Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying at the Mandy’s house. Very clean, stylish and comfortable in every possible way. We appreciated spacious and luxurious bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. Outdoor area is beautiful with the ocean view and a nice small pool. Also Mandy’s recommendations of the local shops and restaurants were really helpful.

Fantastic Kona Stay

Our family had an amazing 5 week stay at this excellent Bayview Estates home. Mandy was a fantastic host - very responsive when we had questions and really made our stay super enjoyable. The property itself is outstanding - beautiful, well maintained house, super quiet neighborhood, amazing views, very well stocked kitchen and appliances, lovely pool for the kids. We would totally stay here here again!

Wonderful stay in surroundings that compel you to simply stay put. Very well stocked and appointed residence with spectacular views and sunsets. The patio allows for complete enjoyment of the warmth well into the evenings. Excellent location in a quiet gated community of similar homes.

A wonderful vacation home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was in a great location, close to shops, grocery stores, and beaches. We enjoyed our view from the backyard looking over the ocean. The gated community location was great for traffic/noise control as well as security and safety. The property was quite clean and well kept. It felt like a home away from home and a wonderful place to spend your Kona vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property

My husband and I spent 4 months in this beautiful home. This house has a great layout and lots of room. We had 4 different groups of guests during our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of dishes and kitchen appliances, towels, bedding, blankets, pillows...everything you need. The lanai was our favorite place to spend time... the ocean view and surroundings are lovely. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. Mandy was very nice to work with and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Amazing stay at an amazing property

We stayed for 31 nights. This was a family reunion of sorts after 2 years of separation due to Covid. Property was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and had absolutely everything we needed for a memorable holiday. Well located and close to all amenities. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The view from the lanai was to die for!! We definitely will return.

Great place to live for a month!

What a beautiful home! Very very quiet neighborhood, incredible ocean/sunset views. The layout of the house worked well for our multi-generational family trip, with the master suite on one end and the junior suite and bedroom on the other. We did school and remote work from here for a month; the junior suite was set up well to function as a remote office by day. Mandy was so responsive and we felt well taken care of. Fantastic snorkeling just 4 minutes away, white sand just 8 minutes away. Loved being a little south of the bustling Kona area and closer to 2 Step. Local grocery store 0.5 miles away. Kitchen was very well appointed (KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix, Breville espresso machine). Just a few things in the pictures that are no longer - small pool has been filled in and the junior suite now has a dresser instead of a desk (but there's a small counter over a dorm-style fridge that worked great as a desk). A truly memorable and fantastic place to call home during your visit!

Beautiful house - Great place to stay

This home is beautiful. In a gated neighborhood and very quiet at night. Home is well stocked with grocery staples and garage is stocked with beach gear. We were there for a month and part of that time there was 6 of us. Plenty of space and never felt crowded at all. We spent most of our time out on the lanai which is awesome. Good view of the ocean. Mandy is a great property manager and very responsive to any needs. Home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

We couldn't have been happier with this home for our 3 week stay. The home is beautiful, in great condition, and has an incredible view of the water (which we thought was even better than the pictures!). Mandy was great to work with throughout the process and made sure all of our questions were answered ahead of time. It was also well-stocked with cleaning supplies, food staples, and an awesome selection of beach/pool necessities. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is AMAZING!

We have used VRBO before, and sometimes the house looks a lot different than the pictures. Honestly, this house is even MORE beautiful than the photos. You have absolutely everything that you need to enjoy the island at your fingertips. The house was very comfortable for six people, and the view is truly one of the best in the Kona area. We spent most of our time on the lanai, enjoying the beautiful scenery. We did have an issue with the AC, but Mandy worked extremely hard to get it fixed quickly. It’s a brand new system, and there were some kinks to work out. Lucky for us, the tradewinds are nice and cool in the evening, and several of the doors slide open to locking screens, which we took advantage of. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked another stay, when it will be warm enough to enjoy the pool! Thanks to Mandy for all of her hard work in making our vacation one to remember.

Luxurious without intimidation. Accessible, secure and private

This is a comfortable and luxurious accommodation. However, one is not intimidated but feel at home. It is well maintained and offers fantastic views of the ocean. Accessibility to services from the property is uncomplicated. We were able to access many cycling trails/routes from the property. The location is simply great!
