Das Wailea Ekahi Village ist ein 34 Hektar großer Komplex direkt am Strand. Die wunderschön gepflegte Anlage bietet bezaubernde Spazierwege zum Strand. Verweilen Sie am Keawakapu Beach vor dem Dorf, spielen Sie Paddle-Tennis oder Shuffleboard oder schwimmen Sie in einem unserer vier Pools - einer davon ist ein Pool am Meer mit Pavillon und Grillmöglichkeiten. Der berühmte Wailea Beach Walk führt direkt vor dem Wailea Ekahi Village vorbei und führt zu weiteren Stränden, Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Wailea Resort bietet Golfplätze und Tennis.
Buchungen am selben Tag (dh die Ankunft ist innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Buchung) erfordern einen Anruf bei Rentals Maui zur Bestätigung.
Das Wailea Ekahi # 45-E ist ein Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern im 2. Stock und bietet Meerblick, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, 2 Flachbild-TVs, DVD und kostenfreies WLAN. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einer Matratzenauflage mit Kissen, einen Deckenventilator, einen Flachbild-TV und ein Badezimmer. Für Aktivitäten im Freien wird das # 45-E mit Liegestühlen und Badetüchern geliefert. Schläft 2.
** WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Der Strandpavillon wird ab dem 22. April 2019 einem Abriss- und Bauprozess unterzogen und wird voraussichtlich am 18. Dezember 2019 abgeschlossen sein. Die Arbeiten können von Mo - Fr von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr ausgeführt werden. Am Samstag besteht die Möglichkeit, etwas zu arbeiten. Der lauteste Teil des Aufbaus wird die ersten 5 bis 6 Wochen in der Abbruchphase sein.
Während dieser Zeit ist der Hauptpool geöffnet. Der Zugriff auf den Pool wird jedoch umgeleitet. Im Poolbereich stehen Ihnen tragbare Toiletten zur Verfügung. Es wird kein fließendes Wasser oder Eis zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt begrenzte Zeiten, zu denen der Pavillon-Pool aus Sicherheitsgründen möglicherweise geschlossen werden muss. DIE DREI ANDEREN POOLS WERDEN GEÖFFNET. Der Zugang zum Strand wird durch das vorhandene Tor möglich sein. **

Ideal location and grounds!

We have stayed at Ekahi Village on all of our recent trips to Maui. The gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach walkway is one of my favorite travel experiences. This particular condo is nicely decorated, clean, and has a balcony with beautiful views. It is not as centrally located as some of the others but it is more economically priced, which made it a good choice.

Ekahi Village

Nice place, but, having no A/C really prohibits the ability to enjoy the place as we had hoped to. The unit is nice but still feels like the 80’s or 90’s, could use a reno. The grounds and pools are great! This particular unit is almost a half mile walk through the grounds to the beach, I would encourage the owner to provide a wagon for transport of the beach items everyone uses. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Replace the carpets with a luxury vinyl type flooring and add an air conditioner unit in the bedroom. Location and nice grounds /pools are very nice.

Wonderful stay

Enjoyed this condo and property. Pool and clubhouse are located right by a beautiful beach access. Kid friendly and safe. Easy to get to Kihei for surfing and wailea shops golf courses. The only drawback : listing should state no A/C available. The hot summer months can get Hard to be in the condo in the afternoons. The fans provided did help to keep the evenings cooler and easier to sleep Overall would highly recommend the property

no AC here which is unbelievable for the prices we paid, had to go back pass sunset everyday to avoid the heat. The listing didnt specify that the property doesn't have AC either, other than that great location and amenities

It offers the rare combination of no high-rises looking down on you and direct beach access, making for a most attractive waterfront experience. Units range in size and level, with many offering the magical sunset exposure and all giving access to well kept, spacious grounds and 4 attractive pools. The beach pavilion, next to the largest (and warmest) pool, is remarkable in its relaxing design and generous facilities. Rentals Maui, the property manager for our chosen unit, delivered excellent service before and during our stay. Their response to queries were prompt and effective. Our contacts were Michelle, Cassandra, and Abigail, all of whom have earned full marks from us. Highly recommended, again.

Great complex

We have stayed at the Ekahi several times. It's a wonderful complex, beautifully maintained and close to both the livelier Kihei and the quieter Makena. This particular unit is showing its age a bit (funky kitchen sink; a shower rod that fell off while showering) and is located right on the road making it a bit noisy. However, management was very easy to deal with and communication was excellent. All in all we would definitely stay at the Ekahi and would even recommend this unit as long as you're aware that it has not been updated.

Love Ekahi Village location

Furthest property from pavillion but overall love Ekahi Village location. Construction noise from across the street was reduced with closing front windows and could still enjoy back patio. Kitchen equipped with enough items but could use a new set of pans and knives and get rid of the others. Also beach towels thin and could be replaced. Carpet not clean but looked like it had been attempted to be cleaned as styrofoam blocks were still under furniture. Bed comfortable. Baths and kitchen could use updating comparing it to other properties we have stayed in at Ekahi Village. Happy to get back to Maui and had a great time.
