Dieses urbane und charmante Apartment im zweiten Stock befindet sich in idealer Lage in der King Street, nur wenige Schritte vom Marion Square und erstklassigen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Zu unseren Favoriten zählen Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Parcel 32, O-Ku und Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Mit Parkplätzen direkt hinter dem Gebäude können Sie Ihr Auto abstellen und überall im Herzen der Innenstadt von Charleston spazieren gehen.

Das offene Wohnzimmer und die Küche in der Küche sind von der Fensterfront zur King Street mit Tageslicht durchflutet. Dekorative Kamine in jedem Zimmer bringen den Charme des historischen Charleston hervor, hervorgehoben durch freiliegende Ziegelsteine und hohe Decken. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern (jeweils mit Kingsize-Betten), zwei Queen-Schlafsofas und zwei kompletten Bädern bietet sich Platz für 8 Gäste. Die Badezimmer sind mit Badewanne und Dusche ausgestattet (eines mit Dampfdusche). Neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit Bügelbrett und zusätzlicher Bettwäsche, falls Sie sie brauchen!

Genießen Sie den ganzen Sommer über den Bauernmarkt am Marion Square mit lokalen Künstlern, Händlern und Landwirten. Am zweiten Sonntag in der King Street (am zweiten Sonntag im Monat) wird das ganze Jahr über Lower King für einen "Shop & Walk" mit Straßenverkäufern und -künstlern, Live-Musik, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten geschlossen.

Als Apartment im zweiten Stock gibt es eine Treppe, um Zugang zum Mietobjekt zu erhalten (kein Aufzug vorhanden). Schlüssellose Zugangsschlösser ermöglichen einen einfachen Zugang in und aus der Wohnung.

Very cute place with lots of character. Location was in the middle of everything and some great dining. We had everything we needed. Only thing I would say is you are immersed in the business of King street and don’t expect quietness through the night if your a light sleeper bring ear plugs… or enjoy the adventure.

First time to Charleston. GREAT CITY!! We all loved the apartment, which is in a great location in the heart of it all! But being in the heart of it all also means a lot of street noise-mainly people talking loudly/yelling during/after bar hours-which makes it hard to sleep. We had a fantastic time even with the noise! Walking distance to shops, a gazillion restaurants, the market, and the ocean.

Great location and wonderful property! Centrally located on King Street, it was fun looking out the windows and seeing people walking around. It was easy to walk everywhere from this location. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The linens were clean, good air conditioning in the summer heat, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The parking spot was very convenient right outside the door. Great property, definitely recommend!

Radcliffeborough Is ideally located on King Street. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, roomy and comfortable. The concierge team responsive and a pleasure to work with. I absolutely recommend this spot.

Location was amazing

The location is walkable to everything we wanted to do. The beds are beyond comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat breakfast every morning which was nice. Great for 2 couples to hang out and catch up. Highly recommend this condo. The brickwork was beautiful and it was decorated so cute.

Great Location!!!

Very nice condo in a great location, within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants. There are steps to get up to the unit so potential guests should be aware of that in case it's an issue. Overall a great experience.

The condo is close to everything Charleston! We walked everywhere from the condo. Great restaurants and bars right nearby on King Street. Plenty of room for two couples to share the space. Spacious living room/kitchen area to catch up, play cards and enjoy some libations! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

This is a great 2 bedroom apt. It is a bit loud at night due to the old windows and the revelers enjoying themselves but that was to be expected for King St. Only one parking spot but there is a parking garage close by.

Very Well Managed

The management company of this particular location was one of the best we have ever worked with. They are very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We used the grocery delivery service which was a lifesaver and so convenient. We stayed for a wedding and the location was ideal. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with fresh white linens.

Great location!

We stay 3 nights while visiting Charleston and having our daughter visit The College Of Charleston. The location is awesome for shopping, food, and cocktails. Easily walkable to all areas. The house was adorable and very clean. The beds were comfortable and despite previous reviewers saying it was loud at night, we didn’t have any issues at all and were light sleepers. We stayed early in the week so maybe that’s was why. We’d definitely stay again when we’re in town again!
