Die beiden Gebäude, die ursprünglich mehr als 50 Jahre lang in Familienbesitz waren, wurden zu sogenannten "Camps" oder Cottages (auch Sommerhäuser genannt) umgebaut.

- Alle Cottage 2 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss
- Alle Cottage 2 Haupteingänge zu den Schlafzimmern öffnen sich zu einer Außenterrasse mit Geländer (siehe Fotos)
- In Cottage 2 liegen die beiden Zimmer mit zwei Doppel- / Vollbetten nebeneinander und werden auf jeder Seite von Schlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Bett flankiert
- In Cottage 2 sind die Treppen, die nach oben führen, an das Gebäude angeschlossen und vollständig von Außenelementen umschlossen, jedoch nicht physisch innerhalb der Hauptwohnbereiche (Sie müssen nach draußen gehen, um auf die Treppe zuzugreifen, obwohl alles über Kopf bedeckt ist).

We had an awesome stay! Views of lake were gorgeous! Owner was very quick to respond with communications. We had plenty of room for all 17 of us. Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent for player parents in Cooperstown

This place was on point for 7 different families to stay for a few days, while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The lake access was so much fun for us parents to wind down after long hot days at the park. Highly recommend if you are close with some of the families on your team.

Great set up with so much to do

Had a great weekend at the cottages. Family friendly and so much room. The lake is unbelievable! Would love to come back every year.

Great place to stay with a group in Cooperstown

We had a AMAZING stay! We were there with a large group of a few families with many children. There was plenty of space for us to sleep separately and then come together to play, eat and socialize. And the lake was beautiful and we all enjoyed the paddle boards and canoes. Wonderful getaway!

Relaxing Family Reunion week

We had a lovely week at the lake for a family reunion. The layout allowed people to use the two large common areas but also have their own private spaces in the individual rooms. The area was quiet, even in the middle of summer, and there were a lot of activities to keep everyone busy.

Fabulous property near Cooperstown Dreams Park

This amazing property was home to eight families for week 6 of the CDP tournament. The property was excellent for our large group. The private rooms and bathrooms gave each family a private space, while the common areas were great for hanging out. Owner was helpful and available whenever we needed her. Highly recommend!

Perfect property for a family trip

My family trip to Terrace Cottages was perfect. Veronica is a great host, available, accommodating and helpful! Spacious kitchens and living areas, pool, Lake with boats and boards included, great lawn with fire pit and the ideal location for anything you may want to do in the area. We couldn't ask for more. We will be back!

Veronica is so sweet! Great to help with any questions and helped us out whenever we needed it. The property was great! My only complaint is the bugs, which I think just come with the territory. The view is stunning and we had plenty of space! I will definitely recommend this place I would just make sure whoever stays there goes in prepared to see lots and lots of spiders and bugs.

2nd time around was better than the 1st time

Property is as advertised. The host, Victoria and Justin, were super responsive to our groups needs. Plenty of space and activities for all ages both on the property or at the lake. Convenient to attractions like the golf course, Cooperstown Village, and the Cooperstown Dreams Park. If we had a child with another year of eligibility we would reserve the property for a third consecutive year.

Great stay for large Dreams Park Groups!

This house was great for our large group. Each different family had their own space but we could all come together in the afternoons, after looooong baseball days, to relax and unwind. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries! We had one problem with the commercial ice maker, that we desperately needed because of the heat wave, and they came out within a couple of hours to fix it... life savers! Would definitely recommend this house to large groups!

Cooperstown Baseball Team

We loved staying at the Terrace Cottages. The view was spectacular. We had some rainy weather which hindered out ability to utilize the lake and pool though. The common areas were fabulous for hosting dinners for everyone together. It was a reasonable drive to Dreams Park and even closer to grocery stores and pharmacies. I would definitely stay there again. Improvements: Better/newer bathroom vanity and shower areas could be improved. All mattresses were different with some being more comfortable than others. And mice were spotted in the kitchen areas at both cottages. Despite all of this, I would still book this location again and again.

Some of our mattresses are firmer than others, so can certainly understand how preference would come into play there. And with the property being completely surrounded by woods and forest, we are always doing our best to prevent and deter mice from coming inside, but our efforts are not always 100% foolproof. Great Group Getaway

We had a group of 20 on the property and had a great time. The property is expansive and has everything you need. Dock across the street is very accessible and the lake is UNBELIEVABLE. Veronica was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay and I would definitely recommend visiting.

Perfect place for everyone

We rented this property for most of the families on our baseball team that were headed to Cooperstown All Star Village. The spaces worked out perfect for our group - private bedrooms with enough social spaces indoor and outside for everyone to gather. The access to the lake with supplied paddle boards and boats was a huge hit especially for the siblings who weren’t playing baseball. The drive to All Star Village was not too far and worth it for the amenities we had. Very close to downtown Cooperstown shopping and Baseball Hall of Fame. Communication with owner was excellent before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous property!

We had great time at the Terrace Cottages! The owner was very responsive in every query we had and even came over in less than 10 minutes when we noticed something had not been turned on. These cottages are perfect for large groups. We enjoyed the grounds and the lake as well. By the time our stay was over, we were already making plans to return back.

Fabulous Find!

This place was fabulous. Great space where you need it(kitchen and family room) and every room has their own bathroom. The views are amazing and the lake is super fun! They have all the toys you need for the lake and life jackets in all sizes. Our group had fun jumping from pool to lake! There is even an ice machine! The owner was so kind and responsive. The location is great if you are there for Dreams Park. Far enough away to have peace and see the stars at night but close enough to head back home between games. Everyone in our group had a blast!
