Dieses luxuriöse Gated Juwel sieht aus wie ein stilvoll schimmerndes weißes Dorf auf einer sonnigen griechischen Insel. Der Haupteingang wird von üppigen tropischen Bäumen eingerahmt. Der Hauptwohnbereich und das Hauptschlafzimmer bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den blauen Himmel, das türkisfarbene karibische Meer und andere Inseln.

Die zeitgenössische Innenausstattung hat eine französische Atmosphäre. elegant und bequem. Klare Hölzer mit Cremefarben, Taupe, Grau und Limonen. Great location with a beautiful view right out the back. Walkable to 2 beaches and town with restaurants and grocery store. Nice community pool with bar/ food options. Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

Tranquil and beautiful

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

Views from our two balconies were just fantastic! We spent a lot of time just enjoying the view with cocktails. We went to the beach a lot and enjoyed how private it was. We felt like movie stars being at a private beach. . We have traveled a lot to warm destinations, but this was likely the best beach we’ve experienced.

Quiet oceanfront villa

Just returned from a week stay with our 2 adult daughters. Wonderful, spacious, condo on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. This condo is located between Mullet Bay beach and Cupecoy beach. Short walk to either. We were able to do some snorkeling at Mullet Bay which turned out to be better than Pinel island. All amenities provided in the condo. This is an older building but well maintained. Short distance to restaurants and small grocery store that had a good selection everything you would need. Maho beach is very walkable from here. This is a second floor unit with many stairs (not an issue for us but may be prohibitive for people with mobility issues)Overall, an amazing trip. We would definitely book this condo again.

This condo and area did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the view is priceless! We had an issue with AC in one bedroom. But Stacy was very helpful in getting it resolved . A new AC was installed . All the staff and guards were great! We’ll definitely will be back!
