Great Condo

We really enjoy coming to Ocean Reef, this unit we stayed in this time was very nice and we found everything to be just as advertised. A little pricey, but worth it

Elevators were awful

The condo was nice but the elevators stayed broke down the whole time we were there and the last day we had to walk up and down 23 flights of stairs to load our vehicle.

Great view

The ocean view was spectacular. The apartment was nice but not clean. The elevator made it hard to sleep in the front room. The tub didn't drain and maintenence never came to fix it as promised.

Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed the condo even though there were a couple of minor issues for example the parking passes weren't in the room upon arrival and there were only two wash clothes. When I called to the main office, representative came to give us what we needed. Thank you for your good service, a well grromed condo and a baeutiful ocean view. Everyone we met at the hot tube, pool area and on the beach was so friendly.

Love Ocean Reef

We’ve stayed at Ocean Reef for the past 15 years for Spring Break. We love the location and beach front. We’ve stayed in different places in Ocean Reef, with this one being a slight disappointment. All of the two bedrooms are set up the same, but the inside of this one had the bare minimum. (No chairs, cart for groceries/beach gear) The patio furniture is rusty and completely outdated. The bathroom floors weren’t very clean when we arrived. Hair on the floor, etc. The beds were very comfortable, but we will stay at a different condo at Ocean Reef next year.

Wonderful room, great beach’s!!!

Everything was so easy and went great! The only thing I would change is the chair rental. We rented chairs and umbrella for 6 days and paid quite a bit. The issue was people who didn’t rent chairs would literally put their chairs and umbrellas right in front of the property’s chairs. Lucky for us we had Casey helping out with the rentals and he always made sure we were taken good care of. He is a hard worker and a very nice young man.

Won’t stay there again

No luggage cart provided. This is on the 23rd floor. No safety features in the bathrooms. Hair dryer didn’t work in one of the bathrooms. Be sure to bring your coffee for your first morning because they didn’t provide even one packet for your first morning. Dirty air vents. Dirt along the molding in bathrooms. Door locking mechanism is difficult.

The condo was absolutely amazing! So beautiful, comfortable, roomy, and had the most incredible views. The balcony was a favorite and my group enjoyed having our breakfast there so we could see and listen to the ocean. You literally feel like you’re hovering out over the water when you sit at the table and chairs on the balcony. The hammock is also a nice touch and was great to lay on and relax. There were only two negatives, the elevator issue and the smell of someone smoking marijuana from their balcony. The elevators kept breaking down. The elevator response contractor said it was due to constant overloading. Sadly, smoking marijuana seems to have become the norm in PCB. I would add, the people who worked at the resort were very kind, courteous and helpful. The property management was sometimes slow to respond to questions, but very courteous with each reply to our questions.

Great condo!

Loved the condo! It was very clean, and the floors appeared to be just polished. The pools and entire building were well maintained. I also liked that there were smaller condos/hotels on each side of this property; therefore, the beach wasn't as crowded as some other places I've stayed. The fridge worked great. The laundry room was very spacious and just to the right when you entered the condo. We were able to store all of our beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys in the laundry room, which greatly cut down on the amount of sand being spread from beach stuff throughout the condo. The tub in the hallway/2nd bedroom bathroom didn't drain very good, but I didn't call to have this fixed. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I did call. It might need to be fixed before the next people stay though. The tub in the master bedroom bathroom drained very good. FYI for renters, there are no luggage racks to take your stuff up to your room. We use a wagon to take beach chairs out on the beach, so we just used our wagon to take groceries and smaller items up to our room. Also, this room is directly by the elevators with the 2nd bedroom window facing elevator. My kids (ages 6 and 11 years old) slept in this room, but they always sleep with a small fan going to drown out noise. They didn't complain at all about the elevator noise. This is the only place I've ever stayed that I felt had absolutely excellent communication. I got daily texts/emails asking if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. Check in and check out instructions were also clearly communicated well in advance. I would definitely stay here again!

Would have been a five !

Everything was perfect except for all the floors, you could not tell they were dirty until you went barefoot ! We all had to wash feet b4 bed! Otherwise perfect!
