Waikoloa Fairway Villa F6 ist der ultimative Kurzurlaub mit verschmolzenen Innen- und Außenwohnräumen. Unser Reihenhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist ideal für bis zu sechs Gäste. Unser gepflegtes Endgerät bietet viel Licht und Brise. Wir haben hochwertige Möbel und eine fantastische Galeriekunst, die Sie in unserem gesamten Haus genießen können.
Der Hauptwohnbereich verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, so dass das Haus ideal ist, um sich mit Familie und Freunden zu unterhalten oder zu entspannen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher. Die Küche ist geräumig und verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und eine Bar. Die Küche ist komplett mit hochwertigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. An der Frühstücksbar befindet sich ein Esstisch mit acht und drei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen. Eine große umlaufende Veranda ist vom Wohnzimmer oder vom Esszimmer aus zu erreichen, mit einem Patio-Tisch mit Platz für sechs und zwei Liegestühlen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golfplatz, den Kohala-Vulkan und den von Kokospalmen eingerahmten Sonnenunterganghimmel.
Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem Flachbild-TV. Das Master-Bad ist geräumig und bietet zwei Waschbecken, eine ebenerdige Dusche und eine Badewanne. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer; ein; Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über Queensize-Betten und ein eigenes Bad auf dem Flur und bietet einen Flachbild-TV. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet ein Queensize-Bett mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer mit einem Flachbild-TV und einem eingebauten Kleiderschrank. Der Dachboden bietet ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und eine Leseecke.

Family reunion

Nicest decor we've seen in beach place. Good access to beach, shops and restaurants. Unit is secluded behind garages, with only view out to a fairway with few players. Only complaint is high entry to tub/showers with no grab bars, or anything to grab to while in the shower. Possibly dangerous for older and/or disabled people. Parking is some distance from the unit, only one spot assigned, visitor spots even further.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Covid has caused the prices in Hawaii to almost triple. This condo 2 years ago was less than $200 a night. Now it was $457. The condo was a spacious 3 bedroom on the golf course, close to the Waikoloa shops. Very kid friendly area. The condo was nice but dingy with dirty carpets, window seals, the outside area filled with cobwebs and dirt, the heating elements on the stove top knobs were worn so bad you couldn’t tell which burner to turn on... normally at this price I would have complained, but sadly these were on the cheaper side. The pool requires a key which was a pain with kids going back and forth to the condo or bathroom. Having a code on the pool would save lost keys and hassle. Looking back I wish I would have booked the fancier condo for $100 extra a night but you live and learn. These are nice condos but If you’re going to pay over $400 a night there might be nicer ones with better amenities.

Location was amazing. The HVAC system was really loud. Michelle was very nice in accommodating a late check out due to our flight. I love the fairway villas but will think twice before renting here again.

Enjoyable Stay

Condo is exactly like the picture. Easy to locate on property. Very close to the pool and hot tub. BBQ area is right next to the pool, very clean and lots of BBQ's The gym was good and used alot by our family. Very clean washrooms by the pool area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Beach. Lots of towels were available for Beach and bathrooms. Selection of beach toys and chairs,. The kitchen was large, well stocked and easy to cook in. At Christmas lots of the restaurants were busy and full, so great to have the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. We entirely enjoyed our vacation, and would return.

Great Place

Loved everything about location, the townhouse was great. The only complaint is they advertised beach chairs, towels etc but there was 2 rusty kids chairs, three beach towels. You get only a few dishwasher cubes and a few laundry cubes and no dish soap or paper towels. We bought some probably enough for the next visitors. Hopefully they leave them all there for the next people moving in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit in a great location. Unit is a bit worn and has maintenance and, more critically, cleaning issues. The coffee maker was digustingly dirty with mold and black slime. and took major scrubbing and 3 brewing cycles with clean water before it was usable. The master shower had mold & mildew. The outdoor furniture had to be cleaned of bird pooh before being used, and beach gear was sandy and had not been cleaned. The patio hose was broken in spots and leaked profusely when used. As there is a $300 cleaning fee, we were surprised to find out that we had to do laundry and take out all trash.

Misleading- needs to replace appliances

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely rental with tasteful decor in a great location. Unfortunately, that’s the only good things I can say about it. The rental was not cleaned throughly. There was lots of hair in the bathtub, crumbs in the fridge, and the bath towels smelled musty and had to be rewatched. The appliances barely work properly and need to be replaced as does the cookware. We had to buy a frying pan because everything at the rental was scratched up and needed to be replaced. Property management was not easily accessible and returned one of our phone calls two weeks after we returned home. The DVD player is broken and the computer is apparently for looks only as pieces of it are missing. Most of the information in the guest books is outdated and invalid. It’s really a shame that we constantly were running into issues because the location is great. The pool is beautiful, but is always packed. We woke up one morning to one of the complex’s employees screaming at someone on her cell phone regarding work. This could have been such a better experience, but we will not be returning. Definitely not worth the money.

Christmas 2021

We rented this condo to stay over the Christmas season with our teen/young adult children. The space was perfect for gathering or to give everyone their own space. We’ll stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several meals there, and enjoyed eating on the lanai. Centrally located for many of our adventures, we were walking distance to shopping and coffee and the beach. I recommend the walk along the shore, the petroglyph fields, Hulakai for rentals and excursions, and plan for a special dinner out under the palm trees at the Lava Lava club.

Great stay

Overall, very much enjoyed staying at this property. Great location, walkability, etc. BBQs were clean and easily used. Very clean unit itself, except for the coffee maker which was obviously not cleaned out from previous tenant, coffee and some growings were present. Make sure to check this before making coffee as it seems housekeeping doesn't do so. Kids in diapers cannot enter the pool. Beach is nearby so this wasn't much of an issue, but something to be aware of for younger kids.

Perfect accommodations to explore big island

3 bedrooms and the sofa bed in loft was perfect for family of 5. Nice and quiet with gorgeous view of fairway. Walking distance to King and Queens shops. Short drive to Lava lava club and A-bay beach. The beach supplies provided was perfect to supplement trips to the beach (chairs, cooler, noodles, boogie boards and umbrella). Best to check A/C. It worked great but made some very loud noises on some cycles. Very Loud.
