Excellent location and in a lovely apartment block. Very clean and well laid out apartment. Everything you need was within the apartment. Best host ever. Even when we had an emergency she( and her daughter ) helped us massively. Definetly a place to revisit.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and it didn’t disappoint! It is in the perfect location just minutes from the beautiful beach, bars, restaurant's and local supermarket and has a gorgeous communal pool with plenty of sun beds. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious and the wrap around balcony has wonderful views. The property has everything you need and is well equipped. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent. We love it here and will definitely be returning!

Perfect Getaway!

Excellent location, spacious apartment, with great terrace . This nice and tidy property fulfilled all of our expectations, the pool and the view are fantastic. We had a vacation very relaxed and the owners made us feel like home. Highly recommended, we'll be back! Thank you!

Excellent stay in Calpe!

Wow, clean beautiful, sunny apartment in an excellent location with a view of Mediterranean and Penyal d’Ifac! Communication with the host was great, all timely and polite. We had a person with mobility issues and the apartment worked out great with the elevator and awesome patio that they could use at all times and weather. Highly recommended!

We had a really fantastic stay here. The apartment is really spacious with a massive balcony, new kitchen and bathrooms. Great communication with host Alicia, and very easy logistics: the apartment is on road level with easy access at the back, and at the front/ balcony 2 floors up facing seawards. Wonderful pool. This apartment is so convenient for everything - the main beach, the snorkelling beach, shops, restaurants and bars, also the fish restaurants along the port. We always stay somewhere around here.A new recommendation from us: it's up towards Calpe centre, but the new 29th floor cocktail bar at the Suitopia hotel. Visit around sunset.

Lovely appartment

We were happy to be so near the beach. From the appartment we could smell it, we could see it, we could nearly touch it ... We were just a couple, the appartment was too big for us, but the price was nearly the same than a small appartment, so we choose the big one. Absolutely we recommend this appartment, to couples, families with childs and aged persons.

Quiet and clean

The building was quiet and really clean. Ramon was always cleaning here and there... The swimming pool big and clean, and the views from there are really nice. "YOU CAN SEE THE SEA ". The apparment has air condition and is really new and clean. The views from the terrace are JUST WONDERFUL, se could see either the sea and the "peñon de Ifach". We had a problem with our car and Jose and alicia just make it easy to find the solution. THANKS SO MUCH.

First class apartment with a wonderful sea view

Alicia and Jose are such nice people to deal with and they keep their lovely apartment is an immaculate condition. I, my wife and friend have stayed at the aparttment on three separate occasions and hope to return again in the near future. Calpe is a lovely place to stay with pleasant walks along the sea front and lots of good restaurants. For children the clean sandy beach is but a few steps away from the apartment. We find it very relaxing to take a stroll along the promenade from the apartment into Calpe town stopping on route for a coffee (and free pancake). If you have the interest, as we have, you can join the locals to play flat green bowls at a nearby sea front hotel or play contract bridge at two local bridge clubs. If you have a car then the whole of this delightful region is available to you. Many, many lovely places to visit both along the coast and inland. You will not be disappointed.

What a loverly appartement. Close to the beach and with a nice pool with sunbeds. We loved the kitchen and the terrace. Everything was very clean and we defintely recommend this place. If we needed something Alicia was there to help us.A little tip from our side, make the wifi included in the price and put an extra dining table with chairs on the balcony.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT EN BORD DE MER

Un bel appartement avec une très grande terrasse. Une résidence sécurisée impeccable (nettoyage quotidien). Une grande piscine et un accès direct à la mer. Le garage en sous-sol très pratique. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande !!!

Très bel appartement, bien placé, super terrasse. Lits confortables. Parking appréciable. Très bon contact avec Alicia toujours à l’écoute et dont les consignes étaient très claires.

Buena ubicación.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. La terraza es impresionante, ideal para comer al fresquito y pasar la velada. Los colchones muy cómodos. Agradecemos a Alicia lo atenta que estuvo para atender nuestras peticiones.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La petite procédure claire et précise transmises par Alicia une semaine avant notre arrivée permet d’avoir au logement sans aucun problème. Logement conforme à la description.

Superbe appartement, bonnes commodités quelques petites imperfections au sujet des deux portes des salles de bains qui ferment . Malheureusement nous avons eu 4 jours de tempête dans la région . On était donc coincé dans l’appartement.
