This was an amazing week! The place is perfect. The location, the amenities, the VIEW of the ocean right in front of the place. And the most important was the communication with the owner. It was excellent. She responds quick when we had questions. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when we needed any good recomendations. I wish I could stay longer! Great value for a beach front stay

This was just what we had in mind. The price was right for this beach front property! We enjoyed a leisurely stay hanging out at the beachfront courtyard. The host responded immediately to our requests and was very accommodating! Great stay!

Our beach dream come true!!

The unit surpassed our greatest desires in a place to stay when visiting Hollywood Beach! We fell in love with the area when we first visited 3 years ago and after two more years of repeated visits we decided to give up our beautiful condo in Clearwater Beach and spend our cherished beach time in Hollywood Beach. We just LOVE the boardwalk! This unit is right there with amazing views. Steps from the ocean. On a quieter end of the BW but still full of life. Hollywood Beach is where we want to be and this unit is where we want to stay from now on. Hoping to stay a month next time and when my husband retires next year, hopefully even longer. GREAT and immediate communication from owner. Private back deck overlooking swimming pool and brilliant sunsets. The front is facing the beach. We LOVED grilling there and sitting at front patio eating dinner and drinking wine followed by more wine and cards at back deck watching sunsets.....SPECTACULAR!!!!

Excellente localisation!

TrÚs beau condo pour 2 personnes sur le bord de la mer! Pas exactement comme décris dans l'annonce mais l'hÎte a tout fait en son pouvoir pour que notre séjour soit satisfaisant. Prenez note que le stationnement est à quelques rues donc cela peut causer des inconvénients. Pour les repas, la cuisine est trÚs bien équipée mais les bancs au comptoir ou les chaises et la petite table sont plutÎt inconfortables pour prendre un repas. Endroit tranquille.

Good property on the beach

Good property. Decent space. Bathroom small (typical of these). Second floor, up the stairs (no elevator). It's right on corner at the only stairs so a bit more traffic, but only like 6-8 condos per floor. Great beach and ocean view out the front windows, small balcony out the back with a table (one of only condos with that in this complex), with view of pool and in the distance, the intercoastal. Comes with a parking spot. Pool is good size - and I think it's heated. Hours are sun up to sun down. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo. Both traditional and K-cup coffee makers. Decent wifi that works throughout the building and in the front yard, which has some lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, right next to the boardwalk. About a mile north of Margaritaville Resort - a bit of a walk to the large cluster of shops/restaurants there, just a couple restaurants within half a mile, but it is a less crowded part of the boardwalk and beach, which is nice. There is a Publix and Walmart neighborhood store a couple miles in from the beach (2-3 miles), and a small convenience store right off the boardwalk a short walk south. When we got to Miami, had some problems logging into the VRBO site and couldn't get the messages with the door code from the host. Possibly due to AT&T service (consistently about 2 bars everywhere). I was finally able to login to the website (not the app - VRBO server problem?) on wifi at a McDonalds and get the host's cell phone from the "Contact the host" button, and she responded quickly for that and another question later in the stay. After this experience, I recommend messaging the host prior to leaving home to ask for the code and/or just to get a cell #, but everything worked out.

Loved Ocean Grande

Our week stay was very enjoyable. Along with the location, the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, plus the bike, were our deciding factors for this stay. The condo was clean amd comfortable. We understand Vanessa will be doing lots of upgrades to the unit, so we are looking forward to staying again in the future. Exactly as Advertised and GREAT LOCATION

The condo was simple, clean and had a perfect location for a family with a little one making it easy to enjoy the beach/pool between nap times, feedings, etc... All the guest at the complex were wonderful and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
