We had a great stay! The house was clean, and looked like the pictures. The house was a great location, close to the beach, and downtown. We enjoyed the deli, and cafes at the end of the street as well. Great spot!

We stayed on NE 8th St. in Delray Beach. The place was clean and comfortable and I was grateful the WiFi worked. The place had everything you can look need or want for your stay. The location is close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

nice getaway

I recommend renting bikes during your stay--atlantic avenue and the public beach were both about 5 minutes away on bike, but more like 20 minutes by foot. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and there are several mango trees in the neighborhood for a free breakfast!! ;) we really enjoyed our stay

Just returned from a 5 day stay. Loved this little cottage. Close enough for my husband to walk to beach while I slept in. Less than 5 minutes drive to Atlantic Ave. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Justin is super responsive

Great location

The place was clean and well-stocked. Great location, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, Publix, CVS, 2 french bakeries. Atlantic Ave. is about a 2 mile walk with alot of stores and restaurants. Nice large deck in back. Fence could use repair. Host very responsive.

Spacious condo

We were happy staying at this property we liked how spacious the condo is and that the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. The living room furniture is old and worn. The deck is very nice and we enjoyed sitting out there but it would be better if there was lighting so you could sit there at night.

Beach Bungalow

This home was perfect for a long stay! Nicely decorated and has all the little extras, Beautiful kitchen and bath both up renovated and up to date. Black out shades in the bedrooms and great WiFi and streaming services. The host Michael was a great communicator and only a text away if I needed. If you love old Florida like I do this house has all the nastalga ! I was in the home during a bad storm and this house was as solid as could be. Thank you Michael for your hospitality.

Sweet place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. The location was good, and it was in a very nice little neighborhood. We felt very safe. Justin was an ideal host, answering all my questions and taking care of the one thing that was important to me, which was cleaning the grill. Lo and behold I left my suitcase behind, and Justin shipped it to me, bless his little heart. Thank you, Jason.

Inside lovely, outside rundown

Pros: - Location! Close to Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Ave, a very cool area for food and walking. -Very Clean space, and comfy beds - well equipped kitchen and other supplies like beach towels, detergent etc. Cons: Outdoor space was really rundown. Chairs and tables rusted, torn and completely unacceptable. Affected all our time we wanted to spend “hanging out” at home.

Last minute booking

My wife and I decided to stay the thanksgiving weekend in the area to have more time with family and friends. Justin secured our last-minute booking and answered us within a reasonable time. The home was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach and entertainment district was more distance than we hoped for considering we had our senior labrador retriever with us but overall the location met our expectations. Coffee and pastries at the French bistro on 6th Ave, a short walk, made up for it. Overall, a nice stay and visit.

Very disappointing stay

Unfortunately, the property is in serious need of some maintenance, cleaning and general care. The furniture is uncomfortable, leaks in the ceiling coming from the bathroom upstairs, a broken toilet seat nearly caused an injury. Outside furniture lacking pillows or anything to make the area comfortable

We had a GREAT beach weekend at Justin's house. The place was PERFECT for us

The house was the perfect set-up for the 4 of us and our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, the living and dining spaces were cozy & comfy. It's VERY close to the water, several restaurants, and grocery stores. We even extended our stay 1 more night. I only wish we could've used the lovely back patio. Unfortunately it was 95-100 every day and just too hot to sit outside. As great of a host as Justin is, even he can't control the weather in South Florida. We would absolute rent from Justin again. He was quick to respond to our questions, check-in was SUPER easy.

Cozy Duplex Within Walking Distance of Beach

We stayed at this residence for two weeks while my wife had cosmetic surgery in June 2023. This place was wonderful and very cozy. It’s situated less than 2 miles away from Delray Beach which has some of the most beautiful water I’ve seen. It’s also not far from Atlantic Ave which has a lot of nice shops and great restaurants. About a block away is a bakery called Maison Bouchard and that place is definitely worth the short walk. Absolutely delicious pastries (the coconut croissant was my favorite) and the owner Alain along with his front attendant Sara are an absolute delight to talk to. The only minor downside would be that the home needed a few darker curtains to block out some of the morning sunlight on the second floor but overall I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

My family of 4 stayed for 6 days. Everything was absolutely perfect. I am the kind of traveler who beings her own sheets and disinfectant, but this property was spotless. Incredibly clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with flatware, far more than just essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, the linens were luxurious and cozy. There was plenty of closet space in both bedrooms for both our suitcases and for us to hang our clothes. The bathrooms were spotless and spacious enough for two adults to be getting ready at the same time, showers had great water pressure and enough hot water for all 4 of us to shower without someone having to take a cold shower. The location was great as we close to plenty of restaurants and amenities, but still had enough privacy to enjoy the deck in our jammies in the evenings. We would absolutely stay again given the chance.

Sunshine Cottage is a Townhouse

Place is CLEAN!! Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils etc.Communication with Justin was poor as evidence by… 1. Not responding in a timely manner (beyond 2 hours) 2. When I sent information on the condition of how I found the place there was no response. For example, I message once at beginning of stay and at the end about three grease filled pans left in oven. Fortunately, I checked oven before preheating as it could have been a fire or ruined pans. At the end of stay I said that I left pans on counter so cleaners could see them.3.THIS a is the KICKER…On Thursday Justin wrote to see if it was OK to have a pesticide company spray outside and inside on Friday. I responded no. Instead of honoring my response, he asked for a different time and the. Asked me to give him convenient times. I almost caved but I don’t like pesticides around me or my dog. I have severe allergies and asked again if spraying could wait three days to check out. Several hours later (4am) he writes that he rescheduled to Monday 6/23. I said thank you but again no response.Nice place, new furniture and washer and dryer. The place was worth it but Justin could be better at customer service.

I wish you had made specific requests for assistance as you’ll see from other reviews we are very attentive. In regard to our service providers, we have them on a monthly rotation and you just happened to be there. When you mentioned you felt uncomfortable, we promptly rescheduled.
