The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. The only downside was the sofas in the living room were very uncomfortable and really quite worn. This condo would be absolutely perfect if they could update the seating.

Nice small apt, everything you need to get away and enjoy. Only thing that affected our stay was dryer as not working, called management and I was informed there was a part they were waiting for and it was suppose to be fixed. Maintnqnce never arrived to fix, but we enjoyed our stay. R&R was our priority and we did just that. Thank you

This place looked nothing like it did in the pictures it was dirty smelled bad and was Old. We voiced our concerns to the property manager, and they did nothing but come in there and spray something so that it didn’t smell. It actually had mildew and the condo. This was the most rundown place I’ve ever stayed in and I stay there a lot.

Overall a very good stay. Fantastic view. Condo is a little outdated but had all the essentials. I was disappointed to find the dryer was posted with an out of order sign. This was not communicated ahead of time. We enjoyed the sturdy table on the balcony but the chairs were hard and uncomfortable. The pull out couch matress is also in need for an upgrade. We love Orange Beach and the Phoenix facilities. This condo could use a little love but was good for the price.

We had an amazing trip, and the room was perfect. The door latch broke when we first got there, so I messaged the owner on VRBO. By the time we got back from the beach, it was fixed. Great customer service. Will most definitely be going back.

Excellent with exception of a broom

We apologize had we known while you were here that the broom was missing, we could of sent out out to the condo. Needs to be updated.

Location is great The ac does not work at all, it never got below 75 in our room. The bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated. The shower doesn’t drain fast at all. The floors were also dirty upon arrival.
