Geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Einheit in einem Komplex mit geringer Dichte befindet sich im Herzen des Golfs und bietet Blick auf den Golf und die kleine Lagune !! Der große Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten ist vom Wohnzimmer und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich.

Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa mit Love Seat und einen übergroßen Stuhl mit Flachbildfernseher. Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich der Küchen- und Essbereich. In der Küche finden Sie alles, was Sie für eine hausgemachte Mahlzeit oder einen Snack auf dem Weg zum Strand benötigen. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit drei zusätzlichen Barhockern.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit viel Stauraum und Flachbildfernseher. Das private Master-Bad verfügt über eine Duschkabine und eine Gartenwanne mit viel Stauraum.

Guest Bedroom 1 bietet Queensize-Betten und Guest Bedroom 3 oder Kids Nook bietet ein Etagenbett (Twin over Full) mit Flachbildfernseher. Beide Gästezimmer teilen sich ein Gästebad mit Wanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Family Fun

The facility was very accommodating and the location was excellent. Everyone had their own space and had the freedom to come and go from the beach as well as a convenient store and coffee shop right next-door.

Spur of the moment get away

We had a great stay ! The pool was much smaller than we thought , but still nice . We enjoyed sitting on the deck Alot but could def use new furniture . The store being close was great . The kids had lots of places they could walk to ! The condo was decorated so nice and beachy . We had fun and relaxed as well . The furniture in the condo was very comfortable . Lots of fun was had by my family! Would stay again !

Place wasn’t very clean, found hairs on the bed and around the windows by the bed. The comforters had stains and looked like they hadn’t been washed. The place was in a good location but not very clean overall.

Nice Stay - just a few FYIs

Overall, nice stay, especially for a family trip. Beds were comfortable enough, condo was clean, although the walls could use a little attention. My main complaint is the lack of blinds on the doors in the living room and master bedroom. Makes for a lack of privacy with two balconies directly across, as well as some very bright, very early mornings. Other than that, though, it was an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was well stocked, and the store next door was very convenient. There is no beach access directly across from the condo, but it is a reasonable walk to the public beach access point. Would generally recommend.

Wonderful beach condo!!

My husband and I stayed here with our four kids and had a fantastic time. The beach access was about 2 blocks away across the street, which wasn't a bad walk at all. The unit was clean and had everything described in the listing. There was plenty of space for our whole family to stay here comfortably. We cooked for most meals and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to do so. The first day I noticed some sugar ants on the kitchen counters and on the master bedroom floor. Fortunately there is a Walmart 2.3 miles away, so I was able to grab some liquid ant bait to get rid of them. My only real complaint with this unit is the lack of blinds on the doors leading to the balcony, specifically on the doors in the master. There is another unit directly across and they can see right into our room at night. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay! We also loved being right next door to Pier 33, a convenience store with souvenirs and a coffee shop. We would totally come stay here again!

To the Pointe.

Decorations are lovely and provide a wonderful beachy vibe. Only a 15 minute walk to Hangout and variety of shopping and dining. 8 minute walk to Laurias, a local cafe bar, for an evenings night cap between beach or festivities. The next day walk towards the opposite end of island about 15 minutes to the Beachhouse restaurant for great drinks and a great meal. No fowl odors or musty smell in the unit. The unit is quite at night for relaxing evenings inside and on the deck. Although, it may be time for a newer more comfortable patio furniture update. The patio itself is a relaxing area to people watch or just sit and enjoy the breeze. Perhaps with the update, a new outdoor table with chairs would invite families to sit outside to enjoy that seafood boil or a family game night. Dishes were plentiful but chipped cup and dish. Maybe these were missed because the dishes are to be cleaned and put away by guests, therefore less likely to catch for necessary replacements to prevent unwanted injuries. Maybe offer an easy to clean blanket for cool evenings in each room. I understand an error occurred in my stay which left one room without a blanket but i carry a throw everywhere so it was plenty to take off any chill in the evening. Thanks for the access to washer dryer units and providing plenty of bathroom towels in each bathroom. I enjoy staying at the Spinnaker Pointe units. I appreciate the efforts in comfort and decoration.

Not sure how this place is a 4.9 star

Upon arrival, the condo was DISGUSTING! Walls and doors were filthy. There was handprints on the patio windows from the previous guest. Dried up food on the countertops of the kitchen. The floors were so dirty that my son’s knees were black from crawling on it for 30 seconds. After further investigation, we found dried up vomit behind the couch and on the mirror. The pictures that are posted of the property are not up to date. When we booked this condo, we were expecting a beach view like the listing shows; however, since the pictures have been posted there has been a large condominium built across the street that completely blocks the view of the beach. We immediately contacted the number given for Luna Beach Properties, and they contacted the housekeeper to return to the unit to address our issues. Once the housekeepers arrived, they began accusing us of making the mess when we had only been there for 30 minutes. The lady from Luna Beach Properties told us to be direct and tell them what we wanted cleaned, but the housekeepers just continued to argue with us, and refused to clean anything. The housekeepers exact words were “maybe you should’ve booked something better”. Obviously, they have no respect for the company they work for or the guests. We eventually had to go to the store ourselves, and spend our entire first day of vacation cleaning the condo. Would definitely not recommend booking this property or any other properties that Luna Beach offers.

Kristin, We are very symathetic to your situation, and apologized over and over for the condition of the unit upon your arrival. When you explained to us how housekeeping spoke to you and treated you, they were reprimanded repeatedly for their actions. This is unacceptable and not how we wish our company to be portrayed in person, or over the internet. We refunded you $252.40 for you having to purchase cleaning products and clean on the first day of your stay, to which you agreed not to display a negative review. We are sincerely sorry for the issues you encountered at arrival, and hope that you enjoyed the duration of your stay by relaxing and enjoying the large balcony, spacious kitchen, pool, and all the other great qualities this unit provides to guests. Spinnaker pointe

Spinnaker pointe didn't disappoint, this is the second time we have stayed at this property, different house but same complex. It's in a perfect spot, close to everything and right next to pier 33 store, which has alot of items.

Family Vacation from Texas

The place was great! Very comfortable for our family of six, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Living and dining had ample seating. LOVED the huge porch with comfy patio furniture. It was a very nice and quiet community and the pool was never crowded. Location was great as well, next to the convenience store practically right outside the door…and just a short walk to the beach. Only complaint is cleaning could have been better, particularly in the bathroom showers. And hardly any storage containers (Tupperware) for food but we were able to make do with items on hand. Would definitely stay again!

Kelly, Thank you for your excellent review of your stay with us. We have had several complaints lately regarding the shower doors. I promise you that housekeeping has tried everything to get the glass on the shower doors to appear clean but the hard water spots will not come off. Our staff has used magic erasers, recipes for heavy duty cleaners found on every website and many types of deep cleaners. During the "off" season, we are going to try taking down the shower doors and buffing them with chemicals that are used on vehicles to see if that will work. Hopefully when you return to be our guest again, this will be corrected or the doors will be replaced. We will definitely look into the containers being added for convenience. We do have those on the list of required items, however I am sure these items are taken if they hold food that a guest did not want to throw out or leave behind. Family Beach Time

What a great family getaway! Home is close to everything but still private and quiet. Short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool!

Home away from home

Home away from home. My family and I absolutely loved staying at this property. Not only was the property super clean, spacious, Great location. The convenience of having the beach across the street as well as the greatest sundry shop I’ve ever seen next-door ( everything from soup to nuts), Great coffee shop, excellent breakfast sandwiches as well as always being greeted with a smile and southern hospitality. Looking forward to renting for next summer as well and definitely will tell all my friends and family.

Beautiful

We loved staying here it was close to everything that we could walk.... there is a little grocery store behind the unit that made everything easier the inside was just like pictures! Can't wait to stay here again!

June 2019 Stay

we had a great time on our first family vacation the unit was just as pictured and wonderful, very clean. It was a perfect spot for convenience because you could walk to so many places and the little store behind is perfect! cant wait to stay here again.
