Marina Village ist ein brandneues Dorf am Wasser im Boynton
Die Strandgemeinde besteht aus zwei 15-stöckigen Eigentumstürmen, einem 6-stöckigen mittelgroßen Gebäude, 11 luxuriösen Stadthäusern, einem 38-Slip-Yachthafen und zwei Restaurants, die sich alle entlang des Intracoastal Waterway befinden.

Great place to stay with family.

What a great place to stay. I had such a blast being there and I would definitely stay again. I loved all the restaurants that were near the condo. The staff was just wonderful and so helpful. The place was beautiful and would go back in a heart beat!

Great location! Walkable to many good restaurants for breakfast,lunch and dinner and only 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Amenities at the condo are lovely with a beautiful pool area and the view from the condo were very relaxing. Eric was very accomodating and a pleasure to work with.

What a fantastic place! Great location...short walk to the beach, activities and restaurants. The check in process was easy with very clear instructions and a concierge to help. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Couldn’t have been any better in our minds. We would love to visit again.

Perfect Place!!

This is our 2nd time staying in Eric's unit at Marina Village. As was last time, condo is well stocked with everything needed for cooking (including an electric bbq on the balcony), beach chairs/umbrella and all other necessities to make you feel comfortable. Unit is clean and well organized. Marina Village is well maintained and everyone is very friendly. Condo is perfectly located and within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Looking forward to our next stay.

April 2024 stay

Very safe and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, short 1 mile walk to Boynton Beach public beach. Very nice pool with hot tub and fire pit. Condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One with a King size bed and the other had two twin size beds. Nice modern kitchen. Garage parking was nice and convenient with a designated parking space. We would definitely return if we wanted to spend a month or more in this area again.

Perfect location for our 5 week stay

Our family loved staying here. The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was easily available within the condo. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with cookware, bakeware, appliances, dishes, etc. It was very easy to cook most of our meals within this kitchen. Once we were acclimated to the property/parking deck/etc., we were grateful for the location and comfort of this place. From the beds to the living furniture and spacious open areas, we felt at home. Our host answered our questions before and during our stay and was helpful with local recommendations and anything we needed to know. The pool area was beautiful and clean (open dawn til dust) and had plenty of seating and palm trees to provide a bit of shade. The washer and dryer inside the unit and ease of garbage disposal (right on the hall) made day to day tasks easy to manage. We enjoyed going fishing with a charter boat located right on the marina and all the little shops within easy walking distance (the Boardwalk Ice cream & Italian Ice shop was amazing). Our view was exactly as shown in the photos -- but even better at night, as we could see several fireworks shows miles away on July 4th and the night sky over the palm trees. We felt safe and enjoyed meeting residents and visitors. The property felt much more like a community than a tourist destination -- very safe and settled.

Out of professional courtesy, I initially provided a complimentary response. I believe his concerns may have been influenced by external factors. The fees were clearly disclosed and explained, and a full refund was offered if he felt misled. I'm unsure which photos he found misleading. Given that all other reviews are positive, and we always make every effort to accommodate guests, I am surprised by his comments. We provided detailed directions as he used GPS, and we were available to assist with everything from the remote control to internet access. He claimed to have left a reusable Starbucks cup, which we unsuccessfully searched for and attempted to return. We went above and beyond, from ensuring high-speed internet to addressing every need and request, so I was shocked to read the false claims. Our maintenance team found the unit in disarray, and the extra charge was absorbed without mention. We wish him well and are puzzled by these false statements.

Bright, spacious and great location

Love this well appointed two bedroom two bath on the marina and intercostal. Owner is professional and responsive. We took advantage of all the resort and area have to offer: strolls to the beach, gorgeous pool, Two George's restaurant, downtown Delray, and more.

the condo was great

the situation of the condo was so so...the view was not what i expected no sun ....the east or South is better but we had a good stay

Thank you for your review. We strive to provide accurate pictures and descriptions. To date there have been no complaints. We have no control over the sun and the clouds. Extremely well set up

Eric has done an outstanding job in stocking this condo with everything you could want to make your vacation great. I could not think of anything that could be added. Eric is very responsive to anything that needs attention. The weather knocked the internet out. One call to Eric and the problem was solved within 30 minutes of the call. The condo is exactly as advertised. If you are looking to vacation in Boynton Beach, I would highly recommend this condo. Make sure you try Two George's Restaurant next door as the food and atmosphere is great.

Great Stay in Boynton Beach

Great location. Condo is very well equipped. The owner, Eric Pollard is very responsive to anything that came up. Overall an outstanding stay!

Great view of park with water fall ponds and gazebo and open intracoastal and ocean views. Marina Village is the newest addition to the Boynton Beach Intracoastal Water Way.

Marina Village is a brand new waterfront village in the Boynton Beach community consists of two 15-story condominium towers, one 6-story mid-rise building, 11 luxury town homes, a 38-slip marina and two restaurants, all situated along the Intracoastal Waterway.

The beach is a short walk away or go free trolley service. This charming Key West styled village is bordered on the south side by a large gazebo deck and lily pond, on the east side by a nature walk and waterfront restaurants and on the south side by boutiques and cafes. It just doesn't get any better than this!

Only 10-15 minutes from West Palm Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Ft. Lauderdale is 25 minutes South, Miami is 50 min and Orlando is 2 and half hours north, conveniently located to West Palm and Fort Lauderdale Airports.

The unit is spacious with Euro style kitchen, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances, marble vanity baths, roman tub, walk in closets, and a full size washer / dryer in the unit.

Upscale pool area with cabanas and Jacuzzi overlooks the intracoastal and boat marina. Marina Village is within walking distance of beach shops, restaurants, and the ocean. The building offers state of the art fitness center, business center, media room with
stadium seating, and billiard room.
