First let me say that i take my super host status seriously. In response to this guest. He locked his child in the bedroom not sure how it happened but i received a call about the situation and i went to the unit and unlocked the door for them. But they neglected to to tell you that part. When i arrived at the condo i noticed an outdoor hammock was put up in my living room, as well as a rocking chair. Not sure why they thought this was okay to do. My furniture was all rearranged my pottery was all removed and put on the table. I think this was done because they did not inform me that they had small children. The car being towed, he did not inform me that he had more than one car and that is was filled with items. The HOA is on top of any cars that look like they have been abandon. If he would have informed me he had more than one car I would have instructed him to put the car with the stuff in the garage and park the car they used everyday in an open spot.. But he neglected to inform me of that fact. He also neglected to tell you that I paid for have of the towing costs to get his car back. This is the first negative review i have gotten since i have started with VRBO in 2017. The guest also forgot to return the garage door opener before they left, i had to contact them more then twice to get the garage door opener. With out proper information from the guest situations like this will arise. I did my best to accommodate them and to assist them when issues arose. I am sorry they felt that they did not have a good experience.
