The house was very nice with plenty of room for my family of 9. An added bonus was the ping-pong table in the garage. The backyard was very enjoyable, but just a heads up to bring mosquito repellent.

Coastal Queen by AMI Locals sounds like it gave your family of nine plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together, Valerie! We love hearing that the backyard became a favorite spot and a little ping-pong competition in the garage is always a fun bonus. We also appreciate the helpful note about mosquitoes for future guests—an easy reminder to pack the repellent for those evenings outside as being surrounded by Florida’s natural landscape which simply part of island life, especially in the warmer months. We’d love to welcome your family back to Coastal Queen for another island getaway!

It was a great property for our family vacation. The furnishings were well appointed plenty of room. The pool area was gorgeous. The host was very attentive. Short walk to beach. The only downfall would be the fact the kitchen utensils and cookware needs to be added to or updated. We loved Anna Maria Island ,would love to return.

Property showed top deck and you couldn’t get to it. That should be said in listing. Would have been nice to have chairs on balcony to sit. Also pool was dirty if you would have had a net we would have cleaned it. Nice but would not stay again at this location.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying at Coastal Queen by AMI Locals, Lisa. We’re glad you enjoyed the home overall and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. To clarify, the home does not advertise a rooftop deck, and there are no listing photos showing rooftop access. We understand expectations can vary, and we appreciate the opportunity to clear that up. We also love your suggestion regarding balcony seating and will be sharing it with the owner for consideration. We’re sorry to hear the pool wasn’t as clean as expected. We always provide a pool net at our homes, and had we known it was missing, we would have happily brought one over right away. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we wish you all the best on your future travels.

Amazing Beach Stay!

This place will now be our family beach getaway moving forward! Can't wait to book it for next year. The beach town vibe and just to be able to walk from the property to Bean Point Beach is priceless! The house was very comfortable and well decorated with that modern beach feel. The check in process with the welcome package and information booklet was appreciated. Overall, there are more details that made this place a win, you just have to get here and see for yourself.

It was a perfectly appointed home, very clean, amazing private pool and hot tub. It was even closer to the beach than advertised. It said a 3 minute walk to the beach but it was really only about 90 seconds! Loved the area and everything about the island. Cant wait to come back.

Great location at a beautiful house. Just steps away from the beach. Lots of beach chairs too. Pool security doors did not work properly, as the alarm went off even when you pushed the button but we just laughed about it after a while. Would definitely stay there again.

Great beach location

Our family had a wonderful week together, it was our first time to Anna Maria Island. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pool was great. We had a few issues with the house which were addressed promptly by AMI management. They were great. The house was a bit worn and wifi patchy but overall nice. For the size of the house and number of bedrooms, we would have liked a larger gathering and dining area with more seating.

Anna Maria Vacation

Property was as advertised. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice. Living space small for a house that has 5 bedrooms. Location to beach was great. Quiet neighborhood. Prefer a house where main floor is ground level, but knew that when booked. Cleaning people forgot the beer bottles, etc. on top deck, main light switches full of dirty prints, and oven very dirty. Pool area alarm was a minor pain. The rest of the house was good. The 4 * on the rating was mainly because we had no propane for our steak and shrimp on the last night. We had only used grill one other night, briefly. Disappointing to have to fry them in the house. We were advised to go purchase a new tank and they would reimburse us, but at 7:00, and 30 minutes to where we could locate one, we said no. Overall, we had a good stay at this property. Not our favorite vrbo, but definitely not a bad one either.
