Willkommen in der Casa Blanca! Dieses fantastische Haus in einer idyllischen Lage in Miami strahlt den Charme von Coconut Grove aus!

Casa Blanca besteht aus zwei Eigenschaften in einer. Das Haupthaus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Obergeschoss und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett im Untergeschoss. Der hintere Bungalow verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen zweiten Master mit einem weiteren Kingsize-Bett, Außenduschen und eigenen privaten UnterhaltungsrĂ€umen. Bei der Renovierung dieses Hauses wurden keine Kosten gescheut. Die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie wĂ€hrend Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen könnten. Dies ist ein ganz besonderes Zuhause fĂŒr ein paar Paare, die zusammen reisen. Es ist nicht wirklich fĂŒr Kinder geeignet. Wonderful neighborhood, beautiful property

The home is beautiful - spacious, spa-like decor, lovely kitchen, and very walkable. A couple of very nice surprises- the cabana is really elegant, and there is a bonus bedroom if needed. The master bedroom is up a spiral staircase that is not easy to navigate. The other bedroom in the main house does not have an en-suite bathroom. Rather, that bathroom and shower is on the other side of the house, through the kitchen. Also the pool is a tiny plunge pool, and there is astroturf (not grass) in the back yard. The property manager was very nice by phone, but when the carbon monoxide alarm went off, she sent a non-English speaking service man over to check it out. Lovely home. Overall, very nicely maintained

Great place to stay for a group of adults! Location is close to action and restaurants. Bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and be prepared to get coffee out or pick some grounds up on the way in. Wonderful and would stay there again!!

Just what we needed

Family of 6 traveled into the area for our daughters college graduation. We had grandparents with us, one with mobility issues so the first floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The access to the 2nd floor master has a staircase with narrow triangular steps that require some care and agility. But the 2nd floor bedroom is spacious, beautiful and well appointed. The bungalow suite is beautiful and comfortable as well. We enjoyed having a living and sleeping space away from the main house. We utilized the bunk room also and it a comfortable sleeping space for the young adults with us. The top bunk was just long enough for a 5’6” person. They’ve thought of everything here. From the sound system to pool towels and cheese knives. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need for a group. We found serving platters, Plenty of plates, bowls, glassware, and we even found a marble cheeseboard. The outside areas were very inviting. We enjoyed the screened in pool area and the dipping pool. There was plenty of seating for everyone with the sectional sofa and the dining table and lounge chairs. We enjoyed sitting in the sun as well as the shaded covered areas when it rained. The exterior walkway is the only challenge we experienced with the grandparents it was not ideal. The walkway and parking area has Gravel with round stepping stones. It made it a bit challenging to wheel luggage into the house, hard to walk on in heels and challenging for those who are unsteady in their feet. This was a great rental! Highly recommend this property.

Not bad

Nice looking house however the pictures make it look better then it does in person! Definitely could use some tlc with woodwork and vanities beat up a bit! If you actually want to swim in a pool this is not the pool for you!!! Not even big enough to do one lap! Also, not big enough for more than 6 people in it at a time! No light in pool makes it rough to be in it at night! Don't use the outdoor shower because they have a camera hidden in the trees right on it! Not bad though however not worth the money !!

Oasis in the city.

This was a nice relaxing property that felt secluded even though it was close proximity to everything. Walking distance to Coconut Grove and minutes drive from Coral Gables and Brickell. The backyard and rear cottage were amazing. We would have wished the second floor master bedroom had a door for privacy instead of an open stairwell to the living room for more privacy. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, we would stay here again.

Great property; property management not at the same level

A well-furnished, clean property with renovated kitchens and baths. 0.7 miles to Coconut Grove-- easy walk, plenty of rental scooters. Nice plunge pool. The property management company communicated with us poorly (e.g., no responses to multiple texts over several days). Make sure you have the access code before you get on your plane-- we would have waited until 8pm to check in without some persistence and research. I will not rent from this company again.

The pictures do not lie...

The pictures on the site look amazing, so I was praying the house was as advertised. It was!!! Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. On the way to the house from the airport we drove through a pretty sketchy looking neighborhood and got a little concerned. Our fears were short lived. This house is actually in a beautiful neighborhood. Once we explored a little more we found a main street with plenty of nice restaurants and shops. The home was very clean and had all of the essential items needed in the kitchen and for the bath. There was an issue with the wi-fi when we first arrived, but with a phone call to the property management that was resolved quickly. The pool was great for our group, but if you’re someone that likes to swim laps it may be a little to small. It’s not necessarily a walkable neighborhood, but everything you need is a short drive/Uber ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca.

Fantastic 6-week stay at Casa Blanca

We just ended a wonderful six week stay at Casa Blanca. The house, neighborhood, and property owner were A+. We loved the peacocks in the neighborhood, including a group of six that one day hung out for an hour on top of the screen that covers the patio pool. Every day we walked into town for coffee, a meal, or to people watch, or to one of the local gardens like Kampong or Barnacle Park. The beaches at Key Biscayne are about a twenty minute drive, uncrowded, and magnificent. We often had four people holding Zoom meetings simultaneously with not a single problem. with the wifi. The property manager accommodated our special needs quickly and without question. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing, unique home!!

I absolutely loved this property. Me and my cousins ended up not going anywhere, and just lounged around. The house is so unique and beautiful, can't wait to book again! Just remember to bring your own spices and oil if you're going to cook.
