* * * FERIENVERMIETUNG IM SOMMER: Für Aufenthalte zwischen dem 24. Juni 2019 und dem Herbstschlussdatum des Dollar Point-Pools, des Strandes und der Tennisplätze wird eine RESORT-Gebühr erhoben. Die HOA-Gebühr für die Nutzung der Freizeiteinrichtungen von Dollar Point beträgt 10 USD pro Person und Tag, maximal 8 Personen. * * *

Tahoe Rendezvous ist das perfekte Zuhause für ein Rendezvous mit Freunden oder der Familie in Tahoe. Dieses charmante, einstöckige Haus in Dollar Point mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, einem Whirlpool und einer Garage für 2 Autos bietet gefilterten Seeblick und einfachen Zugang zum HOA-Pool, zu Tennisplätzen und zum privaten Zugang zum Strand.

Das Haus bietet flexible Schlafgelegenheiten, einen offenen Kamin, reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten am Esstisch und die Möglichkeit, sich beim Kochen oder Fernsehen oder Filmen zu treffen. Highspeed-Internetzugang ist ebenfalls verfügbar.
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze mit 2 Stellplätzen in der Garage im Winter (mindestens einer im Sommer) und bis zu 4 Autos in der Einfahrt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Auffahrt etwas steil ist und wir empfehlen bei großen Schneestürmen ein Allradfahrzeug oder Ketten. In den Wintermonaten ist jedoch eine Schneeräumung der Auffahrt möglich. Es gibt auch eine Tischtennisplatte in der Garage für Ihren Genuss. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf dem Achterdeck und ist vom Küchen-Essbereich aus zu erreichen.
Im Sommer ist eine Rampe vorhanden, über die Kinderwagen oder Rollstühle auf das Haus zugreifen können (ohne Treppen).

Nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt finden Sie kilometerlange schöne, befestigte Radwege, die von der Straße getrennt sind und nach Tahoe City, dem West Shore hinunter, sowie nach Squaw Valley und Alpine Meadows führen. Wenn Sie etwas Abenteuerlustigeres bevorzugen, gibt es auch kilometerlange Mountainbike-Strecken in der Nähe.

Die Skigebiete von Squaw Valley und Alpine Meadows sind 12-15 Minuten entfernt. Northstar ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.

The house was large, clean and had a great view of the lake through the trees. The hot tub had just been cleaned. The kitchen had everything needed. The only tricky part was dealing with the bear wire, but not a big deal once it became routine.

Great stay. We came up early because of a storm are fortunately they let us check in early. The home is spacious and the front deck is fenced in which is great for dogs! The kitchen was the most well stocked rental kitchen I’ve stayed at. Literally had everything besides a meat thermometer (maybe we just didn’t see it). Only downside (which is explained in the listing) is that there is no way to get to the lake by walking since everything is gated/fenced off or in a HOA on this side of the lake. No fault to the VRBO, just something to keep in mind if you are wanting lake access. Hot tub worked great. TV was a little slow but that may be user error. All in all a fantastic stay! 10/10

Love this neighborhood

This property sits in a well-appointed residential neighborhood with lots of great hills and lake views. You can walk to a little bakery down the hill. You can walk across North Lake Blvd. to great hiking and biking trails. The front deck is enclosed and good for a dog. The backyard deck is NOT enclosed. Both decks are newer and very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Beds are comfortable as is family room furniture. Peekaboo lake view from front windows is a bonus!

Great property

We had a great time at the property - it was very clean, was in a great neighborhood, had nice views. It was well appointed and the furnishings were comfortable. It was unfortunate that we couldn't use the beach or the pool in the neighborhood.

Great place to relax on a ski trip

We really enjoyed the house, especially the hot tub. There was an issue with the electrical that was a bit disconcerting and prevented us from using the living room tv. It worked itself out and ultimately this wasn’t a huge issue because we spent most of our time at the ski mountains. Would stay here again

Family stay

The 6 of us, plus dog, had a wonderful stay in Dollar Point. Great neighborhood to walk in and close to Tahoe City, but off beaten path. The kitchen was stocked very well - all appliances, spices, and cooking utensils needed. Hot tub was delightful! Very dog friendly property (thank you!). TVs and wifi were strong!! The peak of the lake was an added bonus. No surprises - everything as advertised!

Great Tahoe house (good location)

This house was great for the price and we really enjoy our stay. The only criticism we had was management did not inform us until checkin time that the house had a bear incident last summer and we were required to use an electric bear fence at night. It would helpful to be more transparent about this issue before we rented.

Home Away From Home

Finding a wheelchair accessible property for a multi generational family is always a struggle but this property was so easy! With a pathway leading from the front to the back, our son was able to easily get right inside the property. It was clean and perfect sleeping arrangements for our unique needs. Loved the hot tub and peaceful ambiance in the backyard. Only wish we had access to the HOA to access the lane easier. BUT we found a spot just a mile away and it worked out! Also love that everything is in easy distance to shop and eat out! Wonderful home!

Amazing house, great location, NO BEACH OR POOL ACCESS!

First, I want to say the this house was perfect for us. Great outdoor spaces and nice hot tub, the rooms worked for my family with 3 kids and also Grandma in tow. We primarily picked it for it's location... a short walk to the neighborhood pool and a bit of a longer walk down to the beach... but my family loves the water so this seemed like the perfect spot. Not this year. We've been coming to Dollar Point for about 7 years. My kids have gone from toddler to teens visiting this neighborhood. This year, the neighborhood association voted to exclude renters from using "HOA services" as the listing explains. What it doesn't explain is that HOA services means that Beach, Pool and Tennis Court access are denied you as a "short term renter" (the term the snide teen put in charge of blocking access to said HOA services will use when you try to go to the beach just like you had for the previous 7 years.) Disappointed? you know it... we booked for 2 weeks expecting access to the beach and pool... really all we cared about, and found out the hard way on day 1 that we couldn't access the beach or the pool. My youngest cried. Dollar Point has been a tradition for us for most of their lives. When I called, confused and angry to the property manager's office, I could tell they'd had this conversation many times this year. They advised that there are perfectly nice public beaches close by that you just have to load up the car, load up the kids, drive to, try for a half hour to find a parking spot, walk 10 minutes to the beach, spend 10 more minutes to find a spot and set up before you can enjoy the lak. True, Skylandia is a nice beach, but I paid to be walkable to the beach and to avoid the added hassles I just described. I sort of felt bad for the receptionist who clearly had been put on point to handle angry, upset renters like myself, but the way this listing (and other Wells and Bennet managed listings in this neighborhood) tacks on "Guests do not have access to use the HOA facilities moving forward." at the very end of the listing is not good enough and the property managers know it. Otherwise this poor girl wouldn't be the firewall for their last ditch effort to squeeze premium rates before renters like me realize it's just not worth the cost if you do not get the benefits you've come to expect. I feel sorry for owners in this neighborhood. Sadly, our tradition ends here and we will be finding a new neighborhood next year.

Hello Brent, Again, we do hope you enjoyed your stay in Tahoe. We too are disappointed that the HOA in Dollar Point has made this a new regulation. We have quite a few renters who book this neighborhood annually for this same reason. Unfortunately it is out of our hands as it's the HOA's rules. We have done our best to make this clear to renters in the descriptions of all Dollar Point homes. We apologize if you did not see the disclaimer, it is a new policy so we understand you would not be looking for it. We hope this HOA rule does not deter you from renting again. We all had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was a highlight and a great way to relax after a day out. Our dogs loved the large deck with its beautiful overlook and had plenty of room to roam. Everyone in our group had a fantastic time, and we would happily stay here again.

Birthday Get Away

The house was nice and clean. It was four of us and two service dogs. Nice yards and wrap decks. The area is very nice with views of the lake from the master bedroom and common area. It was 85-90 degrees with no air conditioning. There were two fans but of little help for relief when coming in from long days on the Lake. We really enjoy ourselves otherwise.

Great Location!

We love Dollar Point - and this location and rental is perfect. It sleeps a lot - but it was only my family of three. Great place and great location. Highly recommend!

nice place

Just like in the pictures. Nice place for two small families to use as home base for a long weekend of skiing. I would book again!
