Ein weiteres Folly's Best! Picket Fence ist ein klassisches Folly Beach Cottage mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad. Sie werden den kürzlich aktualisierten Look der neuen Besitzer sicher genießen! Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Queensize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer über zwei Etagenbetten. Entspannen Sie auf der abgeschirmten Veranda oder genießen Sie die Veranda mit Blick auf die schöne Vegetation und den hübschen Pfad, der zur gemeinsamen Waschküche und Außendusche führt. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen Kabel-TV, kostenfreies WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein gemeinsamer Propangrill und Strandkarren aus Aluminium. Und es?ist auch hundefreundlich!

Das Picket Fence befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur zwei Gehminuten vom Strand und nur sechs Blocks von der Center Street entfernt. Cute cottage near the beach and not far from the downtown Folly area! Had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, outdoor shower handy, dog park nearby and the AC worked great! Thank you!

Great little cottage short walk to beach!

The cottage was everything we needed. It was clean and close to the beach making our stay very pleasant. The only thing is that the bed felt like a full (I believe queen is on the listing) but it was still fine.

Great Rental

Cooper Cottage is a very nice place to stay in Folly Beach. Great location close to the beach on a quiet street and still close to the commercial area. Kids and dog park close by too.

Beach Dog Getaway

The property was perfect for us. Clean, convenient, quiet and close to walks on the beach and restaurants. Staff at Best Rentals could not have been nicer. A visit with dog treats and a help with a business issue was taken care of with efficiency and a smile. Highly recommend a stay on Folly with Best Rentals.

Great stay!

We found the house to be well-organized and very cute! Great location, close to the beach...the beach wasn't crowded, just right. We loved the Coca-cola decor.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Clean house. Relaxing.

Cute, quaint cottage close to the beach. Great for a small single family. The shared beach carts, chairs and coolers make it very easy to enjoy the beach. The owners make sure you have everything you need. I would stay here again.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed staying at this rustic tiny cottage. It was well maintained and the grounds and amenities were nice. We loved the screen porch and could hear the waves with the windows open. Also there was laundry and an ice machine on the beautiful grounds. Really nice. Would stay here again.

What a great little place!

Cooper Cottage couldn't have been more perfect. It's so well situated between the beach and sound and within walking distance to everything. It was nice and quiet and we felt safe walking at night. What a gem!

Nice stay at Folly Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Cooper Cottage! The property is charming, clean and comfortable. Our college-age daughters spent part of the week with us and our dog was with us. We had a great time— very relaxing and the beach is beautiful! Easy access to Charleston too. Hope to return to Folly soon.

Perfect beach cottage

Such a cute, little beach cottage! It’s an easy walk to the beach or Center St. My two 12-year old boys loved the bunk room and I loved the screened in front porch. I can see coming back and renting the adjacent cottages with some other families.

The perfect cottage!

This cottage was better in real life than the photos. There were more than enough household supplies, super cozy — exactly what you want when you think of a beach cottage. From the decor to the beautiful landscaping and ease of walking to the beach, we hope to make our stay here and our visit to Folly Beach an annual Labor Day trip.

Lovely beach cottage with a great porch

The house was very nice, clean and conveniently stocked for our trip. The property is a short walk from the beach but there is public access right there. The screened in porch was very relaxing to sit on and people watch. Folly beach is wonderful and a very relaxed atmosphere. The house and the owners had everything to make you truly feel like you were at home and make vacation enjoyable not stressful.
