Das Beach House befindet sich am Bruce Drive im beliebten, aber immer wechselnden Stadtteil East Beach. Dieses klassische Cottage auf der Insel liegt im Herzen der Nachbarschaft und ist nur 1/4 Meile von St. entfernt. Die besten Strände von Simons Island.

Das Beach House verfügt über eine große, einladende Veranda, die mit genügend Stühlen und Wippen ausgestattet ist, um schnell zu einem Ihrer Lieblingsplätze in diesem Cottage zu werden! Sobald Sie eintreten, werden Sie sofort bemerken, dass die Fenster an der Seite und hinter dem Essbereich reichlich vorhanden sind, wodurch dieser Raum hell und angenehm wirkt. Der offene und luftige Grundriss mit viel Platz für Ihre Familie und Freunde ist schön eingerichtet.

Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für 6 Personen am Tisch und 3 Barhocker an der Theke. Die Küche ist benutzerfertig und enthält fast alles, was Sie sich vorstellen können: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und vieles mehr! Biegen Sie rechts in den Flurweg ein, und Sie kommen an einem Falttürschrank vorbei, in dem sich die Waschküche befindet - Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe. Ihr erstes Badezimmer befindet sich zu Ihrer Linken und Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 liegt geradeaus.

Schlafzimmer Nr. 1 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Deckenventilator, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen TV. Sie können sehen, dass sich das offene Deck direkt hinter der "Fensterwand" befindet. Wenn Sie sich zum anderen Ende des Flurs begeben, finden Sie das große Master-Schlafzimmer. Dieses schöne Schlafzimmer ist komfortabel und geräumig und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einen Deckenventilator und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.

Bevor Sie sich für den Abend niederlassen, können Sie die Vollbildveranda direkt vor der Hintertür genießen. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten, Deckenventilator und ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für eine Familieneisnacht! Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dieser Immobilie und zusätzlicher Platz auf der Rückseite.

Needed getaway

After not having a vacation for three years and then recently having hip surgery, I needed a place for some R&R. The spot was perfect. It had a beach cart all the beach chairs, and needs and only a block away from the beach nice offstreet parking wonderful porches.

Very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place for two couple. I suggest that the owner invest in new pillows which would make for more comfortable sleeping. Otherwise it was all good.

The dishwasher had mold inside and needed a good cleaning. None of these things stopped us from rebooking next year!

The most perfect little cottage for us girls. In a safe neighborhood, beautiful walk to the beach, gorgeous front porch to relax and have coffee in the morning. We really couldn’t have asked for anymore.
