Overall, we enjoyed our stay and there were several things we really liked about the condo. The beach view was great, and the easy access to the beach was a big plus. The condo was also very clean overall. The water pressure was excellent, and we never had an issue running out of hot water, even with everyone getting ready.There were a few things that could definitely be improved. The dryer was extremely noisy and made a very loud sound while running. Some of the bath towels were stained, which was disappointing considering how clean the rest of the condo was. The biggest issue was on checkout day when the cleaning ladies opened our door and started to come inside while we were still there and before our scheduled checkout time. That made us feel rushed and was not a great way to end the stay.Overall, the location, beach access, view, and cleanliness made this a good stay. With a few maintenance and housekeeping improvements, it could be an excellent one.

Destin/ Ft. Walton more expensive but better than Pensacola

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice & fine, but not going back to Pensacola. I have been going to the Destin Fort Walton area since 1972 and it’s just better. This is the second year we’ve tried Pensacola and neither year was the ocean very good, I felt like I was going to the lake because the water was so murky both years we’ve been. I would recommend this property to a friend, but I wouldn’t recommend going to Pensacola.

It was so wonderful to stay in an updated condo!!!! The fact that we had to have codes everywhere was great also. It maybe would have been nice to have a latch on the door into the condo or some other form of security to lock at night besides the deadbolt, especially when women stay alone in the unit.

The entire process from check-in/out was outstanding. Pensacola Beach Rentals was the agent handling and was very polite, timely and on point. We had very little need to contact them during our 30-day stay in this beautiful condo on the beach.

Beautiful beach view! Place was clean but master bath tub jets need a thorough cleaning due to mold. Shower curtains in both bathroom also have mildew/mold and need replacing. The rest of the rental appeared clean with no bugs! Beds were comfortable!Entire property is being renovated so be understanding. Three out of four pools were open as well as the hot tub. One pool was being renovated. I would rent it again. Office personnel and staff were friendly.

This was a great condo for 2 couples. Very comfortable and clean. Beds and linens were so comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Especially loved that we had access to store our beach equipment inthe storage area on the first floor! Very convenient!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 2 couples in or our group. It was perfect for a weekend getaway, we could walk everywhere. Right on the beach, as depicted, perfect view of the Sunday evening fly by of the Blue Angels and Fat Albert. Didn’t use much in the kitchen but appeared they had lots of items that you would need. I prefer a little more personal touch when it comes to communication. But we had all the info we needed and no problems what so ever.
