Condo 635 ist ein 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Seeufer Wohnung im 3. Stock. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einem Herd mit Backofen und einem Backofen sowie einem Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine. Mit einer überdachten großen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und einem der drei Außenpools in der Parkview Bay. Das Deck verfügt über Möbel und einen Gasgrill. Die Bettenausstattung umfasst ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer sowie ein eigenes Hauptbad, die Königin im 2. Schlafzimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Fernseher. Comfortable, great location

Love the location, condo was clean and comfortable. Only downfall is the water heater is left off until check in so our first shower was cold!

Great Stay

This property is very nice--I've stayed here before...What made it better this time, was working with Donna. The communication was outstanding..from emails to phone calls and taking questions after hours, even. Highly recommend Donna to everyone!

Great little condo

My mom and I enjoyed our stay here. Donna was great to work with and responded to any questions I had quickly. The pictures are outdated as mentioned in a previous review - as there has been some upgrades to the unit, including faux wood flooring all throughout. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kickoff to summer.

Good overall experience

Parking was a little small and it was hard to find a spot a couple times. We ended up having to park quite a ways away from our condo because the parking lot was full but no big deal. Other than that the condo and donna were great. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your great review Devon. I am sorry to hear there was not a parking space in front of the building for you. Every condo has 1 parking place in front of the building and additional vehicles are to park back by wall or at the top by garages. Unfortunately not everyone is abiding by the regulations on parking. Because of nonabiding guests/owners this will most likely end up in having to have a parking pass showing in vehicle windows that are parked in front of the buildings. Great locale, very clean!

Loved the condo. It was so nice to walk into such a clean place. Only two bits of info to report. First, the coffee pot didn’t work. Worked around that just fine; it gave me more reason to go to Starbuck’s every morning. And secondly, we believe that your wiring needs checked in the master bath. The lights would go out all by themselves. Again, no problem, just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Bring a mattress topper

The property manager, Donna, was very helpful! She was wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and helped us with a boat slip rental. The property itself was good. It was fairly clean, we did find hair in the shower and the pillows smelled. The mattresses are terrible and very difficult to sleep on. We did buy a mattress topper as was suggested by a previous VRBO review. I would recommend bringing a topper and your own pillows.

Enjoyed our stay

My family owns a condo in the next bldg so I know the location well. We had our family get together so I booked my own condo. Unfortunately I was not impressed.... beds were terrible, I went to Walmart and bought a mattress topper just to get through the week. Condo itself needs updated. Housekeeping needs to step up their game! I understand that we didn’t spend all week in the room but if I’m spending that kind of money being a single parent then I expect it to at least be comfortable and clean. However the property mgr was an absolute delight to work with. Booking, paying and checking in was a breeze!!!! She made it so easy. All in all I’m already planning next years family reunion here!!!

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 635 at Parkview Bay is privately owned and owners take very good care of this lakefront condo.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
