NIDO DE LOS CUERVOS (Krähennest)

Die Aussicht vom Nest ist atemberaubend! Vom modernen mexikanischen Dekor über die offene Küche / den Wohnbereich bis hin zum Panoramablick auf die Bucht von Banderas (nur einen kurzen Block entfernt) fühlen Sie sich von der Minute an, in der Sie sich befinden, entspannt und wohl und werden von Wand zu Wand begrüßt , deckenhohe Terrassentüren aus Glas, die sich zum sonnigen Außenbereich öffnen.

Das Nest liegt am Strand von Los Muertos und ist gleich um die Ecke von "Blue Chairs". Alle großen Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Altstadt, die Malecon (Promenade) und das historische Stadtzentrum sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Panoramablick auf die Bucht ist ständig mit dem Kommen und Gehen von Kreuzfahrtschiffen, der Marigalante, Feuerwerkskörpern und den BEAUTIFUL-Sonnenuntergängen verbunden.

Das Nest
Die neu renovierte Wohnung ist mehr als 870 Quadratmeter. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Schrank und Stauraum und ein neues Kingsize-Bett. Es gibt ein großes, helles Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen neuen Geräten und Wasserfiltrationssystem. Die Küche / der Wohnbereich ist sehr bequem zum Kochen und Abhängen (während er oder sie für Sie kocht!) Sie können das aktuelle Wetter und die neuesten Nachrichten Ihrer Heimatstadt über das kostenfreie WLAN oder den großen Flachbildfernseher abrufen. Auf der Terrasse können Sie eine Margarita schlürfen und die Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Alle Zimmer verfügen über moderne, leise Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage. Falls erforderlich, sind in der Regel Meeresrauschen und Ventilatoren ausreichend.

Das Apartmentgebäude verfügt über eine schöne Sonnenterrasse und einen Pool, in dem in der Hochsaison eine Bar geöffnet ist. Das Nest ist über drei Stufen aufwärts oder abwärts zugänglich, je nach Eingangsstraße. Leider gibt es keine Behinderung.

Zwei Gäste wären sehr bequem, ein dritter müsste im Wohnbereich auf einem Sofa schlafen.

Thanks for your kind comments! I hope that any new prospective renters understand that there are 3 sets of stairs that you need to climb or descend (depending on the access point to the building), that is why I do highlight this in the description of the condo and the where it is located.

Great Location!

This condo is a very short walk from Playa de los Muertos, and very close to downtown/restaurants. David (the owner) was available from reservation to check out, answering any questions I had. My only suggestion would be room darkening shades for the living room to remove the glare from the television during daylight hours.

Comanding Views Perched High Above

The perfect spot for 12 relaxing days in Puerto Vallarta's Romantica zone. Beautiful view of the Bahia de Banderas and the city along the bay. The panoramic view at night is especially great with all the city lights illuminating the coast line (and fireworks if you time it right). Completely enjoyed the modern updated interior and the comfortable accommodation. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We spent many of our days at the beach, so it's close proximity was really appreciated. It is also in short walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, bars and clubs. We were extremely pleased with our relaxing stay at the Crows Nest and would highly recommend it to others. Thank You David for sharing your beautiful condo.

Great 1 Bedroom condo!

We had a great stay here and the owners were super-fast in answering any question we had before and during our stay. Its very well stocked with dishes/cookware/etc and an easy walk to the beach. The decor is very modern which we loved and the bedroom is quiet. There are alot of steps from the street to the entrance (like many places in PV) but that was not an issue at all for us. The upside of the steps is the great view! The owners have great taste, are responsive, detail oriented, and perfect to work with. You wont have any worries at all renting from them and we would stay here again if we come back next year. (which we plan to do!) Thanks David for a wonderful experience!

Everything and more

This condo is perfect. From the location to the condo itself. We were lucky to be the first to see the new furniture which is very nice. This was like a home away from home it's modern and sleek which is very much our style. I loved the terrace but a lounger would have been nice but is not necessary. Loved the sunsets every night with a margarita The kitchen is perfectly stocked The bedroom has great storage. The bathroom is beautiful and with a great washer and dryer The owner is fast in responding to emails and is very friendly. He even left us a few special additions for our stay Will book here again and if he ever decides to sell would be interested!!! Thanks for everything

Overall it was fine, the entry initially is somewhat convoluted, but once you get it, it is fine…The different levels to access the condo certainly give you a work out. I really think the electronics in the Unit definitely need updating. Took about 4 days just to figure out how to access NetFlix and then I had to enter my account info, which hopefully I deleted before leaving. And the Pool was not heated, not enjoyable…The Host was very responsive to questions and pleasant.

One of the Best

I have been coming to PV for many years and have stayed in quite a few different properties. Nido De Los Cuervos is one of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere. The location is perfect and the views are stunning. It is about 100 steps up from the street which is less than other condos that I have stayed in that didn't have as good of a view. The condo is perfectly appointed, super clean and has everything you need and most importantly nothing you don't. High quality linens, very comfortable bed, fully equipped modern kitchen, water & ice filtration system, and David even has soap, shampoo and conditioner for his guests! I have stayed at other condos in this development so I was familiar with it before I booked, but I must say it exceeded my expectations. David and his property manager, Pedro, are very responsive, friendly and professional. I felt right at home as soon as Pedro met me at the door. I can't wait for my next stay which I have already booked.

Great Relaxing Getaway for 2

When you take care of a vacation home even better than you're own home, you know have scored a real gem. The condo was so comfortable, beautiful open concept kitchen and living room. For those that like to cook, the kitchen was stocked with a great selection of pots and pans, glassware, plate ware and other utensils. There was a washer and dryer that came in very handy. It had a great bathroom with walk in shower. Very spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. And a balcony with a great view of the water and rest of the town. Eating breakfast everyday was an absolute joy, and watching the sunset from the balcony was awesome. The location near the beach was terrific and a short walk away from many restaurants. The best part was how attentive the owner was, providing a lot of information he thought could possibly be useful. Even before the trip, he was answering our questions and emails very promptly and was very helpful organizing transport to and from the airport. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo and Location

We loved every minute of our Vacation at David's beautiful condo. The condo was tastefully furnished, super comfortable bed, magnificent views from the balcony - lovely sunsets. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved the neighbourhood - lots of great walking and so many wonderful sights and restaurants nearby. Amazingly the neighbourhood was very quiet and great for sleeping at nights - loved hearing the ocean waves! Yes there are stairs - as David mentions - but we are not young and had no trouble managing! Looking forward to a return visit to this beautiful property. Thanks David!

Great condo, with a fun view and comfortable

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Would recommend having some basic spices like salt and pepper. We did buy some spices and left them for others to have. The woman that met us to the condo, was not very welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing about condo and things to do. During the week we met building custodians who were friendly and helpful, and residents in the condo building that too were very friendly. The stairs were a great workout and each day got better! Was a great relaxing condo to stay at.

Fabulous condo one short block from the beach.

This is a great condo. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed is very comfy. We used the outdoor patio for dining frequently,. with its beautiful view of the Bay. The only issue was the arrival/check-in process; but the owner was very quick to respond and rectify the situation.

The Crows Nest is a beautiful condo situated a short 1 minute walk from the beach in Puerto Vallart.

David’s condo is a beautiful place located in the heart of PV’s Romantic Zone. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Rooftop pool and lounge area also very nice. Saw a lot of whales from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. If you get a chance check out the lounge on the sixth floor of the Blue Chairs Resort. They have awesome margaritas!!! Loved it! We were really happy here!

I really liked this place and I am pretty hard to please, just ask my partner! :-) This condo was bright and clean, fully equipped, with modern conveniences, and had a big comfortable king size bed. And everything in the unit worked!! I have stayed at several other places in PV before and often times one thing or another is broken. Not here! We decided to have Pedro pick us up at the airport and glad we did. He was prompt and communicated with us well in advance. Pedro is very courteous and friendly. When we arrived at the condo we were greeted with a fresh bowl of delicious home made guacamole. Wow! We loved the balcony and the wall of sliding windows that opened up the entire living space to a great view. This place was conveniently located to our favorites spots in old Vallarta. Fantastic Expereince

This was by far the best trip I've taken so far to PV. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed and I can't say enough about the great view I had each day. Dave and Pedro were very responsive and kind in every way. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and the many bars, restaurants and other great thinks PV has to offer. I will be booking again in the future.

Best. "Dad-cation". EVER!

My wife gifted me a "Dad-cation" as we have 2 small kids and keep a busy life in neighboring paradise of Sayulita. A short get-away but somewhere comfortable and close to all our fave places in Vallarta. El Nido de los Cuervos was it! David and Pedro were the perfect hosts, the Condo was beyond clean and comfortable, and every time I thought of leaving for the beach, I decided to just stay inside and watch Movies, sip Tequila and enjoy the comforts. Looking forward to next year's solo-get away. So great. Gracias!!

great location in romantic zone

close to beach, bars and all local resident frequented restaurants. Great meals for the price of a lunch at home. Quiet location with very nice view and a pool up 3 floors with even a better view. THE most comfortable bed (wrote the brand and style down for my home). there are 100 steps to climb from street to front door but after the second day my legs were up to the task. Only suggestion is a table or two in the living room to put drinks down.

Great Condo, Great Location

What an excellent place to stay. Nicely renovated and very well equipped. Steps away from everything you could possibly need. Our first time in PV and enjoyed the city and the condo entirely. The pool deck upstairs was one of the highlights, as was the private deck on the condo. Friendly, safe neighborhood as well with a great restaurant called Fusion just down at the end of the block. A special shout out to Arturo, the concierge who made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be back. One last word, be prepared to climb a few stairs as it is a number of stairs up from street level, which was a bit of work, but the view is worth it.
