View was stunning and easy access to beach. Communication was terrible with the host, I asked multiple times regarding parking situations as we did have 2 vehicles first time I sent a message April 8th never heard anything back even till this day even after reaching out again during stay. If you do plan on having multiple cars they do charge 58 for a parking pass which was never told to us or listed. If you do have a big group plan on some people having cold showers, some people never had one hot shower. The beds are very uncomfortable and make lots of noise when you toss and turn during the night. In the very first room closest to front door, the bathroom sink only has hot water the faucet that controls the cold water was broken so brushing your teeth with hot water wasn’t great.

Guests should not have been surprised by a parking fee — we will update the listing and our pre-arrival messages to clearly state the multi-vehicle policy and any associated charges. I’m sorry some guests experienced cold showers and that the sink in the front room only had hot water. Maintenance will inspect the faucet, water heater, and plumbing to resolve inconsistent hot water. We’ll also have housekeeping and maintenance evaluate the beds and frames for comfort and noise, and replace or repair as needed. We appreciate the note about the view and beach access. Thank you for the feedback — we’ll use it to improve future stays.

Everything was great, except two of the bathrooms electrical outlets did not work. I had to dry my hair in the bedroom area using the outlet near the closet. Also the cold water faucet in the sink in my bathroom did not work at all. Only had hot water. Bathroom number two had a shower head, but the faucet did not have the pull-up lever to engage the shower. My friend could only take a bath and no shower. Other than that, it was a great condo. Had plenty of towels.

Did not respond when called about fire truck incident. One lady walked 12 floors down, and fire truck drove away and we heard nothing about it from the security man. Bathroom Faucets never attended to, nor outlets that didn't work. No one ever called or got in touch with me about any of this. Don't know what else to say if you cannot actually call me.Great view though

Great location

We enjoyed our stay for a first visit in Orange Beach. The location was wonderful, and the views were spectacular. Only downside was the extremely moldy shower/jacuzzi tub, as as a lack of bedding for the pull-out couches (only sheets).

Spectacular views

We’ve stayed at many condos in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and none can match the views! It has large windows and 2 balconies. Gulf and Bay views! The condo was exactly what we needed for our trip!

The condo we rented was very nice and clean. It fit our family of eight perfectly. We look forward to coming back again next year. We had a wonderful time as we always do at the beach!
