The condo was as seen on the property details. It had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect. Views were beautiful. The only negative thing is the parking garage is very tight fit.

Ocean Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Ocean Reef multiple years but it this particular condo twice. I love the location! The family atmosphere and attentive security during our stays are always top notch that's why we continue to come back every year. This particular unit we have stayed in twice. It's beautiful. My only complaint was the patio door was harder to open than the other units I have stayed in, cooking essentials and dishwasher could use a little upgrade but overall I would stay again because of cleanliness, location and atmosphere.

We’ve stayed at Ocean Reef numerous times. We have stayed in a different unit each time. This was the worst of all. The bedding wasn’t what was pictured, thin comforters on all beds, dishwasher didn’t dry dishes, trash can lid was left really dirty, the door to patio was EXTREMELY hard to slide back and forth, If it was an elderly person they would have been trapped, bug on counter, the bathtub in master kept getting backed up, lights kept flickering in master. The amenities just weren’t up to par as others places we’ve stayed. I would not book this one again. Definitely disappointed with the place. I know nothing will be perfect but a lot of issues with this one.

I was given 2 different door access codes. NONE of the cutting boards had been cleaned. Several pots and lids were unclean. Part of the linen for the bunk bed was left folded under the pillow, not applied over the mattress as expected. Space at closet door in smallest room too cramped to use. A small bedside table with lamp was needed. The extremely low toilet bowls ALL had black mold under the rims. The BIGGEST disappointment was the blue cloth sofa in the den. Your internet views show a leather or faux leather sofa. It was the MAIN reason for choosing the unit. Deceptive advertising. The decor over the cabinets had been removed, as was a few other items. Update your listing. Let people see the real unit. Here are the good points...LOVE the large corner balcony with those heavenly rocking chairs and the sweet views.

The condo in it self was perfectly fine. The spot was not overly crowded. The elevators were pretty bad. Heard they were going to put new ones in. Let's hope!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So glad we booked this place as it was on the much quieter end of Panama City beach. It’s also walkable to mini golf, many restaurants and shops. The kids enjoyed the pools and how close the beach was. The condo was plenty spacious for our group. Perfect spot to day trip to St. Andrews Park and Gulfarium!

The view was top notch.The condo was spacious for 7 of us.The 3 bathrooms were so convenient. Washer and dryer very handy. Hot tub,pool, sauna were great except for 10 p.m. closing time. kitchen had the bare necessities. No extras. Trash bags,dish or hand soap, salt/pepper,etc. With 7 we eat in a lot,hated having to buy and throw those basics away. No problems with elevators. We did have to take roof top carrier off b4 entering garage. Our suburban fit under. Had a parallel parking spot worked great. No cart to haul our stuff to our room.

Great Location

Our stay was very nice. The beach & pools were so close and convenient, as were the restaurants and shopping. The condo is a little dated and could use a good deep clean. But we were very happy overall with the condo. Great Christmas with our kids and grandkids.

PCB is gods land..

Just what we needed, beautiful condo, view from patio, water prefect. In the middle of PCB. Been coming there since the early 90s.

Very quite, close to beach, places to eat

Very mice, dryer was a little slow in drying clothes . The beds were great. The lay of the place was wonderful The hot tub, pools were very vlean and nice. The beech was with in walking distance.

Parting Was Such Great Sorrow

This condo was amazing. Location was excellent and views were breathtaking. We absolutely loved it and didn’t wanna leave. We all thought it was perfect! Lots to do within walking distance and great for young adults. Great place for some much needed rest and relaxation.

Great vaction

Nice place to stay. Easy check in. Very clean. Condo was everything they said it was and then some. Very nice beach that was not crowded. 1 and only down fall was the parking garage only fad 6’6” clearance and had to park across the street. Other than that we loved this place and will go back!!!

Great location

Great location! Walking distance to dining, shopping and entertainment. The condo was nice. Our unit was pretty basic, nothing extra (blankets, fans, welcome binder) that we've had in other condos. Some broken furniture that I reported to management.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great with good views of the ocean. The only thing that hurt this condo was the elevator situation on the property. The property has three elevators on site- One elevator was completely down, the second elevator went down during the middle of our stay, and the third elevator was working on/off. We were stuck in the elevator one time. Waited for the elevator for 45 minutes one day to get to the beach, and then several times just had to take the stairs.

The condo is pretty nice but this was the first time that I ever had to pay 50 to park at a rental. The parking garage is so tight that you have to stop and backup to make it around the corners to keep from scraping your bumper on the wall.
