Das ist der echte Big Sand Lake, einer der reinsten natürlichen Seen Floridas, die Sie auf dem Bild sehen, und der atemberaubende Sonnenuntergang (auch Sonnenaufgang!) aus dem Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse. Disney Fireworks auch!

Das Hotel liegt im gehobenen Dr. Philipps Viertel von Orlando, inmitten der 3 Hauptthemenparks - Disney, Universal und Sea World.
Unsere Villa befindet sich in Privatbesitz und wird von uns verwaltet. Es findet keine Timesharing-Präsentation statt, da wir nicht Teil des Westgate-Timesharings sind.

Unsere Lakefront Villa bietet den Komfort Ihres eigenen Zuhauses als bevorzugte Alternative zu einem Hotelzimmer und lässt Sie in Ihrem eigenen 2-stöckigen Stadthaus im Gartenstil wohnen. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, 3 Queensize-Betten für 6 Personen, einer Terrasse, einem überdachten Balkon, einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck . Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Starterzubehör sind vorhanden.

Neben einem besseren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als einem Hotelaufenthalt gibt es absolute Privatsphäre, die Freiheit, Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten in Ruhe zuzubereiten und mehr Wohnraum. Ich wollte Ihnen sagen, wie sehr mein Sohn und ich Ihre Villa in Orlando, Florida, genossen haben, die wir für die Woche vom 1. Juli gemietet haben. Nachdem wir unseren ersten Urlaub am 4. Juli in Florida verbracht hatten, hätten wir uns keinen schöneren Ort für das Feuerwerk wünschen können. Wir saßen auf der kleinen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See und konnten verschiedene Feuerwerke beobachten
zeigt für 2 Stunden, es war wunderbar (vor allem die Canada Day Feuerwerk verpasst als wir unterwegs waren).

Die Villa und das Resort waren wunderschön und wir hatten sicherlich nicht weit, um uns zu unterhalten.

Ich habe tatsächlich (und ich hoffe, es macht Ihnen nichts aus) Ihre E-Mail-Adresse an eine Kollegin bei der Arbeit weitergeleitet, die möglicherweise in naher Zukunft eine Reise mit ihrer Tochter plant.

We had a wonderful two-week stay at this home and it was exactly what we needed. The space has a light, beachy feel, very airy and open, which made it perfect for our close-knit group. The overall vibe is serene and relaxed, making it easy to unwind after busy days.The location is ideal, conveniently situated between all the Orlando attractions and parks, which made getting around simple and stress-free. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor space; on sunny days, the patio is a beautiful spot to relax, and there’s also a lovely walking area by the lake.Gloria, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay, which really enhanced the experience. The place is a bit small, but it's cozy, comfortable and the home has a charm.Overall, this place was perfect for what we needed, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Gloria.

The vrbo had sugar ants in it. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I informed the contact person, they said they would send out maintenance. I informer her that we would be checking out early due to the ants and beds. There as no response after that.

Would stay here again

Great location, great set up - bedroom upstairs with 2 beds and a bathroom and bedroom on main floor with another bathroom. This worked well for 3 colleagues - 2 female and 1 male staying here. Close to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Close to Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Difficult to walk to these locations but a quick Uber away. My only minor drawback is it would’ve been nice to have small things like coffee filters, dish soap and cooking oil so we didn’t need to purchase these things for the 3 days we stayed. Otherwise great value for location! I’d stay here again.

The property was in need of repair from the main entrance door being warped, walls and paint severely scuffed and carpet old stains.The main bedroom had 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the host but it was never resolved. So gross we checked out early.

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Orlando villa

My husband and I loved this place!!! The location was perfect. It was easy to find and central to all the Orlando attractions-quiet and immaculate. Not only were we provided with 2 pages of names and directions of the attractions from the owner when we booked, but there were lots of brochures at the villa. The on-site restaurant was very good -even had a buffet breakfast that outdid the restaurants on International Drive. The pool was a great place to relax-what more can I say? Oh, yes, and the sunsets were something else. I will highly recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Orlando. We have always done well on Homeaway.com and this was our best rental yet. Linda

We have been looking for a home away from home and found the description of this one quite promising. So we got in contact with the owner and received quickly reply on each and every question we asked. Only thing we worried about has been the preliminary payment to the owners account without really knowing what we pay for. But all our doubts were gone once we arrived the location. Everthing haas been in line with the description even the palm from the pictures is there. Nice & very clean, helpful staff (thanks again to Maria) and plenty of space for a family (party of 4). In short: This is the place to stay if you look for a home away from home in Orlando.

Advertised unit not what we received. We checked out the next day because of how icky we felt after just a few hours. Toilet was only big enough for a toddler to sit on. Sheets in second bedroom felt like plastic. Pillows looked like previous guest left them there and owner just refused them. Double coverage on the couches felt like the furniture was just throw away crap. Beds felt like you were laying on plywood. Mismatched furniture didn't lean towards any type of vacation vibe. Felt more like someone went around a inner city neighborhood and picked up the garbage someone threw away and reused it. Leaving the key under the mat is a sever security risk and should never be allowed to happen. It's 2025 and just a simple number pad combination is extremely easy and inexpensive to install. This is the first time I have had to leave a bad review on here and I don't do so lightly. This owner needs to reassess the state of this, and probably other units, in order to provide a better stay and experience to their guests. I would rather pay for quality than be provided with a cheap alternative that just makes you feel gross.

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. Not as advertised

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.
