This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for a family get-a-way! Located on the second floor, this condo has beautiful tile throughout the kitchen and living room.

o The living room opens to the balcony and has a large couch, two chairs and flat screen TV.

o The stunning kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and an area with two barstools.

o There is an eating area open to the living room with seating for four.

Orange Beach Stay

Good location that’s less crowded than the huge condo towers. Condo was clean with a nice view of the ocean. No complaints.

Great comfy place

This was the perfect stay for our family. Everything was cozy and enjoyable for all. We like staying in smaller hotel/condos so there is a less busy beach and it was perfect.

Loved the condo, great area to be in...Lots of children running up and down the hall until wee hours of the night though.

Nice touch’s

Great stay. Property clean, and everything working properly. Nice job with the soft close hinges on kitchen cabinets and the black out drapes in LR and master bedroom. It’s the little things like these that make such a lasting impression.

Great Spot

We came up for a weekend trip. Location and view are 5 stars. The entrance hall light was flickering when we arrived and the door handle to the patio door was wobbly/broken. Those were the only things holding it back from a perfect review. I would definitely come back to the property. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Fun Stay

We had a fun time. We did have a few small issues during our stay. The top bunk bed had sand in the sheets when we arrived. Some of the cups/glasses that were in the cabinet were dirty. Also one of the bathrooms had an issue with the shower head. The shower head would drip while a bath was being ran. Lastly we used the elevator at a minimum due to the concern of it breaking down. Also, the unit needs a cookie sheet on which to cook things.

Just right for our family

For spring break, I decided to take my 3 kids to Orange Beach by myself (without my husband) as his schedule didn’t align with the kids break. This was a perfect size condo for our needs. Clean and with all the needed amenities. My kids loved the beach and the pool. The overall complex is slightly dated but has charm. Our only frustrations came with the elevators in the complex - not a reflection on this specific condo at all. There are only two small elevators and during checkout there were many needing to use them so we waited quite awhile to get one. But again, not a reflection of this particular unit.

Nice stay-would live updates check in process

We had a nice stay at this unit. Harbor Place was in a great location and we had wonderful, easy access to the beach. My only complaint is that we had to make an extra stop at a corporate office location to get key code info. This is the first time I’ve had to do this in many years when renting a unit/condo/home of any sort. This was not the case with all HP units but the ones under certain management companies as we had family in Harbor Place as well that were given check in info online/emailed and didn’t have to make the extra stop which would be nice after making a long drive. But, again, the unit was clean, comfortable and just as described. We had a nice time and would stay at Harbor Place again!
