It was a good place for my husband and I for a couple days. When they send check in information it would be nice to add the floor number. There were things that need maintenance. Cleaning could have been better and the bedroom blinds are not great. The light from outside shines straight in the room. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Our booking agent made it easy for us to make our reservation! Regarding our condo unit the only recommendation I can make is to put blackout drapes on bedroom window as the exterior front door light is blinding

We overall enjoyed our stay, but wouldn’t return to this specific unit. It is very outdated and run-down. The refrigerator shakes the whole unit when you try to get water, chairs are pretty grungy, half of the outlets don’t work, one of the living room lamps doesn’t work, etc. We knew that it wouldn’t be brand new by any means, but it was definitely more run down than anticipated. There is plenty of space for two people, but having 4 could be tight. We did enjoy the balcony a lot and seeing dolphins in the morning was so wonderful. Phoenix III was great and the location is pretty ideal.

We had a great stay at this property. So happy they had a Keurig, since I’m the only person in our family that drinks coffee. The condo was stocked well with dishes and cookware. The indoor pool was great for a night swim since it was a little chilly outside. Quick access to the beach. Friendly staff. Did wish the bed was a little more comfortable…. Also the light from the hallway was so bright. Some curtains would really help with that. My husband had a sleep mask, it really helped him.

Little chilly so did not get to enjoy the pool. One hot tub out of service. The room was very clean but old . Very little or no upgrades since 1990’s except the floors. But over all a great stay .

A view you can never tire of. Condo had all we needed. Love that it had a Keurig. TV was older so we couldn’t download YoutubeTV or Netflix so we had to use our computer hooked up to TV. Also had to call maintenance to bring us a remote for the TV.

Great location

Me and my husband had a great time in OB - the condo was in a great location and the amenities were really nice. We were able to enjoy the pool when the jelly’s got to bad in the ocean.
