Lassen Sie sich von diesem geräumigen Luxus-Duplex von 120 m ² überrascht, die 10 Personen in der obersten Etage eines ruhigen Aufenthalt auf der Piste aufnehmen kann. Genießen Sie den großen beheizten Pool der Residenz, entspannen Sie in der Sauna und im Dampfbad nach einem Tag Skifahren auf den Pisten von Paradiski, eines der schönsten Skigebiete Europas. Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang bei einem guten Feuer.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Residenz Roselend Arcs 1800 gelegen, nur 5 Minuten von allen Aktivitäten zu Fuß (100 Meter vom ESF und 200 m vom Zentrum entfernt). Die Residenz ist ideal mit direktem Zugang zu den Pisten, für Abflüge und Ankünfte von den Pisten entfernt. In der Nähe Golf, Tennis und Baumklettern für die Sommerferien.

Ideal mit der Familie oder Freunden zu sammeln, umfasst die Wohnung über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, mit einer Einbauküche (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ceran-Kochfeld, Nespresso, Gerät Schaber, Gitter Brot), ein großes Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Kamin (Holz zur Verfügung gestellt).

Die Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Mont Blanc.

Es besteht aus 5 separaten Zimmern (10 Betten), davon 3 mit Duschbad, 2 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und 3 WC, und eine Sitzecke auf dem Mezzanin. Es hat auch einen Waschraum (Waschmaschine - Trockner).

Die Wohnung ist mit einem großen Flachbild-TV Kurve Ultra HD mit DVD-Player, eine Box mit WLAN-Zugang, Iphone Bower & Wilkins Station, eine PS4 Spielkonsole mit einigen Spielen und Spielen ausgestattet Unternehmen für entspannende Abende.

Die Wohnung wurde im Oktober 2016 von einem Dekorateur für eine moderne Atmosphäre komplett renoviert, während des Berggeist zu halten. Er wurde im Jahr 2017 4 Sterne und 4 eingerichtet Kristalle Paradiski Platz.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Parkgaragen und 2 Skischränke erhitzt.

We had a lovely stay at this chalet — it’s comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a group ski getaway. The living spaces were great for relaxing together and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The only downsides for us were in the shared areas. The “oven” turned out to be a microwave/oven/grill combo, which worked fine for small meals but wasn’t really ideal when cooking for nine people. It made preparing larger dinners a bit tricky and time-consuming. Also, the sofa could have been bigger for the number of guests — there wasn’t quite enough seating for everyone to relax together comfortably.That said, we still really enjoyed our time here and would recommend the chalet, especially for smaller groups or those not planning to do much cooking. With a full-size oven and more seating, this place would be pretty much perfect.

I just wanted to clarify a couple of points you mentioned, as they relate to very recent and temporary situations. The full-size oven unfortunately broke down about three weeks before your stay. While waiting for the replacement, our caretaker installed a temporary combination microwave/oven/grill. Unfortunately, the wrong model was delivered by mistake. I’m happy to share that a proper full-size oven has already been ordered and will be installed within the next two weeks. Regarding the seating, four dining chairs were damaged by guests from the previous week and had to be removed for safety reasons. New chairs have already been ordered and will arrive within the next ten days. I’m really glad to hear that, despite these temporary issues, you still enjoyed the chalet, its atmosphere, and its location. Your feedback is very helpful and allows us to continuously improve the experience for our guests. Incredible view!

Lovely apartment very close to Les Arcs 1800. The view from the balcony is incredible and the play station and coffee machine great additions!

Overal a nice place to stay and to enjoy, however, the spaces on the photo's looked better and larger than real. The second floor is pretty cramped, not really suited for people above 1m80.

Really nice apartment

We stayed here as two families, both with young children. Everyone enjoyed the apartment and it’s size. Very useful to have the swimming pool to keep the smallest people entertained. Very handy to have two allocated undercover parking spaces, meant we didn’t have to dig out our cars. We would all definitely return.

Beautiful apartment - great holiday

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean. The bathrobes included for all guests was a really nice touch. The views are spectacular and very easy access to the slopes - we were able to ski in/ski out during our week - although this may be trickier towards the end of the season when there is less snow. It is only a short walk down the hill to the shops/bars/restaurants in Charvet. The swimming pool was a real bonus, the children in our party loved being able to relax and swim after a day skiing. The hosts, Helene and Sebastien, were very responsive both with queries about the resort before we arrived, and during our stay. I would definitely stay again if we return to Les Arcs.

Les Arcs Jan 2020

Just got back from a brilliant week in Les Arcs 1800. This apartment is brilliant, more space than you could ever need, ski in/ski out for people of all ski abilities. 5 min walk from 1800 centre (make sure to get Dahu lift back up to avoid the hill). Sebastien is brilliant with communication and the management company GSI were fantastic, even lettin is in the apartment early when we arrived in resort 3 hours early. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is fabulous, spacious for 10, modern, high quality and the balcony and its view are to die for. The pool, sauna n steam are an added bonus as are the bath robes n fluffy towels. Sébastien was super quick to answer and it was all very much worth the extra couple of hundred pounds that this apartment cost. We went mountain biking in the summer and the trails are ace but the resort has so much else to offer. Will come back!

Spacious, luxurious apartment in a perfect location.

Our group of 4 adults and 6 children (ages 12-17) were luxuriously accommodated in this beautiful apartment. The bedrooms were comfortable and had generous storage areas. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and had constant hot water! The kitchen is large and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need to easily cater for a large group of people. The Nespresso coffee machine was very popular!! The breakfast bar and stools provide a comfortable place to sit and have a drink while talking to those cooking, providing a very sociable and relaxed cooking environment. The dining table was the perfect size for our group. The lounge area is very comfortable, has beautiful mountain views and leads out onto the large patio and outdoor seating area. The mezzanine level provided an unexpected extra cosy seating area, tv, play station and games. Those unlucky enough to have homework found this a useful place to study, younger children would appreciate the games!! Throughout the apartment there are useful/thoughtful storage areas, a separate utility area with washing machine, this made life so much easier with a big group to be able to keep the apartment nice and tidy during our holiday. Also, very useful was the boot/ski locker allowing easy storage/ easy access for ski in ski out. We parked our cars in the allocated parking area and didn't use them all holiday. Everything you need- shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, ski hire shops, gift shops et are all within a few minutes walk from the apartment. We were very lucky to have wonderful snow conditions and glorious sunshine every day. We skied all day, every day over a huge area of pistes and loved every minute. Our hosts Helen and Sebastien replied promptly and thoroughly to all our questions and really helped us make the most of our stay in their apartment, thank you so much for our wonderful holiday!

Séjour merveilleux

L’appartement est très cosy avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie très confortable et il y a plusieurs salles de bain. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence et la localisation est top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une station très animée. Nous recommandons cette location.

Mooi en compleet appartement

Prachtig vakantieverblijf met een schitterend uitzicht en een fijne ski-in ski-out! Alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben is aanwezig.

Super appartement !

Appartement très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, aussi on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable, plusieurs salles de bain...etc. Nos adolescents ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel à l'accueil du Roseland toujours très agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. En résumé séjour positif dans une station très animée. Nous recommandons cette location . A.E

April Spring Skiing

We drove from the Uk to stay in early April and was very impressed with the apartment, everything you need for a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and easy access to the slopes, views are stunning so much so we stayed in most nights to make use of the fantastic balcony and enjoy warm spring sun. Kids loved the Spar and Pool and made use of it most evenings, communication with Sebastien was excellent and he responded to any questions we had promptly . Would highly recommend this apartment and was perfect for two families. Location was perfect for access to the vast ski areas that you would probably need 2 weeks to fully explore. Highly recommend this appartment.

Good sized and well equipped apartment, lovely pool and decent sized ski lockers. Location is OK with ski in and out from building.
