Im Vineyard Park gelegen, laden eine umlaufende Veranda, eine abgelegene Terrasse und ein Essbereich im Freien mit Traeger® Pro Series-Grill zum Verweilen, Trinken und Faulenzen durch sonnige Tage in warme Chelan-Nächte ein. Wenn das Wetter abkühlt, schnappen Sie sich einen Adirondack-Sessel und braten Sie Ihre eigenen Gaskamine, braten Sie ein Bad im privaten Whirlpool mit Bluetooth-Sound oder machen Sie es sich mit zwei hoteleigenen Gasheizgeräten auf dem Deck gemütlich.

Im Inneren finden Sie eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Keurig- und Nespresso-Maschinen, GE-Profil-Geräten und einen Eisbereiter in Industriequalität, um Ihre Kühlschränke und Ihr Boot während Ihres gesamten Aufenthalts aufzufüllen. Für Feiertage und besondere Anlässe stehen Backutensilien, Bräter, Steak- und Kochmesser für Sie bereit.

Durch die Küche bietet ein ausziehbarer Esstisch Platz für drei Personen an der Bar. Im Wohnzimmer bieten eine L-förmige Couch, Ohrensessel und gepolsterte Fenstersitze Blick auf Vineyard Park, Gaskamin und 55-Zoll-SmartTV mit HBO, Showtime, Netflix und Amazon Prime Video für Filmabende.

Der Meister im 1. Stock überblickt den Vineyard Park und das 5-teilige Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche und zwei Duschköpfen. Memory-Foam-Matratzen und hypoallergene Kissen sorgen für einen angenehmen Schlaf.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit eigenem 4-teiligen Bad und ein Schlafraum mit zwei Doppelstockbetten und Memory-Foam-Ausziehcouch. Ebenfalls enthalten ist ein Kinderbett in voller Größe mit hypoallergener Matratze und Pack & Play für die Kleinen. Haartrockner sind in allen Bädern enthalten, einschließlich des Master-Bades.

Pelzige Freunde werden an der Unabhängigkeit ermutigt. Max von 2 Hunden, 80 Pfund oder weniger und keine Welpen bitte. Naturbelassene, überfüllte Hundebetten sind verfügbar. Kisten sind erforderlich, wenn Sie die Welpen unbeaufsichtigt lassen müssen.

Die Lookout-Community wächst und es kann während Ihres Aufenthalts zu Bautätigkeiten kommen. Die Bauzeiten variieren je nach Jahreszeit, fallen jedoch zwischen 7:00 Uhr a. m. - 6:00 p. m. an Wochentagen und 8:00 Uhr a. m. - 4:30 p. m. an Wochenenden. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend away at Independence and loved the home. We had 4 kids and 2 adults and had beds to spare. The kitchen was well prepared for a big family and we loved the ice maker in the pantry! Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working for 2 days (something about a new modem or new router that wasn't authenticated) so we couldn't watch football as planned. But overall, the home is wonderful.

comfortable and lovely!

Thank you for providing such a lovely space for our family to enjoy while we were in town for a wedding. It was nice to be able to come back after a long day and feel like you could unwind like one would at home. Lots of construction all around, but once the development is more complete, I can see how it will be a really great place to bring families for a vacation.

Home was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and all amenities needed. Screaming kids across the way were not so fantastic, but it happens. Will definitely come back.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with nearly everything we needed. A perfect spot for making lasting family memories — we can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Independence was our ideal vacation home! The house was super clean and had every amenity you would ever want. Endless bath and beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with three different coffee makers, crock pot, nice pots and pans, every gadget imaginable,even tupperwares for leftovers. My favorite was the commercial grade ice maker! The property is perfect, too, with two pools, easy access to a beach, marina, and boat/jet ski rentals. The staff were all so helpful and always pleasant! Can’t wait to return to the Lookout!

Quite a few short. We called and they sent them over.Toilet was plugged and maintenance could not fix it so husband did. Toilet paper roll holders needed repair also and screws to fix them needed to be ordered according to maintenance. Dust pan unavailable too and could not supply it. Overall many supplies and very clean place!

There is so much to do here with the pools, trails, pickleball, bocce ball, and playgrounds for the young ones. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We also had dinner at the winery and enjoyed beautiful lake views while there. This was our second time renting a house here, and we’ll probably go back again!

Few toys or other entertainment (have been in houses with pool tables, etc.) but they did have games/puzzles. The house was uneven in the air conditioning--cold downstairs and hot upstairs but they did have ceiling fans. Every kind of dish available for use. Ice machine was great. House was super cute! Pool just a short walk away. Hilltop just a short walk away.

Fantastic family weekend.

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed to spend a relaxing, long weekend in Chelan. The property had lots of amenities to meet everyone’s needs - beautiful swimming pools and playgrounds and safe sidewalks for roaming with our dog! The kitchen was so well stocked it made creating meals a breeze! Loved our stay!

Lake Chelan Beauty!!

We were so happy with our stay at "Independence." The property is new and the amenities are amazing. Two community pools, private beach, pet areas, hot tubs, kids playgrounds, BBQ areas, running trails, etc. We so loved our stay here that we can't wait to sit down and plan the next trip

Quiet Getaway

Independence was like new, welcoming, and had every amenity. The hot tub worked well and was paired perfect with a glass of wine. The main strip of Lake Chelan was only a 2 min drive away. The on site pool was huge and not over crowded. Whether we stayed indoors or outdoors there was plenty to do.

Spring Break fun!

Independence is a great home for a family vacation. We had nine of us and fit just fine. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked! There are a couple of drawbacks that are temporary. There is a lot of construction and landscaping going on right next door and in front of home. Noisy from 7-7 on weekdays. Very dusty. And, workers within 10 ft of you when sitting on the porch. Not relaxing. The outdoor furniture needs updating. New bbq is great. Thanks for a good week.

Beautiful home, but missing critical details on VRBO

Unfortunately there was critical information missing on the VRBO listing that we later found out (not until after arrival) is included on The Lookout's website. The home is in the middle of a very active, very loud construction site. When we arrived Friday evening there were construction workers all over the place, loud machinery being operated, etc. We had to close all of the blinds as soon as we walked in because of how uncomfortable we felt having people working just a few feet outside the front windows. It was a huge turn off and nearly ruined our trip. That being said - the property manager was extremely responsive, helpful, and couldn't have been more apologetic about the mixup. The home itself is beautiful, and once construction is complete it will be an amazing rental. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything one would need. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and the layout of the home would be great for any sized group. Note that the construction IS present on Saturdays as well and we could hear the lovely sounds of heavy machinery as we drank our morning coffee. We would definitely return once the construction is complete!
