps to the beach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, sites and fun! The condo was stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels. I loved that we didn’t have to bring anything extra! The kitchen had everything we needed. I was especially happy to see a rice maker! The owners were easy to communicate with which made planning our stay even easier. We can’t wait to return!

Outstanding memories made at A314 Maui Sunset

This is our first time in Maui and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset A314. It comfortably housed our family of five. They had many useful amenities that made our stay memorable. The community at Maui Sunset was very welcoming as well. We sat at the beach every night to watch the sunset and we enjoyed the pool too. We appreciated the little Hawaiian touches throughout the suite. The hawaiian coffee mugs and plates and other hawaiian decor that made our first hawaiian experience for the kids so much fun. thank you very much. we will definitely recommend Maui Sunset to our friends and hope to go back one day!

We have been owners since the summer of 2002. We were looking for a place to get away from the Minnesota winters and have giant yard for our 3 kids (and typically a few more) to run and play. We found it at Maui Sunset. Our kids are grown but we all have some of our best memories at Maui Sunset.

A friend of ours owned a unit at Maui Sunset. We stayed several times. We fell in love with the location, the grounds and the feeling of Maui. When the opportunity to buy a unit at Maui Sunset came up, we knew this was the place to be!

The view of the ocean is breathtaking. We rarely miss an evening sitting on the beach watching the sunset.
The grounds at Maui Sunset are absolutely beautiful. We have had guests tell us they had to go pull the grass to see if it was real because it is so perfect.
Whale watching, kite-surfing are great ways to spend an afternoon and it is all available from the lanai or on the beach in front of you.
