Location was great and house is beautiful. NeedsSome small Maint done. Ie:running water closets and AC issue. AC has a few minor issues however property manager came out everyday to address. Would book again.

Beautiful inside and out with views of the ocean from both main level porch and upper level observation deck. Plenty of space for the whole family to sit together or find a quiet spot for themselves. Management staff was so helpful before and during stay. Installed barn door on bunk room after I spoke to them regarding several reviews that mentioned lack of any door or privacy to bunk room. Most management companies probably would not have even taken the time to listen to that request from renters. We also had an issue with the dryer which they fixed right away. Thank you for everything!!

The entire family enjoyed spending time in the open living room that has a grand view of the ocean. The pool was a perfect end to a day at the beach. We ended the day by watching to sunset from the top floor. All our needs were met quickly by Royal Destinations staff.

We found this home to be quite nice. It was well stocked all around - we've never rented a house that provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc to last the whole week. That perfectly represents this house - attention to details right down to the smallest ones. Thank you for such a great week. And Lydia was so responsive to issues - awesome rental! Would highly recommend.

Great property

We had a blast. Very close to the beach. We did not use the chair set up because it was too far from house but very easy to set up our own. House was perfect. Only change I would make is to put a goodie maker in the kitchen. One by pool is awesome and we just scooped out and brought upstairs because the one in freezer does not make enough. I would rent again and highly recommend.

The kitchen had everything you could ever need including plenty of plates and silverware, baking pans,mixing bowls and food storage containers. I highly recommend you bring/buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap and trash bags as we ran out of what was left quickly.

Great House!

We loved this house for our group. We had 4 couples with a total of 8 kids, and the room situation worked perfectly. Everyone was happy with their rooms! The kitchen was well appointed. Any minor issue we had was quickly resolved by the property team. The check in/out process was easy. Super minor things to pick on...the bunk bed areas could have been cleaner upon check in, the front porch furniture is not a comfortable place to sit & relax...but the positives are many!! The pool was great for our group & super clean. The ice machine outdoors was clutch. The location is really convenient (if you can't afford a beach-front rental). You do have to walk through the brackish water for the closest beach access, but it didn't stop us. Great house!!

The pool area is magnificent and after the kiddos were asleep, we enjoyed late night conversations there. We were delighted to find pool and beach toys under the pool deck.There is also a baby crib, high chair, step stool and gate tucked away in the downstairs hall closet which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. Inside conversations did travel so a door on the double bunk room would be appreciated! The kitchen area is outstanding and has a massive island for food prep plus a table that seats 16. Plenty of room for everyone! The large balcony has a stunning view of the ocean. We enjoyed the games and puzzles tucked away in the 3rd floor closet. Although the beach is directly across the street, the beach access is a bit of a walk. There are two beach access points but one is a dead end into the lake which requires either wadding through or paddling across if you have a boat. This access needs to be expanded across the lake to provide easier beach access. The second access point is at the other end of Eastern Lake Rd.The complimentary chair set up was appreciated, but was not convenient because it was located on the other side of the lake and east of the house. (Apparently this particular chair service is not contracted to put chairs in front of the house, so our chairs went unused.)We got a lot of enjoyment from the bikes which included accommodations for both adults and children. We had a couple of small maintenance issues but those were quickly addressed by the property Mgmt company. This is our 6th year to stay on 30A, and was by far the most wonderful house we’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved this house and plan to stay again next year!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The home was extremely well appointed. We all said multiple times how well stocked the house was. We have never stayed at a house that our chef brother didn't complain about something being missing from the kitchen. Not this time! There were games for the kids, there were extra beach chairs, there were pool floats, the list goes on! Thank you for all of the thoughtful touches. Our group really appreciated it. We had an issue with the 2nd floor AC unit and they had someone out to check on it within the hour. NEVER have we received that kind of service. The sonos system was a huge surprise. We're a big music family and that was a bonus. Also the giant benches for the dinner table were PERFECT! We could all sit down for a meal together (with room to spare for our puzzle). Usually we have to take shifts there are so many of us.Cons: You do have to cross Eastern Lake for the closest beach access. Some of our group didn't mind, but some did. Since we used that access point, we never used the complimentary beach set up. The couch in the main living room was bizarre. So were the carpet tiles. For the older portion of our group it was hard to get up and, once sitting, there was no neck support. As the other reviews noted, there really is not a door on the bunk room, nor are there rails on the bunk beds. We could've really used those beds. ALSO-if your family is like ours, we always shove a pack-n-play in a closet. There are literally no closets big enough for a pack n play. Luckily we packed our Slumberpods in case. Ultimately we had an excellent trip and are so grateful to have spent it at your beautiful home. Thank you!!

We've been to several other 6 bedroom homes over the last 8 years, but this was the best one yet.Th eonly disadvantage was the walk to the beach. We ended up wading through Eastern lake to get to the beach. It wasn't terrible. Our preference would have been to be directly on the beach. But overall, most of our family thought this was the best summer trip ever..

Wonderful Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with 14 family members, ranging in age from 70 years to 7 months. We all had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home! It had enough space for everyone to have their own area for privacy and quiet time. The beautiful living room/dining room/kitchen area was perfect for our whole family to gather. The well-equipped kitchen had more than enough dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances for all of our cooking needs. The pool provided hours of fun for the kids and there were plenty of pool toys/floats at the house to keep them entertained. The house included several beach chairs, a beach wagon, and umbrella. This was very helpful and made our trips to the beach quite pleasant. As other reviews stated, the beach access is a short walk from the house, but our family actually enjoyed crossing the small lake area to get to the beach. The kids were even able to float from the lake into the ocean on a pool float! The views of the gulf were spectacular and the multiple balconies were used by all family members. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We would most definitely recommend this home to any large group and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great family beach trip!

We loved this beach house, it was spacious and clean and met all of our needs. So many areas to lounge and enjoy the views. The pool was a hit with our 9 month old grandson. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware pots and pans and any kitchen tool you will ever need. The two refrigerators and beverage refrigerator were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Any questions we had, were answered immediately.

Beautiful home!

We all absolutely loved the house! However, We did not care for the beach access. We either had to wade through a lake or walk a ways to a public beach access. Not convenient. We also had construction nearby which was noisy during the day. The pool was enjoyed by everyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Riders in the Sun for 2 families. The home is in a great location. On a quite street, but close to shops and restaurants. Home is very well equipped and decorated. My only complaint is the fact that the upper bunks in the bunkroom and one of the other rooms doesn't have rails. We had several kids that wanted to sleep up there, but didn't feel comfortable with it. The beds are very high and unsafe. We doubled up kids on the regular beds because of this. A simple rail will solve that issue.
