Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer im 5. Stock Wohnung mit 2 Aufzügen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand vom Balkon. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine neu renovierte voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine Queensize-Schaummatratze und ein angrenzendes, kürzlich renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Twin-Size-Etagenbett. Das zweite Badezimmer wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über eine fabelhafte Badewanne, in die man eintauchen kann.

Great stay, great location

Our family had a lovely stay. The rooms afforded everything to meet our needs, the decorations had a calming effect, and it felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the pool, and the walks to the beach, We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Family Fun Environment

We love the quietness and family environment of Sands Villas. Our unit provides family members and opportunity to sit on the balcony and see the ocean, sunrise, and the Sound. Beach Retreat

A wonderful getaway, great location, beautiful view, lovely accommodation, very clean and nicely decorated! The only weakness might be the mattresses on the twin beds - wouldn’t be a problem for kids but the adults found them somewhat uncomfortable.

Great location, great condo

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The condo is on the 5th floor with great views and is close to the elevator. The unit was clean and comfortable. Location is great—on the beach and minutes from other things to see and do.

Great place at the beach!

This was a great condo. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and clean. Beachfront and a view of the beach and inter coastal waterway from the balcony. What is the best for us, this place allows boat and trailer parking!

Nice vacation

This was a nice place, and we enjoyed our stay. It ended up being pretty cold while we were there so the indoor heated pool and hot tub were great. Lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Outdoor patio was small, but beautiful view. Front bedroom was very bright in the morning. Overall great, functional condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Beautiful place and so convenient!

Such a nice place! Clean and decorated nicely! Mike was so courteous and professional….reached out several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was running smoothly (including check in and check out). Wonderful location….just minutes from everything you may want to do! Would highly recommend this place! Kitchen was well furnished and apartment overall had very nice and thoughtful touches!!

Great Location

Overall we were very happy with our stay. For late sleepers, it would be nice to have room darkening curtains in the Master Bedroom. The sun was very bright at 5:30 in the morning. The accommodations fit our family of 5 well.

CLEAN and well maintained. Best unit we’ve ever had in this complex. We especially loved the great appliances and the clothesline on the balcony. The owner was so helpful to provide a high chair for our toddler. Our family will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A gem

The pictures online didn’t due this condo justice. The condo was spotless, comfortable, very well decorated & not over furnished like most we have rented in this complex in the years past. Absolutely everything you would want in a kitchen this one had. Beds were so comfy. Great water pressure too! We will diffidently rent this unit again. Family Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of storage for all our stuff as well! The view from the balcony was beautiful, even though the unit is not directly ocean front. Having a washer and dryer right there was definitely a plus. The surrounding area was quiet, which we loved. A beautiful, wide beach and I loved that the walkway to the sand had a mat which I assume was for guests who had a wheelchair. What a nice touch! The landscaping was lovely and gave a tropical feel. The master bedroom is bright very early in the morning but that didn't bother me since I am an early riser when at the beach anyway. This place truly has everything! We will definitely be back.

Great location, great beach, great complex

The condo was small but well equipped with everything we needed. The complex is perfect for children with a playground on site plus the indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is right off the beach, making it an ideal stop when you are tired of the sand or the ocean. The indoor pool is not large but it was a perfect size for a few families to be in there at once. The only downside of the condo is the location of the main bedroom being at the back of the condo while the other 2 bedrooms are right next to the door of the condo. Just something to be aware of if you have small children as we do. We put a chair in front of the door each night just as an extra precaution. Also, there are no real restaurants within easy walking distance but a few places deliver and Food Lion is well stocked and only a few miles down the island. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again.

       Thank you for taking the time to review my condo. I see your concern with the split bedroom plan which is a popular architectural design. There are 3 restaurants, that are popular within 1.2 miles of the condo. At times we would walk along the beach to the Oceanana pier restaurant and have lunch. The on-site restaurant didn't open this year due to lack of workers. Hopefully they will open next year because their food was delicious. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay.

Nice place but poor experience with owner

This was a nice place and the amenities were great, however, the hvac system was faulty. The owner knows the system is not up to par since he advised numerous times not to lower the thermostat below 74 degrees which we abided by. The air conditioner failed anyway and the owner deducted half of the cost of the service call from our deposit! Needless to say we won't be a repeat customer!

The guest stated that the thermostat registered 83 degrees in the mornings. The only way this is possible is that someone tampered with the thermostat probably putting it on a schedule. The condo was rented for 5 weeks prior to your arrival without a problem. I do realize the ac unit is an older one which is the reason I had the AC serviced prior to the rental. I do have a note next to the thermostat not to go below 74 degrees. If the thermostat was not tampered with and left on 74 degrees there would not have been a problem. The only reason for this negative review is you were charged 1/2 the service call. You did communicate the following: we won’t be a repeat customers for sure and that’s a shame because you have a nice condo and we enjoyed the sands villa amenities.

Perfect Stay!

This place was amazing and in the perfect place on Atlantic Beach. The ocean view from the 5th floor was remarkable. The checkin process and property owners were responsive, polite and helpful. The property was spacious and looked to he newly renovated. We had an awesome time and would recommend and love to come back!

Property with all the amenities

This was a nice, clean condo. The kitchen was well stocked and it was the perfect size for our group. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. We enjoyed the beach but didn’t go out as much as we might have otherwise because of the very long walk. Recommend a wagon or something to transport beach gear. Overall would recommend to someone looking for a clean, up to date condo at Atlantic Beach that is close to restaurants and attractions.

  Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of my condo. Yes the walk on the beach is a “good walk”, we do enjoy a wide beach. I did have a property in another area that didn’t have a beach during high tide. Depending on how many items you have to bring to the beach, a cart would be helpful.

We have owned beach properties for the last 20 years in other locations. We discovered Atlantic Beach a few years ago and love the wide beach that is never crowded and the numerous restaurants on the island. Endless activities on the crystal coast and places to discover. We are not absentee landlords that haven't a clue of the condition of their property. We do use the condo when it is not rented and only rent to help cover some expenses.

We especially loved the view, and really like being on the top floor and how Sands Villa was built with a mixture of concreate and framing. We also like that access to the beach area does not require crossing any roads.
