Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach. Our condo was beautiful, I loved waking up to the view of the ocean and a table where we could work on the deck or at the table in front of the big picture window. Would love to stay here again

We have stayed at this property b4 and were very pleased W/the remodel. Location was excellent. The only minor complaint was that the shower curtain liner in guest bathroom (at the bottom) had a line of mold .It should have been replaced. I'd book this place again !

Pleased but needs updates

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen could use some updated pots/pans/bowls etc. Master bed is very soft. If you like a firm mattress, you will not like sleeping here.

Nice condo

This was a great condo. 7 women stayed here comfortably. However the front bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, we even had maintenance come out, which they didn’t come till the next day.. and then it still wouldn’t work properly. Maybe this is a water pressure issue but the back bathroom worked fine. With that being said, we love the condo, the rental was easy and communication was good. We had a great trip!!!

The dish washer wouldn’t work. The dryer lint tray was full. The lint tray got caught on one of my bras and an outfit and torn them up. The couch was very old and uncomfortable.

Needs NEW furniture in Living area BAD!

Couch so OLD and cushions so FLAT they had a piece of plywood under the cushions. Chair to watch TV on looked and felt like out of some old college dorm room. Decor and rest of place great. Texted and emailed management many, many times and got no where with them. Just they'll have someone get back with me, which never happened. Owners need to know that their management company is not working for them. I was planning on booking again but not till furniture is replaced. Balcony furniture is more comfortable. Panhandle Getaways is terrible! No customer service in this case!!!

Nice condo

The property was nice and centrally located. The seating in the living area was inadequate. The sofa was small and uncomfortable with only one chair. A larger and more comfortable sofa would enhance this condo and provide enough seating. The condo was very clean.

Beautiful Place to Stay

This condo was beautiful! When we arrived the check in was so simple and our condo was very clean. The balcony view and master bedroom view of the beach is a view I will alway remember. It was so pretty. I recommend this place! We will be coming back 😊

Great listing

Overall great experience. Only negative was the elevators were very hard to catch. At one point we waited 20 minutes and multiple times our group had to split up to squeeze on already full elevators in hopes of getting somewhat close to our floor. Other than that we had a fabulous time and the room was exactly what we were expecting.

Perfect room!

This was the perfect room for our group! The only complaints we had were the dishwasher was broken and the master bathtub barely had hot water. Overall, it was a great stay with a gorgeous view!

Nice place

Great location, nice condo in a newer building right on the beach and plenty of room to sleep 8. We had only a few minor issues with our stay. Bed was very firm and not too comfortable and we were also not given the amount of basic supplies advertised (soaps and trash bags).

Hi Daniel, We have housekeepers standing by should you need anything. Don't forget to call us when things are not the way you expect them to be and we WILL correct it!!! Our team can easily drop starter supplies off to you if they were skipped during inspection.

I would like to rent this property through the owners. The management was very bogus at times and rude!

Perfection!

Everything about the condo was perfect! It was extremely clean, decorated beautifully and had tons of space. We could not have asked for more!

Beautiful decor.

Balcony floor was so sticky, ants were on furniture. Balcony railing had food stuck to it. And furniture was dirty. Master bath shower smelled when water was on. They could use another chair in living room.
