The polywood really holds up to the elements and we have wanted some rocking chairs for years and we finally brought them to our back deck! Im so glad you liked the house and the location! As for the mattress, its a memory foam mattress and Im sorry it was a little hard for you. It is such a treat to get such a great view from mad men beach house! In the summertime there are fireworks every Sunday night as well which our guests enjoy in the summer months from the deck! We love the location being close to everything but also Tucktaway and much quieter up in North Ocean City! Being in a residential community makes it even more quiet and private all year round! Which really hope you can come back and stay with us again soon!
