Thanks for the great review! Glad the house worked well and that private beach access was just a short 3-minute walk. Happy the beds were comfortable and the bunk rooms suited the kids. So glad the free tiki cruise was a favorite — what a blast. It was a pleasure hosting you — we’d love to welcome you back.

Thank you, Jeff! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful design and location of Castaway Castle. It's great to hear you appreciated the comfy spaces and views. Looking forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that things eventually settled down and that you were able to enjoy a few good days, but we’re truly sorry for the stressful start to your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the power outage, gas leak, pool cleaning delays, and smoke alarm issue, especially with the uncertainty surrounding whether you could safely remain at the property. We also understand how upsetting it must have been to face unexpected relocation costs and feel that the situation wasn’t handled clearly or consistently. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we’re sorry for the disruption and inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we’ll share your feedback with our team so they can review what happened and how the situation was handled. Thank you again for your patience throughout such a difficult start to your stay. We’re sorry that these issues affected your overall experience, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective with us.

Erica, We would've loved to bring you some additional supplies if ya'll had just let us know! Anytime you need extras we're here for ya!

Thank you for your review, Diane. We're pleased the house suited your family and that you enjoyed the pool. We apologize for the A/C issue but are glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly. We hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your amazing review! We're so glad the home and location exceeded your expectations. It’s great to hear the layout and amenities worked so well for your group. We'd love to host you again and are so happy you found the place to be a gem!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Natalie. We're glad the home provided a warm and welcoming space for your family gatherings and that the pool and beach amenities added to your enjoyment. It's great to hear the water taxi access was a hit as well. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you all back in the future!

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Mary! We're glad the home’s spaciousness and location worked well for your group, and that the children enjoyed their own retreat downstairs. It's good to know the beach toys and chairs were useful during your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the driveway and are happy it suited your needs. We hope to host you again soon!

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for choosing. Glad the communication, easy arrival and golf-cart drop-off worked smoothly, and that the extra indoor and outdoor spaces gave everyone room to spread out. Appreciate the note about the bunk-room setup — good to hear it wasn’t an issue — and that the ice maker, kitchen supplies, chairs/wagon and beach toys were useful (thanks for adding the boogie boards). Sorry about the power outage and the tropical weather limiting beach time; happy our team was able to respond quickly. Thanks for the recommendation — we hope to welcome you back.

Thanks for the review! Glad the rooms were clean and the floor plan and location worked well. We appreciate you choosing 8MagnoliaDrBreeze and hope to welcome you back.
