Thank you Lina, so glad you loved the house. We tend to avoid the crowded beaches and go to the beaches on the Etang de Bages and Peyriac which are just 5 minutes away and lovely and great for swimming too. Great sailing a cycle ride away at La Nautique sailing club. Thank you re the squeaky doors - we will get to that! So I'm sorry I wasn't clear that it is very much the whole house not an apartment but I did just look in the text and we do say the following below just for reference but I will try to make it more clear in the title perhaps. Thank you for your reservation and good luck to your wife with the knee replacement - I hope next time you visit, it will be easier for her! All the best, Nadia La maison se présente sur trois niveaux : au rez de chaussé, l’entrée donne sur un petit séjour cosy (avec canapé, télévision, lecteur DVD et wifi gratuit plus jeux pour tous les âges et des livres) ouvert sur un grand espace lumineux disposant d'un grand salon/salle à manger et une cuisine avec cheminée. Les fenêtres hautes classiques de grand salon ouvert sur la jolie place du village. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec grand frigo/congélateur américaine, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson à induction, bar, machine à café, bouilloire, des casseroles et la vaisselle pour 8 personnes. La cuisine a aussi une entrée séparé, idéale pour décharger les courses et aussi il y a un petit table et chaises dehors sur l’impasse. En plus, au rdc, il y a des WC. Au deuxième étage : chambre plein sud avec un grand lit double (peut être sépare en deux lit simples) belle vue sur l’étang et une salle d’eau avec douche, WC et lavabo. Troisième étage est notre petit salon préféré, ensoleillée avec portes coulissantes pleine hauteur crée l'expérience intérieure et extérieure par excellence pour que vous puissiez profiter pleinement du panorama spectaculaire sur le village, les eaux bleues de l’étang et cette région glorieuse. La terrasse offre l'emplacement du petit-déjeuner le plus parfait ; également pour l’apéro, la sieste et le temps à contempler le panorama de l'eau, les pécheurs, les bateaux, les flamants roses et tous les éléments d’un beaux village classique méditerranée. Même une vue de Canigou au loin du fenêtre sud.
