Dieses luxuriöse Gated Juwel sieht aus wie ein stilvoll schimmerndes weißes Dorf auf einer sonnigen griechischen Insel. Der Haupteingang wird von üppigen tropischen Bäumen eingerahmt. Der Hauptwohnbereich und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den blauen Himmel, das türkisfarbene karibische Meer und andere Inseln.

Die zeitgenössische Innenausstattung hat eine französische Atmosphäre. elegant und bequem. Klare Hölzer mit Cremefarben, Taupe, Grau und Limonen. I would give this place a solid B. Bottom line is that it’s spacious, the location is excellent, it’s reasonably comfortable, but it is in no way luxurious. This second floor unit is on the water. Below are cliffs, and it’s a short walk to either Mullet or Cupecoy beaches, which are both excellent. The complex itself is dated but usable, with an excellent pool and staffed with a bartender and a cook at the swim-up bar.Excellent host-personable, flexible and helpful. The concierge, meh. Once she checked us in, she disappeared. There were three beach chairs, one of which was broken, and a beach umbrella with broken ribs, none of which she was willing to replace.Now, onto the unit. It is old, I’d say about 30-40 years old, and has never been renovated, as far as I can tell, and it desperately needs it. The kitchen is a cheap builders kitchen, with chipped cupboards and yellowing plastic handles. The dishwasher, while functional, is also yellowed and old and noisy. There is a 4-burner gas cooktop with no exhaust fan(!). Never got the oven to work. Plates, utensils and cooking appliances are cheap and basic, often with chipped glasses or dull knives. Bathrooms are clean but old, and the tiles in the master bath are lifting because the grout has broken away. Beds were firm but the sheets were thin. Air conditioning was excellent, but the sliding glass doors to the patios needed two strong arms to push them open and closed.For 1000CDN a night I expected more

Great location with a beautiful view right out the back. Walkable to 2 beaches and town with restaurants and grocery store. Nice community pool with bar/ food options. Rafael, the bartender was a pleasure to talk with and provided amazing service. Easy check in/ check out. The place had all we needed and was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

I had a great time here. John did an amazing job yet again. The villa was an older villa. But it was a great location. The property was older needs some improvements but great views. We loved it. The host did an amazing job when ever i had a request or question he responded right away.

Quiet oceanfront villa

Just returned from a week stay with our 2 adult daughters. Wonderful, spacious, condo on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is located between Mullet Bay beach and Cupecoy beach. Short walk to either. We were able to do some snorkeling at Mullet Bay which turned out to be better than Pinel island. All amenities provided in the condo. This is an older building but well maintained. Short distance to restaurants and small grocery store that had a good selection everything you would need. Maho beach is very walkable from here. This is a second floor unit with many stairs (not an issue for us but may be prohibitive for people with mobility issues)Overall, an amazing trip. We would definitely book this condo again.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

Great Stay

If you are looking for convenient and comfortable this place will do the trick! This second story condo has beautiful views and is located inside of the gated Cupecoy Beach Resort. There is a very nice pool and pool bar (open most afternoons). Plus there is a workout room and ping pong table by the pool and beach towels, beach chairs (3), small 6 pack hard sided cooler and ice packs as well as an umbrella (unfortunately broken when we were there) ready for your use. We also appreciated having a washer and drier for the week. It is a quick walk to either Mullet Beach with beach bars, food, and chair/umbrella rental or a more private area of Cupecoy Beach. The neighborhood located a quick couple of blocks up a gentle hill contains an Organic Market, Carefour grocery and several yummy food options (French Bakery, Italian, Mexican, Indian and more plus Fat Tony's which serves just about everything, has great specials and often evening entertainment) if you don't want to drive everywhere to eat. It was also not a bad walk into Maho (during the day) if you want to grab something to eat or watch the planes. I believe it's about 1 km and there is a path along the golf course and road that is well worn and often has people walking on it. The unit is a little worn but it is a great find if you don' t need high end finishes. Plus all of the people at the resort were very friendly. We will stay again :-)

Condo on beach

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the scaffolding in front of the main balcony. This has been there obviously for a long time and obstructs your view. No one is doing any work so there is no reason for scaffolding to be there. It’s rusted and old. The pictures show the bedroom balcony not the main balcony. This would cause me not to rent here again and we loved everything else.

Perfect Stay in Cupecoy

This property exceeded all of our expectations! We stayed with 5 adults and enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bed. The 3 bathrooms with showers were also fantastic for privacy and getting ready.The property is gated with 24/7 security for peace of mind, but the whole area of Cupecoy and Maho are very safe, even in the evening. The best thing about this property is the access to not 1 but 2 beaches both within walking distance. The private beach at Cupecoy Beach Club (CBC) was our go to, the waves are a bit rougher but you can’t beat a quiet beach! Mullet Bay is an absolutely beautiful beach also with a short walk from the condo. This beach is much more busy but offers calmer water and a near “zero depth” entry.Lastly, our concierge (Stacey) was responsive and helped us find grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car from their recommended company and it was a fantastic experience!The only downside was that we had to wait roughly a half hour to be checked in, Saturdays are an extremely busy day on the island.We are all excited to come back soon!

Gorgeous Views

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

First visit to St. Maarten

The pictures made the condo unit appear much nicer than in person. Once inside it was clean but pretty dated. The dishwasher leaked when used to wash the dishes. Although there was internet, it did not work all the time or was very slow. The area for parking a rental vehicle is very limited and does not allow for two way traffic on the premises. You have to go down a staircase to reach the beach and at the bottom you are exposed to the waves before being able to get to the sand.

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!

Tranquil and beautiful

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.
