Love this place!

We absolutely love these condos. The check in process is simple, the location is amazing and the condo is clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing and they have an excellent bar and food menu. Already looking forward to next year!

This property was perfect for my family's stay in Hollywood Beach

The condo was exactly as advertised and perfect for myself, my husband and teenage son. We loved being able to have our morning coffee with the view of the ocean. The location was perfect on the Boardwalk. The rooftop pool area was beautiful and where we spent a lot of time.

Good location, Good place to stay

It was as it was described. The location is a quick walk to the beach with great restaurants near by. The staff was all very friendly. Recommend bringing your own towel you get a towel ticket. Not a big deal just something to consider. Would stay here again.

great place once we settled in

the additional fees, registration fee and parking fee should be made more clear in the advertisement. I read everything but just didn't really expect to have to pay $300 +when we got there. we signed the bottom line that said total, but there are additional fees upon arrival. so don't be surprised! the place was very clean,very nice and comfortable.

Terrible Property Manager

Stay away from this property or they can leave you without a place to stay without any warning. We reserved this property in June because we would be in town for the Taylor Swift concert. When we arrived they couldn't find my name in the system and said they would have to email the management company. After sitting around in the lobby for 45 minutes I asked the girl working the front desk if anyone had responded, she said no so we decided to grab lunch upstairs while we waited. After lunch we went back down to the lobby where they informed us they cant honor the reservation because the room was double booked even though the app showed the booking was good. The only positive thing I can say is Vrbo staff was very helpful in helping us get another room.

Great time in Hollywood

Unit was in perfect location. 3-5 min walk to beach. Had some basic beach chairs in unit and umbrella (but was broken) which was nice. Costa offers chairs for free but umbrella is $20 per day. Can buy umbrellas at beachside stores for $20-45. Washer and dryer was great. View off balcony is really nice but we had a couple beside us who literally sat on their balcony and smoked cigarettes all day long so we barely user the balcony. We asked hotel staff to speak with the couple but there was no change through our stay. There is some mildew build up in the shower but bathroom was clean otherwise. Bed was clean and comfortable. There are only feather pillows which offer minimal support. Kitchen has basic equipment - travel mugs or small cooler would be a nice add. Overall, we really liked the unit and would stay there again. Would give 4.5/5 if we could.

Issue with shower control dampened tour vacation!

The property was very nice and conveniently located near the beach, many restaurants, and stores. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Our issue is related to the disconnect between the owner/property manager and the hotel. The shower control had been repaired just prior to our arrival, but not done correctly. This resulted in our inability to take a shower for several days. Once it was fixed, the repair did not hold and we could not turn the shower off. We contacted the front desk considering this an urgent matter, and no one showed up to correct the issue. The next morning, when checking out we were forced to leave the shower running, and again notified the property manager. I spent a great deal of time dealing with this issue, taking time away from my vacation. This made our stay very disappointing and overly stressful!

Worth every penny

It is a great space at a great resort. The accommodations were just as advertised. The condo was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The staff of the resort were very helpful and just awesome! The resort itself is in a great location and exactly as advertised. I cannot even come up with one negative thing!!

Nice condo well located but poorly equipped

The property is up to date, clean and well located. Don't plan on cooking in the kitchen, it is very poorly equipped (no pasta strainer, no spatula, no mitts, no glass for wine, etc...). The pool was green for 15 days and there is not enough chairs (much less then showed).

Great Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Costa Hollywood Resort. The location was perfect in relation to restaurants, beach, and boardwalk shops. We walked everywhere. Publix and Wal Mart is about 8 minutes away. We sent a message to Marcos when we landed and he let us check in early! The rooftop pool area was a great place to hang during the day or night. A few cons: the unit was next to the road, so it gets loud during the weekend nights. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and worn down. All in all we had a great week here and would return!

Good stay!

The property was just as listed. It was clean & check in was pretty seamless. I knew going in that we were arriving about 3hrs earlier than the 4pm check in time. I did reach out the property manager to see if early check-in was available, to which he said no. Once we arrived at the property the front desk clerk was accommodating, checking again to see if early check in was available, & even giving us a place to store our bags, & pool access until we were able to check in. Once we arrived in our room, everything was as pictured. My only minor criticism, is the view, the fact that there was no dish cloth available, & if you plan on cooking, make sure you either buy or bring your own seasonings! The view is really out to a side street, & parking lots, & if you look to your right, you can see the beach, but it is not a direct view of the beach. I decided to bring a couple of my Heelofresh meals to prepare, & aside from a $.99 salt & pepper shakers, nothing is left from previous tenants to use. I only say this because I tend to use VRBO for most of my trips and have found that most properties have teas, coffee, seasonings, & just small knick knacks in the kitchen for you to use, and/or leave for future occupants. There were a couple of beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, coolers & beach toys to use, which came in handy after getting to the beach and all the courtesy chairs that you pay for with your resort fee, had all been taken, despite renting an umbrella. Overall the location is decent, it's in walking distance to lots of restaurants, & a couple of very expensive markets to get any goods you may have forgotten or need. The property overall looks good, I'm just not sure if they're still developing or if some things closed down due to covid. The gym that is located on the map is nonexistent, & I'm not sure how often the pool is cleaned, but for the 5 days we were there, there was a film that floated on top & gathered in the corners of the pool, which was quite unappealing. We definitely needed this getaway & thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would just recommend adding a few small touches to make it a little more homely. I would recommend this condo!

Excellent Location

We enjoyed a great stay in Hollywood Beach. The condo location was perfect close to everything on the Broadwalk. I would highly recommend hitting one of the grocery stores in Hollywood, 1st day and stocking up on groceries and snacks and water. Our host, condo and experience was excellent. 5 stars! Thank you.

Great accommodation

Very clean. Great location to access the beach and Broadwalk. We had a great time!

Beautiful place, property staff unorganized and confused

Check in was fine, and the apartment was beautiful. Weight room and pool are great. Even though pictures show a beautiful, lit up pool at night, the pool is closed at night. Parking your car is expensive, $35 per day and I didn’t see anything in the rental summary about parking expenses. The $35 per day was for valet parking which we were told if you call ahead, they will have the car out front. Every time we called ahead, the car was not ready and in fact, the valet didn’t even know we called ahead. Half way through our stay, we were asked if we payed for the valet service, which we did so they apparently didn’t have record of it. Very small things to complain about but it’s something they can improve on.
