WILLKOMMEN IM Crystal Castle !!!Dieses neu erbaute, 3-stöckige Küstenhäuschen bietet 6 Schlafzimmer und 6 ½ Bäder mit einem privaten Pool und einem Aufzug für 15 Personen. Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und dunkle Holzschränke verleihen der Gourmet-Küche mit 5-Flammen-Gasherd mit Grillplatte und Doppeltürkühlschrank einen modernen Look. Der weiß getünchte Plank Esstisch bietet Platz für zehn mit breiten, mit Leinen bezogenen Stühlen, während Barhocker an der angrenzenden Bar vier zusätzliche Sitzplätze bieten.

Dieses Haus ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom türkisfarbenen Wasser und dem zuckerweißen Sand des Golfs von Mexiko entfernt.

Die Crystal Beach Community bietet einen schönen Zugang zum Strand und eine hervorragende Lage nahe dem Herzen von Destin Commons zwischen dem Destin Harbour und Sandestin.

Die erste Etage verfügt über drei Kingsize-Suiten mit jeweils eigenem Bad, großem Flachbildfernseher und übergroßen Kleiderschränken. Der Aufzug bietet allen Gästen einen einfachen Zugang zu allen drei Etagen.

Mit Blick auf den 16 'X 12' Pool im zweiten Stock gibt es einen Balkon, auf den zwei bequeme Stühle warten. Das große Wohnzimmer mit einem 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einem Bose-Surround-Sound-Audiosystem, einem Blue Ray-Player und einer Soundbar ist ideal für einen Familienfilm oder einen Spieletag.

Die Schlafgelegenheiten im zweiten Stock verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, einen großen Flachbildfernseher und einen Blue Ray-Player. Es gibt auch ein halbes Bad auf dieser Etage für die Gäste.

Die Master-Suite befindet sich im dritten Stock und verfügt über eine Tablettdecke, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen übergroßen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Master-Bad mit großer Badewanne und einer Stand-up-Dusche. Der Balkon der Master Suite bietet einen Blick auf den Golf und ist bei Sonnenuntergang ein ruhiger Zufluchtsort.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein voll ausgestattetes Zweibettzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einen Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf.

Amazing location and space for our group of 12. Pool heater was broken 3 of the 5 days we were there, but they refunded us for those 3 days. Beds were super comfy. Could’ve used more toilet paper and paper towels, along with kitchen dish cloths and towels. Other than that, was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a beach getaway

The rooms are well designed and the open layout made it easy to fix meals and spend time with everyone. Also easy walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurant nearby if you don't want to cook.

This home has never had a Blackstone grill but that might be a good option for the future and sounds as though you had a lot of little ones running and playing last week. We will certainly ask the the current guests if they feel the couches are uncomfortable and go from there. There is a button on the side of the spa which does indeed turn the jets on, we are sorry you did not see it. The property appears to be well maintained and was very clean when we arrived.This location is much closer to the beach access than it initially appears. A very easy walk to the beach.Each bedroom has its own bathroom, very nice and convenient. Beds are large and comfortable. The HVAC systems worked well, keeping the house cool at all times.The Frangista Beach Properties managers were prompt with texts and phone call making sure we were able to enter safely and that everything was suitable with the accommodations.We enjoyed our stay, and I highly recommend this property.

We had four different families staying here, and each room having a king sized bed, and its own en suite bathroom was terrific! The house itself was very clean, and was described accurately in both the listing and the pictures. We felt the location was excellent, as it was a super easy two minute walk to the nearest beach access. We had infants, toddlers, kids, and some senior citizens, and all were able to walk (or be walked in the case of the infant) to the beach. The beach was beautiful with powdery white sand, and beautiful clear, blue water. We also found the location convenient to most restaurants and shops, and never had more than a ten minute drive to go somewhere we wanted to go. Frangista was also absolutely wonderful to work with. They communicated very clearly, were prompt with their responses, checked in on us multiple times during our stay, and were extremely friendly and responsive. We would not hesitate to book this house again if we were to be in the area, and we would love to rent through Frangista again, as they were so professional and courteous.
