Eine fantastische Strandwohnung, in der Sie mit Familie und Freunden Erinnerungen sammeln können. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, wird dieses 3-Bett-Apartment mit 2 Bädern Ihr bevorzugter Rückzugsort am Meer sein!

Unsere Wohnung am Pelican Point wurde kürzlich renoviert. Unsere Küche hat wunderschöne Granit-Arbeitsplatten, wunderschöne Marmoroberflächen, maßgefertigte Möbel und Edelstahlgeräte. Wir haben eine Keriug-Kaffeemaschine und einen regulären Mr. Kaffee-Kaffeemaschine, damit Sie morgens Ihre Lieblingsjeans genießen können.

Verbringen Sie Zeit am Strand, wir haben Strandspielzeug und Boogie-Boards. Wenn Sie Entspannung suchen, bieten wir Ihnen Smart-TVs mit Kabel-, DVD-Player und privatem WLAN, um Ihre Lieblingssendungen zu streamen!

Unser Haus ist Teil einer privaten Wohnanlage in Pajaro Dunes. Dieses Haus bietet Zugang zu Wander- / Radwegen, Basketball-, Tennis- und Volleyballplätzen, 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und mehr.

Eingebettet zwischen Santa Cruz und Monterey und nur eine Stunde südlich des Silicon Valley gelegen, ist dieser schöne Urlaub der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Kajakfahren, Surfen, Schwimmen, Brandungsangeln, Reiten und Vogelbeobachtung sind beliebte Aktivitäten. Nur wenige Kilometer die Küste entlang finden Sie weitere Aktivitäten wie den Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, das Monterey Bay Aquarium, Weinproben und vieles mehr! Great location

Our family stayed here 3 nights. We liked how quiet it was and how it was nestled in the sand dunes and so close to the ocean! It was also nice to be centrally located between Monterey and Santa Cruz.

Great place to stay with a group

A bunch of us were staying there while in town for a friend's wedding. Was beautiful to be right on the beach. The condo was comfy for 7 adults and a toddler. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Unfortunately, most ground level homes do not provide any ocean views but are near beach access. We do have various other homes that have amazing ocean views. The PERFECT family get away

Our condo had everything we needed! The location and accessibility to the beach is 10/10. The games and books helped distract my children in the early morning and evenings. The beach was clean and felt safe. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, and comfortable.

Relaxing/Fun Time

Condo was clean & well-stocked with everything we needed (non-food). Enjoyed Frisbee/Kites on the beach, and Basketball/Pickleball on the grounds. Everyone in the family enjoyed the relaxing/fun time!

Easy Access

Great location for families with smaller kids since the porch opens up right to the dunes for easy back and forth access. Well stocked and super clean unit with all the amenities we could want (and some we didn't even know we needed)! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed playing the many board games that were provided at night. Love Pajaro Dunes and we look forward to a return visit soon!

Lovely Home

Nice home behind the dunes with a private walkway to the beach. Lovely neighborhood to take a stroll, bird watch, and enjoy nature. The home was stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment (yeah for storage containers!), plenty of towels, and extra space heaters for those that get extra chilly. Tons of windows and natural lighting. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Girls Weekend

This was a great house for our group of girls. Loved the house, loved the location - sort of. Beautiful beach, but absolutely nothing near the area at all. Everything was a good 35-045 minute drive away. Other than that, perfect place! Well supplied!!! Thank you for a great stay! Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Very Clean!!!

Our only complaint is that you have to check in at one location and then have to drive to the 2nd location and get a parking pass. Otherwise a perfect location... walk out of the back slider to the boardwalk, up the stairs and there is the beach.

Easy access to the beach!

Enjoyed the property and the easy access to the beach via the back patio. It was quiet and we had everything we needed. Enjoyed all the sunlight in the condo. Bring your own shampoo— it wasn’t supplied which is a disappointment for someone who travels a lot and this feels like it should be a given. Also bring your own coffee. Some VRBOs supply coffee and some don’t so — planned for that.

A COVID Fatigue Retreat

We so enjoyed our stay in Pelican 3. The condo was perfect size and fully equipped for a family vacation. Due to Covid restrictions we stayed on the property the entire time and did all our own cooking for all meals in the condo. The kitchen was set up so well with everything you need to make great meals. We loved the quick 3 minute walk to the beach and even though it was chilly the weather was beautiful and made for a terrific stay. The cleanliness of the condo was superb and we felt extremely safe from others on the property as all staff and guests wore masks. We all planned that we will return each Christmas time to have a break.
