I also want to address the communication issue — at the time of your stay, there were problems with the Vrbo app, and unfortunately I did not receive your messages until later. I regret that I wasn’t able to respond in real time. Since your stay, I’ve taken several steps to address the issues you mentioned. The mattress has been replaced with a new, more supportive one, the shower head has been upgraded for improved water flow, and guest supplies have been restocked to a higher standard. I’ve also brought on a new professional cleaning team and completed maintenance updates, including addressing flooring and bathroom paint, to ensure the space is consistently well-prepared for future guests. I understand your disappointment and regret that your stay did not meet expectations.
