A310 ist eine schöne 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Meerblick Eigentumswohnung im Maui Sunset Resort, die das perfekte Ferienhaus ist. Das Resort liegt direkt am Meer und verfügt über zwei Tennisplätze, einen großen Swimmingpool, einen Whirlpool, einen Shuffleboard-Platz, ein Putting Green sowie wunderschöne Gärten und Anlagen. Es gibt auch Gasgrill und einen Fitnessraum. Das Resort besteht aus zwei Gebäuden mit dem Pool und dem schönen Innenhof in der Mitte. Jedes Gebäude verfügt über zwei Aufzüge. Genießen Sie den Pool mit flachem Ende für kleine Kinder oder entspannen Sie in einer Lounge am Pool oder im Jet-Spa.

Unsere schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder (eines mit ebenerdiger Dusche und eines mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination). Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa und ein Twin-Size-Schlafsofa. Alle Handtücher (einschließlich Strandtücher) und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Komplette Wäscherei in unserer Wohnung gehören Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Wir haben Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sowie Deckenventilatoren. Es gibt einen Breitbildfernseher und wir bieten kostenloses Internet. Die große 112 Quadratmeter große private Veranda bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und die wunderschöne Anlage zum Meer. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge zu genießen oder in den Wintermonaten Wale zu beobachten. Wir bieten auch Strandmatten und Liegen.

Das Activity Reservation Center am Pool ist sehr hilfreich und kann Ihnen bei der Auswahl einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten auf Maui behilflich sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

We had such a great time here! The condo was clean, spacious, and SUPER quiet; the pool was nice, and the view of the ocean (and sea breeze!) was lovely. We definitely hope to come back some day!

We had an amazing time at this condo it was very clean and the location could not be beat. And the grounds are so beautiful and beach was a short walk across the grass. Will deffently stay here again.

Perfect and Just Enough

The location of Maui Sunset is perfect; close enough to drive across to Kahului in 20 mins and central to Kihei 6-10 mins drive to basically everything. Full kitchen was perfect to cook dinner or prepare a meal to BBQ down in courtyard (which are kept very clean!). The ability to do laundry in the condo was a lifesaver. There was ample amounts of beach towels and regular towels, plus a ton of beach chairs, a cooler and reusable ice blocks. My kids (8 and 13) were kept busy (when we weren’t traveling the island) by the pool and putting green. Everyone had a proper place to sleep; 13 year old on pull out couch, 8 year old on day bed and my husband and I took the king size bed in the bedroom. The unit is conveniently located within the building, close to trash chute, elevators, putting green, parking, gym and pool. There is an ocean view from the balcony as well. We plan to stay here again given the opportunity. Mahalo!!!

Perfect stay with very minor improvements needed

This place is great and throughout our stay all communication with the host was 10/10. We really appreciated all the extras, such as suntan lotion and chairs. There's a full kitchen, with washer and dryer inside the unit. Some of the utensils were not 100% clean, but I blame the dishwasher for that, since the same happened to us when we used it. Perhaps an upgrade is needed. There were two AC units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom one was an older model and too loud for sleeping, so we just turned on the one in the living room and used the ceiling fan to circulate the air - that worked okay, not sure if it would be enough during the summer months though! The bed itself was very comfortable to sleep on. The furniture was a bit older overall and the light switches we found to be placed in some unexpected places we could never remember, but it didn't really bother us. Wi-Fi was working really well the entire time with fast internet. Never saw a single bug/fly inside, which is a big plus! The whole complex was very quiet, with multiple signs everywhere to remind everyone of quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No wild parties! It's also placed in a really good location with tons of shops and restaurants only 2-3 minutes away. Would definitely stay again in the future! :)

Amazing communication, location is right in the water!

Firstly, the condo is set up great with the bedroom in the back, a deck overlooking the lawn and viewing the ocean, and beach chairs and towels and an umbrella! Terrie was super flexible when we hit an unexpected snag and had to leave early, and communication was very prompt. Loved the grounds and the pool and we got to see turtles in the beach on our morning coffee walk! Thanks again so much for the great stay

5 nights in paradise!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights during our two weeks on the Hawaiian islands for our 30th anniversary. It was a resort styled condo, we loved it! It was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and used the nice pool and hot tub also! The host was very easy to contact, thank you so much Terry!

Met our needs perfectly!!!

This was a wonderful condo and property that met our needs perfectly. Lovely spot right on the beach with gorgeous views, beautifully maintained grounds, and a really fun multi-generational family environment. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed for our Maui vacation. Every time I looked for something to use in the kitchen, there it was!! It felt like a home away from home. Nice condo needs some TLC

Great location. Some remodeling done, more needed. Carpet stained. Side chair near couch needs new cushion. The bedroom mattress is NOT good, needs replacing. Pool closed for last 2 days of our stay, needs to be posted when others book so they know. We worked around it. That said, those are some improvements needed to make this a top shelf rental.

The pictures were very accurate for the condo. Very nice location & comfy beds. The only issue was the dust was a bit thick & the vacuum was very full so we had to clean it out to vacuum when we arrived. Otherwise very nice.

Awesome place!

We would rent this place again for sure!! The only problem with the location is it takes a while to get to most of the things we wanted to do, but the property offers so many things, tennis, shuffle board, there are paddle board and boat rentals. There is flat lush greens to play soccer, bocce ball and so much more. Small beach to relax. The actual place was quaint, worked perfect for our family of 4 and provided full kitchen to make the cost of meals a little better, as food costs on the island are higher than the mainland. Costco, target, or longs drugs were the best places to get groceries. Have fun! Aloha!

Condo is very clean. You have everything needed to just arrive, buy groceries, and feel right at home with a gorgeous view! Perfect for what we needed!

We had such a great experience here! The location in Kihei is great, minutes from everything. The grounds at the property are nice and it’s nice to have access to the beach and pool. And was great to have beach towels and beach accessories to borrow! There was 4 of us and we all slept comfortably. The place comes with some food condiments so check out what’s available before you do your grocery shopping! I would definitely recommend and stay there again!
