Schöne, helle, geräumige und sehr angenehme Wohnung mit mehreren Terrassen ringsum und einem herrlichen Blick auf den Jourdan Park. Das Apartment befindet sich 10 Gehminuten vom Cours Mirabeau und dem herrlichen Stadtteil Mazarin entfernt. Das 50m2 große Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf die Parkbäume und die Sonnenuntergänge lädt zum schnellen Abschalten ein. Die Betten sind neu, die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls neu und die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Es gibt auch einen privaten Parkplatz in der Residenz im Preis inbegriffen. Exotisch und unverbunden!

Property was as described, in a great location. Garage is a bit tight if you have a large car. Aix is a lovely place for a short stay, the arts were great.

Wonderful, spacious apartment across from Parc Jourdain on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the old town, and a memorable stay. Had easy dedicated parking, AC, washing machine, and wi-fi - all big pluses. We stayed for 6 nights and did various day trips to Arles, Gordes, Roussillon, and Marseille. My son and I also hiked to the top of Mont Sainte Victoire and Le Croix de Provence.The experience was like being a local living in a nice apartment in Aix-en-Provence. You just slide into it.Loved the stay and thanks to our hostess Sophie.

Sophie was a great host. Despite challenges with bathroom timing she was very communicative, responsive, and accommodating. We loved the place- so sunny, and the location was superb - overlooking park and 10 min walk to just about everything. The place was very well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie’s place. Only suggestion - put that beautiful rug shown in the photos back in to warm it up. The photos really sold it and that rug helped make the room come alive. We definitely recommend this place for travelers to Aix!

Wonderful visit to Provence

This apartment was perfectly located in the center of Aix, across from lovely Parc Jourdan. It was a quick walk to the restaurants and shops of Cours Mirabeau. We picked up our baguette and viennoiserie daily from Au Pavé du Roi, which was a 5 min walk down the street. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable as well. We especially appreciated the parking garage, which allowed us to use Aix as our Basecamp for the week. From there, we could conveniently drive to Arles, Avignon, the Luberon and Cassis. Tour á fait parfait. Sophie was very helpful and responsive, and we were grateful for her hospitality.

Great apartment in convenient location

We had a week in the apartment in August. Check in was very easy and we were met by Nolven who was very friendly and gave us a tour of the apartment. There were some confusing instructions about the door locks on the back of the door, but Nolven advised that they were in the process of being updated. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with everything you would need for a short stay. It was very hot when we were there and we were particularly glad for the electric blinds and airconditioning which shielded us from the worst of the heat and made it a welcome place to return to at then of the day. It is in a quiet area about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city and Aix is a great place to use as a base to explore surrounding areas. Unfortunately the boulangerie around the corner was closed for August, but we found a fantastic alternative about 10 minutes walk away, Boulangerie Hat's Aix. We would recommend this apartment to those wanting to explore Aix and its surrounds.

Exploring Rosé

Our group of 4 friends stayed at this property for 1 week. Very good location. The parking spot was locked, with gated access. We had a Toyota Corolla and it just fit. The apartment itself had a large common area facing the Parc Jourdan with 3 french doors opening unto a balcony. We kept the ice bucket in the shade out on the balcony. The apartment, while flooded with light during the day, had dim illumination in the evening hours- many floorlamps. This gave the apartment a wonderful evening ambiance. The over-the-range light switch was broken, but by inserting a key into the slot and manually sliding the moving part inside, it was possible to turn the light on and off. The dryer is an evaporation dryer. The dryer door requires encouragement to stay closed - prop the door shut with the laundry hamper set on a towel on the floor to anchor it. The washing machine worked well & smelled clean. The water pressure in the showers was good. Hot water - no shortage. Radiator heat. Remember to open the bath window to help control the post- shower humidity as there is some paint peeling in the baths. Some caning on the dining chairs was broken. The apartment was clean, the beds comfy. The second bedroom was made up with two twins. The kitchen had plenty of plates, dishes, champagne flutes, wine glasses and cheese knives etc. The lower kitchen cabinets smell of cooking oil that has not been cleaned - a bit rancid. Perhaps a deep clean there could be arranged :) I would rent again👍

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und sowohl Aix als auch die Umgebung von dort aus ohne Probleme erkunden können. Bei der Abreise gab es ein Kommunikationsproblem mit der Agentur vor Ort.

Traumhafte Stadtwohnung

Das Apartment ist ein Traum! Sehr schöne Ausstattung und Lage an einem kleinen Park, Bäcker um die Ecke, Supermarkt und die Innenstadt in Laufnähe. Wir haben die Woche in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr genossen und geben 5 Sterne! Einziger winziger Wehmutstropfen sind die Studenten, die ab und zu nachts im Park gefeiert haben - aber das verzeiht man dieser tollen Stadt, in der das Leben pulsiert gerne - man ist ja im Urlaub ...

The appartment is just the perfect place for a relaxing and very comfortable vacation in Aix-en-Provence. It's luxuriously furnished, offers a lot of space and it even comes with a garage, which is very convenient and a rare find in Aix. The place just feels like home - or even a little better because it's in southern France.

Schöne Wohnung am Park in zentraler Lage

Sehr schöne, freundliche und helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage, zu Fuß nur knapp 10 Minuten vom Altstadtkern entfernt. Toll sind neben dem großen Wohn -/Essbereich die 3 Balkone, von denen der Größte nach Westen auf den größten Park der Stadt hinausgeht. Für uns mit Mietwagen war auch die zugehörige Garage sehr praktisch, da Parkplätze an der Straße kaum einmal frei sind. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (12 und 13) war die Wohnung ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die sehr lebendige Stadt Aix, das Umland und auch die etwas weiter entfernten Städte wie z. B. Avignon oder Nîmes zu besuchen. Aber auch die Fahrt ans Meer zum Baden ist nicht allzu weit. Das Handling rund um die Wohnung, Schlüsselübergabe etc., war völlig unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der Universität. Gegenüber ist ein schöner Park. Nur 10 Minuten in die Stadtmitte. Sehr helle, freundliche Wohnung. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns mit Kindern 12und 16 Jahren sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder!

Verbesserungswürdig: Check-in

Pros: Very spacious for 2 couples. Lovely, clean, quiet and bright- lots of windows and doors for outlook to green park & fresh air. Beautiful sunsets. Kitchen well-equipped. Tons of towels. Bathroom fixtures all new. Comfy beds. Great location. Photos are accurate. Cons: Second bathroom very small for 2 adults. Second bedroom windows do not open, fan or ac only, and not enough hanging space in closet there. A few items need attention: missing lightbulbs, no instructions for tv or dvd/cd (too bad, there’s lots of them there we would have liked to listen to/view), freezer in fridge completely iced - impossible to put anything in there. Most disappointing was check-in. We texted multiple times as instructed to host, confirmed arrival time, but no one there on arrival. No reply to texts or calls for over an hour. Oh no, was this all a scam? There’s no place to park, so had to keep driving around for over an hour. Finally a WhatsApp text from a third person! with instructions on how to enter, garage, keys etc. Stressful start, but once we settled in, it was fine.

My husband and I had just a wonderful stay at Haven last week. Perfect location- quick walk to Center. We did not have a car, walked everywhere. Overlooks a beautiful park. We enjoyed looking out the main window at the park and watching the sunsets. Our bed was comfy. Has two bathrooms and found helpful having a walk in shower. Definitely go to the markets on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A beautiful place. Look forward to returning.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location right across from the park was great and it was an easy walk into town for shopping and dining. Cleanliness very good. The beds were comfortable and in good shape. Our only complaints were that is was quite dim in the evenings with only a few lamps in the large living room and 1 in the bedroom. Also, a few maintenance issues which we promptly reported but were told would be dealt with after our departure. The most serious was a broken kitchen tap which would have been a bigger deal had we been doing more cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Haven of peace was a wonderful apartment for us. We stayed over two weeks at this quiet but centrally located apartment. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a huge living area, a big dining table where I was able to set up my computer and work. There are balconies off both bedrooms, one off the kitchen area with a drying line for laundry and a large terrace in front that faces Parc Jourdan. The location is spectacular. Three minutes walk up the road are a bakery, small Vival grocery store, pharmacy and a Lebanese take out restaurant. We walked about 7 minutes to Musee Granet for the Cezanne 2025 exhibition. We loved walking along the Rue D'Italie with its many shops and restaurants on the way to the central Cours Mirabeau. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, which we needed during our stay. Furniture is comfortable. The building is nice with just 8 units in total. There is no elevator and the unit is on the second floor. The included parking in the back of the building was a huge plus for us; it's a private, lockable one car garage rather than the usual multi-car parking garage. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be in Aix. Thank you Sophie and Najwa for a wonderful stay.

The property has a large living room facing onto the park. There are multiple balconies, and the kitchen is well equipped. Both bedrooms are comfortable for 2 people. The area is quiet but is also only a 10-minute walk from the Cours Mirabeau in the centre of Aix. Communication with the owner was easy.

Wonderful property in great Aix, France location

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were comfy(1 king, 2 singles), location terrific. Easy walking to center of city. Great Boulangerie very close and a tiny pizza place where we ate our first night was so close and perfect for jet lagged travelers!!Nice kitchen and lots of places to sit. Highly recommend.

Très décevant !

A notre arrivée nous avons constaté que le garage était trop petit pour notre voiture familiale, la propriétaire et la gérante nous on dit que c’était la première fois qu’on leur disait..à nous de nous débrouiller pour trouver de la place sur la voie publique.L’état général de l’appartement laisse grandement à désirer, tout est vieux et en mauvais mauvais état.
