Das Hotel liegt im 15. Stock, auf der südlichsten Strandpromenade von South Beach, The 1 Hotel & Homes, mit eigenem Eingang auf der 24th Street. Die Wohnung hat einen vollen Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean von jedem Zimmer und seine 200 qm Terrasse. Das Zimmer hat zwei Belichtungen und eine schöne Aussicht auf Indian Creek.

Die Möbel sind alle High-End-europäischen Marken - Ligne Roset, Natuzzi & Flou.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit einem großen gemütlichen gepolsterten Sofa, 2 Walnuss-Sesseln, einem schönen blauen Glas Kaffee und C-Tische. Der Teppich ist handgewebte Wolle mit blauen Details. Die 65-Zoll-Samsung 4K Smart HDTV ist in einer erstaunlichen Walnuss und weißen Lack Zusammensetzung zusammengesetzt.

Der Barschrank liegt zwischen den Wohn- und Essbereichen und hat wunderschöne italienische Glaswaren und Barware.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist eine komplette Suite des schönen Kingsize-Bettes von Flou mit Nussbaum und gepolsterten Details. Der Nussbaum Nachttisch und die TV-Konsole ergänzen das Bett. Ein schöner Spiegel gibt Ihnen einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, während Sie aus dem Balkon in die Wohnung zurückkehren.
Das Bad ist fast so groß wie ein Schlafzimmer! Es hat zwei Waschbecken, große Waschbecken, eine volle Stand-up-Dusche und natürlich eine Toilette!
Stauraum besteht aus einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank von California Schränke, die Details wie Doppel-hängen, Kleiderhaken und elektronischen Safe und Wäschebehälter hat. Der andere Schrank erlaubt es, lange Kleider und Jacken zu hängen.

Fabulous Miami getaway

What a lovely property and wonderful facility. We had a great time and the weather even cooperated. Everything about this property is lovely. Clean, comfortable, well laid out for family. Amazing view! Quiet, yet close to everything -- so you have the best of both worlds. Pretty much perfect way to wake up on South Beach each day. We had a great time -- only bad part was leaving!

Oasis of calm and beauty

My family of 4 loved the condo, which is located in Hotel 1 South Beach, perfect location to all the sights on south beach, but far from the noise. Condo unit is beautiful and pristine in all areas. Owner and concierge are amazing and communicative with every question we had. Beach areas, pools and location are unbeatable. We are planning to return!

Great stay in a beautiful place!!

The place was immaculate, and the grounds and staff were top notch. Awesome view from the 15th floor. Condo is impeccably decorated with no signs of wear and tear, and the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The owner and management company representative were very responsive and extremely helpful when needed. Overall great experience, you can't go wrong booking here.

Exceptional host, beautiful property

Sulu is the perfect host. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and attended to. A true professional. The apartment is decorated beautifully - simple, elegant, immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the building and in valet was also incredibly attentive. Always offering a pleasant greeting, and eager to assist in any way they can.

My family and I stayed from January 4-12 2019 and truly enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The apartment is beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. If I had any complaint, it would be the lack of lights in the living room. Very dark at night. The master bedroom is very comfortable and modern. Same with the second bedroom. The Kitchen is well equipped and the entire apartment is sparkling clean. The building and property are amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your Beautiful place.

A+ Living

Our stay at the Residence of 1Hotel was amazing. The check in process was so simple. As you walk into the Residence or the Hotel side, the smell is divine. Freshwater and fruit and immediate attention. Our home was beautiful. The views were wonderful and it was so quiet and peaceful. Everything it said it would be came true. The best was having the amenities of a hotel as well. Poolside service with fantastic drinks and food. Great get away The Tesla rides to dinner and the night life was a treat as well. I would recommend adults only, personally. Thanks for a great get away!

Disappointing property manager

The washer did not work from day 1. I kept calling the property manager and he didn’t care. The freezer wasn’t working and I had to toss all my frozen foods and lastly the tv in the extra bedroom wasn’t working. I called the property manager multiple times and texted him but he never got back to me.

Hard to breathe

Our unit has a terrible mold problem. The smell of mold is overpowering when you walk into the unit. Every night we all had trouble breathing due to the mold. Also, this unit is not in the top floor as stated. The unit is in floor 15 and has a PH floor as well as a UPH floor. The dryer did not work properly and the towels all smelled like mildew. Also, there were not enough hand towels or washcloths. Lastly, why should I have to pay to be there for someone else’s unit to do all the deferred maintenance? Will never be back here.

Fantastic residence in an incredible property

I can't say enough good things about this residence and the renting experience with the owner, Sulu. Excellent communication from beginning to end. She was available by phone, email and text and responded promptly during the booking process and after as well. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by the 1 Residence staff. We have stayed at the 1 Hotel a couple times in the past and have always been very happy with how friendly the staff was there. Kudos to the property for training and hiring people who don't seem to 'fake' friendly. Check in took an entire 68 seconds or so and we were escorted up to the room by Andrea, the property manager for a quick tour of the room(she offered but we declined tour of the grounds as we were familiar with the grounds). She showed us the residence and where things were and off she went, leaving her number to text/call for any needs. She was very responsive when I texted for extra hangers and a couple questions we had. As for the unit itself. Exactly as pictured. Decorated smartly and immaculately clean. I'm a real clean freak when i comes to hotels/rentals and I had no concerns at all with this place. The showers, toilets, beds, carpet were in excellent shape and had no signs of being dirty. Although we only used it for breakfast a couple mornings, the kitchen is stocked very well with new and dishes, pots, pans etc. Both bedrooms and the living room have an east view that make for wonderful sunrise viewing and it heats up fast out there but is very pleasant in the afternoon as it is shaded then. Remote controlled blackout shades in all 3 rooms are a great feature and block the light very well if you want to sleep in. The 1 grounds are among the best in South Beach and the beach staff is wonderful(ask for Richard). Located on the beach, on Collins between 23rd and 24th street is a perfect location in our opinion. Its on the quieter end of Collins among the higher end hotels and residences, but close enough to walk to the busyness of the 14th street area, or the circus of Ocean drive. All in all, I have nothing negative to report on this residence. It was perfect for the 4 of us, although we could have brought 2 more as there is 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. As I said before, Sulu is very responsive and great to work with. Thanks Sulu! I'd give the place 6 stars if possible!
