Welcome to Emerald Beach Resort, Unit 1830. One of the newest and most coveted resorts on the Emerald Coast of Florida, offering something for one and all! The 18th floor location allows you to be perfectly situated to enjoy extensive views of the spectacular hues of turquoise water in the Gulf of Mexico, brilliant white sandy beaches, and sand bars. If you want to see dolphins, Manta Rays, and sometimes even manatee, you will definitely want to stay in this condo. This large (1299 sq ft) condo is decorated in soft colors to enhance the beautiful colors of the outdoors. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths along with hall bunks and a sofa sleeper in the living area which easily accommodates 6 adults and 2 kids. This can be your perfect home away from home!

Settle in and catch up with the family in the main living area with full ceiling-to-floor glass doors that opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy your favorite beverage while watching magical sunsets or catch a few sunrays in the morning watching the pelicans fly by right off the balcony. Don't forget to sit back and enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico too! There is a large queen size sleeper sofa and two comfortable swivel-glider chairs. You'll enjoy the adjustable large flat-screen TV with plenty of cable or streaming channels.

The kitchen was recently upgraded with all Stainless-Steel appliances, new backsplash and a new sink and garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven (convection and air-fryer options), two different size standard coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Take advantage of the pantry in the kitchen for your snacks and dry goods. The cabinets are stocked with everything you'll need to prepare a family dinner including a crockpot, toaster and Forman electric grill. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the laundry room off the kitchen.

The dining area has bar height seating for four. Generous granite counters help make this a beautiful place to enjoy delicious meals. There is a large dining table with seating for six to allow family game night or work on a puzzle.

The master bedroom has a restful king-size bed and a cozy sitting area which is the perfect retreat for diving into a good book or staring off into the mesmerizing waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a chest of drawers for storage and a large adjustable flat screen TV for those of you that just want to relax and catch up on your favorite TV shows. The master bedroom also includes personal access to the beachside balcony. The large master bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a bird's eye view of the city and the bay. There is a comfortable queen-size bed with a closet and another large TV. The guest bathroom has a standard tub/shower.

The twin-sized bunks located in the entry hallway are perfect for the kids. The top bunk has a ladder for access and a full side railing for added comfort.

On the balcony, you'll find high-top resin bar table and bar-chairs for maximum viewing pleasure over the balcony rail and comfy Adirondack chairs with side-table for relaxation.

* FITNESS CENTER: Located on the 2nd floor. Hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

*Emerald Beach Resort charges a $25 registration fee for parking. This fee grants up to 2 vehicles parking access on property. The guest must complete the registration process to receive the parking permits via email from the building. This is not something they send to us.
* Must be 25 to book and all unrelated parties have to be 25 (no college spring break groups)
* Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be
placed on file
* Absolutely no pets. This is a rule of the condo complex. Pets will result in eviction without
refund and a $500 fine for extensive cleaning due to pet allergies.
* Absolutely no smoking or vaping including the balcony. This is a smoke free property. Smoking will
result in eviction without refund and a $250 fine for ozone machine use. Additional fines may apply if
the next guest must be relocated due to lingering smoke odors.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
